Took my stepson for the first time. He was blown away by how many Pop figures they have in stock. Very nice selection of them and tons of comic books. They also have a nice selection of records.

A great big little secret on the North side of Evansville, Indiana is the Secret Headquarters.It is the place for all things collectible ranging from comic books, Pops, board games, video games & video game systems of all types, as well as Xbox One game stations with an assortment of titles to choose from, all played by the hour.Also, there is a few pinball games and a retro arcade on site with titles from the 70's, 80's, and 90's. All hands on gaming is played by the hour. The rates are very reasonable!The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are as excited to talk about games as you will be about playing them. If you are a gamer, enthusiast, or collector you will likely find more than a few items in this shop that will catch and keep your attention.I have yet to mention all the other nostalgic collector items that are available for purchase! Transformers, action figures (both open and unopened), and Pokemon figurines are just to name a few! The store inventory varies based on recent transactions on any given day. You must remember that there are only so many original items out there for purchase that you can actually take home and share with your family. So if you are looking for a particular item then definitely call ahead and talk to the staff before going in. They would be glad to help!If you haven't heard the secret yet, now you know and you should go! Take a friend and spend a afternoon battling it out on a Xbox One or playing Mortal Kombat in the on site arcade!

Not very organized, but they have a ton of pop figures, and opened collectibles. Some older comics but not a ton. A lot of vintage video game systems, games, and accessories. The staff was helpful.

We loved the retro arcade. I took my son and nephews there and they loved it as well. Great price to play unlimited games for an hour. The had a good selection of games to chose from as well. The store is also good we didn't spend a lot of time in their because our visit was about the arcade. They do have a good selection of action figures and retro games to choose from.

Absolutely awesome place! Took my kids for the first time and introduced them to my child hood it was so awesome! Staff was excellent, selection was great, and the endless options of everything in that store is wonderful!We will definitely be back!

The hour of vintage arcade play is such a fantastic value for our family. We love their game selection and the games are maintained well. They also run sales on things and have a lot of great retro games, comics and action figures. 80's and 90's kid heaven and our kids love it too and often ask to go.

Went there for the arcade. Really affordable price, but maybe one or two machines weren't working properly. Other than that, it's a really fun place! Their horror collection behind the display is really sweet.

Absolutely love this place! They have anything and everything your inner geek is looking for. Comic books, vinyl, retro gaming, collectibles. They even have an arcade attached to the store, full of all of your classic favorites. My kids and I go here all the time to kill time in the arcade or to look for new treasures for our collections!

Heard about this place online and made the long drive. I was sadly disappointed. The arcade was alright, cheap price for the time allowed so that's good. The female that was working was really nice. I guess I just got my hopes up because the selection wasn't what I read and saw online from others. The video game section is a mess, you need to take your time and look through every game as it's not alphabetical. But as I say again, the employee was fantastic, nothing bad to say about her.

5 stars for sure all the way! I heard through the grapevine that Secret Headquarters was the place to go to if you had some cool stuff for sale. Well they weren't lying! I had a box of relatively rare video games, all in perfect condition, that I brought to a couple other places. First place offered me around $500....not good enough. Next place offers less than $300! So I kept my stuff and went to Secret Headquarters. A very small amount of haggling and I doubled what the 1st place tried to give me. I wanted fair prices for the stuff I had because I knew exactly what they were worth. It took the very cool lady maybe 15 mins to look at my stuff and give me an offer. Her offer and what I wanted for the games was pretty close so we were able to split the difference and I feel I got a good enough deal so I let them go and gave Secret Headquarters my business. They threw in a few free arcade passes to just to be even cooler.Definitely my new go-to place to buy or sell video games or other collectible stuff.I feel they were really fair, way better than the other places, and for that I have more stuff to bring to them now.I will be back to buy and to sell. Awesome store with even more awesome staff.All in all, since just moving to Evansville and finding this place, I am definitely satisfied.

Perfect for any adult to satisfy so many nestalgia cravings, with everything ranging from old toys ranging from the old starwars collectibles, To the waking dead graphic novels and even as far back as segs games to PS4 games and more. Nit to mention the vynal room and an old school arcade! Everyone needs to check this place out hands down!

A very cool place! They had a little bit of everything from every fandom you could imagine. Lots of great nostalgic items. Prices all seemed reasonable. Customer service was very welcoming. We didn't have time to check out the arcade unfortunately. Maybe next time.

Pretty cool place. Lots of different toys and a good selection of retro games. The arcade is a pretty good value although due to the nature of old arcade games being difficult to maintain there's often a few that are down. Thier record selection looks pretty good but I've not looked through it personally.

Excellent place! Super friendly people there, and great prices on all kinds of collectable goods! I go as often as I can just because I love being there. And thats not to mention the main attraction: the arcade! Incredible variety of games, all in amazing condition! Super affordable too! I love going to SHQ with my best friend to hang out and play in the arcade for an hour or two. Great place to go! I'd give them a dozen stars if I could!

As a comic book and toy store, this place is great. More than enough in there to throw your memories back to childhood. However, the flat rate, unlimited play arcade is why we want to go there more than anything. Definitely gives an authentic arcade feel for those of us who remember playing in Aladdin's Castle or similar places in the malls of the 80s.
