Our dogs go here for boarding and they absolutely love it! They get so excited to go. One of our pups was so fearful at other boarding facilities but she literally can't wait to go here and I am so happy they feel safe and comfortable there!

Love the place, but the lady who does my boys groom does an awful job I ask her to shave him completely down, but there are always spots that are longer than the other just last groom some spots on his ear was longer his paws wasn't completed done his tail didn't look that great. I'm not sure if she is new or doesn't have much experience but i think ill find a different place to go

My husband took our dog here for a bath and nail trim after he refused to let the groomers at Pet Smart come near him. Not only did he let the groomer bathe him, but he didn’t want to leave! When my work schedule changed, I decided to sign him up for daycare. He absolutely loves it! He’s been going for the last 5 months. He drags me into the building, and scratches the door until he is let in. He is so excited to go, and he’s exhausted at the end of the day because he gets to run and play all day. He was also boarded for the weekend, and I was completely at ease leaving him. I would definitely recommend Specialty for your grooming and daycare needs.

Love this place. The dogs get to go outside for daycare. They have special days available for the dogs, partys and photos. They separate by size. My little guy is so excited to go here every day.

We love Specialty Pet! Trax loves coming here for daycare to play with all of his friends! I love all the fun parties that they have. Their prices are great and Trax always has a great time! They post pictures and videos of the dogs, do fun activities with the dogs, and have fun little parties sometimes. The staff is so friendly and they seem to have a bond with every dog that comes and goes. I feel safe leaving Trax here. I always know that he’s in good hands.

Never in a million years would I trust this place with my animal. I scheduled to have my dogs boarded for 4 days, a month ago. I was on the phone describing my dogs behavior with the desk clerk for over 30 minutes, ENSURING they had a full report of their mannerisms and behaviors. My dogs spent less than 5 minutes in their care when I got a call that there was a dog fight. The workers are negligent and careless. Multiple reviews exist of sick animals and even death from this place, but I figured management would have cleaned up their act. That’s a no.

This place was a God send. We visited Eville from out of town last week for a funeral and were worried sick about who watch our dog Clyde. We were referred to Specialty pet grooming by a friend of the family. We were very pleased with the compassion, knowledge and professionalism that the staff showed both our dog and us. All the dogs there seemed so happy. Jennifer was great!!! She was very assuring and welcoming. Overall, they took very good care of our Clyde. We will definitely visit them again.

Took my 9 week old puppy today for his first grooming and doggy daycare. I am so pleased. My baby Ollie came home running around like he had a great time and looked so good. Our first time there and the staff was so pleasant. This is our first puppy and they made me feel like my baby was in good hands. We have found our grooming and daycare home ❤️

I have been going to them ever since I got my dog. They are amazing! The staff are so friendly, everyone treats you and your pup like family. Plus, it’s wonderful to support Jamie and her husband during this difficult time. I can’t recommend them enough! My dog, who is usually difficult during bath time, is so well behaved for them and gets beside himself whenever we pull up. Love them! 🐶

I boarded my doodle for a week and when I picked him up he was nasty looking and coughing up a storm. By the next day he wouldn’t eat or hardly move. Trip to Emergency vet for antibiotics for kennel cough. 5-6 weeks later it’s relapsed. Trip to vet for X-rays and a culture from repetitive vomiting sent. Different antibiotics Plus looks like some pneumonia from X-rays. Get results back tomorrow. Besides this I tried calling and leaving messages to let them know what was going on and no one returned my calls. I also tried calling to check on him during his board and no one returned my call. Hope they got the message and cleaned his area good. My cost for boarding him there has grown substantially and he is still not well.

Love, love, love this place! My dog Max loves going to day care and playing with the other dogs. They have plenty of activities for the dogs at daycare and I will only use THEM for his grooming needs. Fair pricing and quality service. Always ask for Jenn, she's the best :)

I take my dog Elsie there for grooming. I thought for sure she would misbehave the first time she went. But the owner told me she was such a sweetie and she loved having her. She loves going there and is all smiles when I pick her up. Have also taken my foster dogs there for boarding and they love it! The staff always posts pictures on Facebook and you can tell they genuinely love the dogs!

Kennel cough warning!!! We left our dog for a vacation and they were nice and our dog seemed to have fun, however, she had kennel cough when we got her home. She had her shots but she was sick. I’d be surprised if she had no signs of it while we were gone over 10 days. No mention was made of her symptoms (runny eyes, cough, ear sensitivity). I took her to the vet 7/14/21 and got medicine. On the way home I stopped by to tell the staff at the kennel who replied “oh ya that’s going around the nation. We clean regularly but there’s nothing we can do about it. These covid puppies have been isolated. I hope she gets better.” The main priority of course was that my dog was healthy. It didn’t seem like anything was going to be done so I’m doing my part to warn dog owners.

