This store is clean and well laid out, it even has a Starbucks inside.The staff are polite and helpful. I checked out with a clerk named Georgene and she was excellent at her job. She helped me sign up for the Red Card to save 5% on purchases. I had a good shopping experience at this Target location.

Since Target has changed there self checkout hours and last time I waited in line for 20 mins almost to check out. I will not be going to target anymore as this is uncalled for if you guys are having such problems with self checkout then every single lane should be open including managers getting up and doing something for a change.

I go to Target quite often and I always like coming here. It's always cleana and everyone who works here is very nice. I really like the shopping carts, they are so much better then Walmarts. They are made of plastic and not metal and seem to have less problems then Walmart does. The only reason I'm giving it four stats and not five, is because it seems to take to long to check out, they need more works at the checkouts, but they also need more self checkouts, I prefer to use them more to use them more nowadays.

Target is the best. It has all your needs and more. Employees look happy to work there and are very helpful. The store is always clean and kept up well. Easy to locate and find what you are looking for. And if not, you can count on an employee to help you find it :)

Unfortunately I had money to spend at target but the store has ALL of their self checkout lanes closed at 7pm on a weekend.With only two physical cashier's the lines were backed up so I had to put my items down and leave.Guess target doesn't want my money.

I recently had items I wanted to exchange at the Eastside Target in Evansville. Kris, the associate at the Returns / Exchanges / Order Pickup counter went above and beyond to go through the process of accepting the returns, matching the sale price on my repurchases, and even set up an online order for one item that was not available instore. I really appreciated her patient, friendly, helpful service. Kris is a STAR!

90 day exchange policy that is not clear.. it says most items. Tried to exchange an air bed that kept deflating and they claim i’m past the time i can take it back. only used successfully one time.Evansville target manager in picture.

The store is usually clean. The bathrooms are usually filthy.Target is overpriced. Everything is so expensive compared to Walmart. I don’t like Walmart, but I refuse to pay more for the same items at Target.The food is- not good. Often they gave expired items in the cold food section. Mashed potatoes? Expired. Chicken? Expired. And more expensive.The clothes are completely hideous right now and have been for several years. They were once high quality pieces you could wear repeatedly and regularly. Now, it’s garbage. Things are ugly and they fall apart.I loved Target for many years, but when everything is more expensive and less quality- it’s just not worth it.Target employs many people, so I expect to see different levels of service. However, the quality of service has declined as well. Downright rude employees who can’t be bothered to get off of their phones or to move their stocking carts so you can get into freezer sections.Target, it’s not me. It’s you. And we are breaking up.

Nice clean store. Alot of different things you don't see at Walmart. Also didn't see anyone in pajama pants or with a fat roll falling out of a crop top like you do at Walmart.

Customer service department was ultimate fail! Waited in line over 10 minutes! And then they wouldn't return my item! Was very aggravated and annoyed! Not happy with the service!

Very poor customer service in the electronics department. Told us that the person who handles their cell phones was just let go. 😮 You think there would be more than one person with a key that could sell you a phone.

Made an order for a $15 gift card and got charged a separate amount on my red card for 15 then the tech support argued when I have screenshots of it all. At least be honest and upfront with your customers instead of advertising fake gift cards with purchases.

We made a pit stop at this Target while on vacation with our kids. Linda at the self check out was kind and helpful. Our truck was in a minor hit and run in the parking lot while we were shopping. Another Target employee snapped a picture of the vehicle that hit ours and the plate. I just wanna say thank you! This Target has great people working here!!

I did drive up shopping today, this was my 2nd time using this service and it is wonderful!! Pick your groceries from the comfort of home and they are ready for pick up within 2 hours. All you have to do is drive there, park in one of the designated drive up spaces, and someone from target brings it out and puts it in your truck within 10 minutes! Amazing!! Also the last 2 trips barely any backups where used and they had almost everything I needed! 1000% percent would recommend this service for busy people or those that don’t like to shop!! Thanks Target Staff!! You are much appreciated!!

Got what we went for, but it was a struggle. Not enough employees to help multiple customers, cashiers too busy visiting and sent us to service desk to check out.Not thrilled with changes in layout, ladies clothes, and other merchandise.Still better than dealing with Walmart. 😕

Had an amazing experience, the coupons I clipped in the app worked at self checkout. The employee at the self checkout was very kind. And the store was clean and organized. Very happy with my Target trip!
