A friendly person answering the phone. As a current customer I was able to get my sick dog in right away. The Doctors ane very knowledgable and treat me and my dog with great care. They explain as they examine, explain tests, costs, options. They accept that my pet is my special baby.

Very friendly staff, quick service, and quality animal care. You can make your appointment online which was nice. Upon arrival I only had to wait a few minutes before getting a room. The nurse and doctor were commitment and were quick to provide care. Check ups and vaccines were very reasonably priced. Will definitely come back.

Maggie was seen for a stubborn hotspot that occurred and kept getting larger over the holidays. They asked us to drop her off and they would work her in. They did so very quickly! Dr Jill saw her and spoke with my husband and Maggie is on the mend! Thank you Dr Jill! And thank you Village East!

I called in early as my dog was having what looked like back pain. They were able to slot me in early in the day and Dr Himsel and the rest of the staff were very helpful in getting a diagnosis and medications that eased her pain and made her comfortable so that she can rest and recuperate. Their observations and recommendations were clear and concise.