I take my puppy, Darcie, here a couple of times a week for daycare, and she absolutely loves it! Typically, if Darcie doesn’t like or want to do something, she’ll throw a stink and either refuse to get out of the car or she’ll lay down right out side the car and pout. When we pull into Specialty, however, she bounces out of the car the moment I open my door and leads me to the entrance. I love the pics they post and I love that my dog clearly enjoys spending time with the workers there—I would highly recommend leaving your dog in their care.

We have been using Specialty Pet Grooming for 7 years and have nothing but great things to say about them! The staff there love the animals as their own, even my one dog who can be quite naughty at times. They go above and beyond for the care of all the animals that come in. The facility is always clean! I know every time I drop my pets off, they will be well taken care of. They post several pictures each day to where you can see all the fun your pups are having! They even have holiday parties where special photos and crafts are sent home with your pets! This facility also supports the local rescues - not by just donating money or services, but also fosters and helps homeless dogs find their forever homes! If anyone is looking for a grooming/boarding/daycare facility, this is the place to go!

Emily at Specialty Pet Grooming did a fantastic job with my Pomeranian today!He is fairly young, only 14 months old, and he kinda freaked out when he has gone to other groomers, and they were not able to finish him up until we found Emily!She did a fantastic job, hes so fluffy and smells so good, and I cannot wait to book again!

Took my dog in for a nail trim. I was charged extra because they had to muzzle her for trying to bite. I was okay with that until I realized a few minutes later that the groomer had cut the quick on multiple nails. Not 1 or 2. She was leaving bloody paw prints everywhere. My dog was not aggressive, she was only protecting herself from a person that was hurting her. Disappointing experience.

My dogs have gone here for years for grooming, daycare, and boarding on a regular basis. They accept all dog breeds and are experienced with aggressive dogs. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. My dogs are extremely happy when we pull into the parking lot and worn out when we pick them up. They’re allowed to socialize with other dogs and play. There’s balls, bubbles, water, and playground equipment. There are separate areas for dogs that need to be kept separate due to aggression. The staff works with those dogs and I know several that have been able to be integrated into regular play routines with other dogs. Dogs that are boarding are not kenneled Monday through Friday during daycare hours. They participate in daycare. During the weekend staff is there multiple times a day to let dogs out. I’m extremely satisfied with this place of business and highly recommend.

I have a small Bichon Frisé that needed to be groomed. I requested he be shaved because he stays too hot. They were able to schedule me quickly and did a fantastic job. I'm going to go back to try their doggie daycare.

This was the first time I took both my dogs there to get groomed . The staff were professional and respectful. They had both my dogs finished in a hour or so . Jennifer B was the lady that took both my dogs back and she was very friendly and curious ! The prices were great , too !

First time going here and will not return. My dog has not acted right ever since we picked her up from staying the weekend. Had to give her a bath right away, she was so hungry and dehydrated it wasnt funny. The bag of food they asked us to bring her hadn't been touched, I hate people that mistreat animals. God will take care of them. It's funny how pics on facebook show dogs with collars but we are made to take the collar off when we drop the dogs off?

First time here for a simple nail trim.Short to say that the groomer here is not qualified for this service. She cut my pups nails too short down to the quic on two nails and skipped other nails in the process. She left them sharp and unfiled. Once I checked over the trim job I had to tell her my thoughts as she wanted to play alof on the subject when they were going to let me leave without even telling me what happened because they didn't even cure the damage.Took my pup to the hospital close right after to take care of the terrible nail trim and damage to the quic they created. I've had many first time visits to groomers they were the worst ones and my pup is 5 years in age.I will NOT come back here nor do I recommend them.

They have become way too concerned with packing the daycare full and have lost sight of providing quality care for their animals. The dogs are released at the end of the day into the lobby area without their collars and the business happens to sit on an extremely busy road. My dog was released, another customer opened the door, and my girl bolted out almost being bit by a car. No apologies given.My dog has come home dehydrated and absolutely reeking from their kennel area...why was she even in the kennel??Their grooming is a joke, my dog was only half groomed because "she didn't like it". No apologies given yet again. They are more concerned with putting up the same st bernards pic on Facebook than providing any sort of adequate care...so many pictures posted every single day and not one picture has a dog drinking water. Shame on them.
