Great grocery store with a little bit of everything. It is kept well stocked and super clean. The staff here are very helpful. It is easy to find using Google Maps and is close to Interstate 69 in Evansville, Indiana. There is plenty of free parking in their large lot. The produce section is always fresh and high quality. The meat department staff are always ready to help you find what you need.

I can not stop gushing about Erin G in the Floral department at this store. I worked with her over the last three weeks for a baby shower we were hosting from out of town. She went above and beyond sourcing items for the arrangements, enthusiastically emailing me ideas and photos and just really nailed our theme. The flowers really made the event elegant. I wish Erin was my local florist, because I would make sure to have regular items from her.

I preferred going to this Schnucks because it was always quiet and cleaner as well as it was closer to my house. However, the woman working in the front, who I assume is in charge, is outrageous. Every single time I am in there she is always so rude. Today I tried to return expired items from another Schnucks. She refused the return and told me I had to take it back to the original Schnucks.When I took my items back to the original Schnucks, they did not even look at my receipt, apologized for the return (expired food) and quickly gave me my money back.I will drive the extra miles in order to avoid this Schnucks.

We've spent thousands of dollars at schucks and hundreds (at least) on pet products, but they not only publicly embarrassed me but refused my manufacturer coupon, because it was "over $5.00".What a horrible way to turn your back on your loyal customers. Hopefully you regret losing customers someday, I doubt that losing one will hurt you, but I will not shop at a store with such a one way policy. Thanks for nothing.Edit: I tried to reply to the website provided in your reply, only to be turned away with "not a valid web adress". If that's a joke, I don't get it.

Ordered a pound of boards head deli meat 3 days ago . Took it home and put it in the fridge after 3 days it was slimey and smelled weird texture etc. At $13 per pound it should maintain freshness at least 5 days!

Wow what a great trip to the schnucks on Green River road. The lines are moving fast even though it was the holiday season. Great prices on ham and Boar's Head meat. I also found the pharmacist to be very helpful in helping me find medicine to make me feel better for a head cold. Truly a one-stop-shop experience. I would recommend this grocery store to anyone on the east side.

Nice store but whatever you do, avoid the cashier named Rosemary!!! She is very rude and disrespectful to customers. I've had the displeasure of dealing with her the last two times I've used the self checkouts.It would be in the best interest of the company to retrain this individual or at least provide coaching opportunities. I have been a loyal Schnucks customer for over 20 years. If I continue to experience this issue my family and I will take our business down to Meijer which is just a couple blocks down the street.

I like the selection of prepared foods. Produce seems to be fresh most of the time. Staff is friendly. Reward points can be accumulated and redeemed. Checkout is fast.

We went in to buy flowers for my niece for her performance in a play and the lady, Jill, who helped us in the floral department was awesome!! She was very knowledgeable and personable and we will definitely be back for any of our floral needs with her there! Thanks Jill!! Our niece loved her flower arrangements 😊

The only thing I didn't care for was the waiting for the 2 cashiers to work thru the long line of customers. They were doing the best they could, but might have needed more lanes to open. It happens everywhere these days

I Love shopping at Schnucks for groceries! I will say this Location didn't have the freshest produce I'm used to at the other locations! It is one of the only places I can get Fennel and today their fennel was really nasty! It was very slimy and brown, and I was needing some yellow grape tomatoes and every container had some that had mold on them, so I didn't get that on my list. They did have some amazing, sweet, crunchy grapes so I got me 2 bags of those! I also don't care for the set up of where items are in this Location! They have the seafood counter right in the produce area and with the pungent smell that comes from this counter it's not what u want to smell when u are shopping for your produce! I did get a really nice piece of Salmon that was super fresh and turned out really great! I also got a container of their sushi which I've always really loved from Schnucks but when I got it home to eat it the avocado was brown and they were SO dry I just threw it away! So that was $7 in the trash! Next I went to the Meat counter looking for Lamb chops which they didn't have, And instead of the Person being behind the Meat counter she was in the aisle talking to some man about politics!!!?? So I kept having to interrupt to ask about items I was wanting until I finally gave up and walked away! I also was wanting some truffle butter that usually most of the locations have and I could not find it anywhere nor could I find anyone to ask! So again I gave up on finding this item! The last item I needed was some of the frozen butterfly shrimp! I literally walked the frozen aisles back and forth like 5 times and I never saw any frozen seafood and again could not find anyone to help me! Schnucks is usually a grocery store that I don't get to go to that often due to not having a store near me, so I was really bummed by this Schnucks Location with the Quality of their food (except the grapes were delicious!), And Trying to find the items on my list or anyone to help me! So I absolutely DO recommend Schnucks just not this Green river Road location!! The Newburgh Location is the Best Location for Sure!

We used to come to this store all the time because of the convenience. I am so over coming here. They barely have any people working anymore, and those who do are so rude. I had done my whole shopping trip, which honestly wasn’t that much; I had in my cart some fruit, chicken, and dog food. We decided not to stand in the line with 2 cashiers that wrapped all the way around the store almost. I got in the self checkout line, which is what I normally get in. The lady that stood behind that counter today was the rudest employee I’ve ever met there. Before we had even walked up to the line, she was eyeing our cart and said “can’t have more than 20 items to be in this line, it holds up the scanners” I started counting the items in my cart, which wasn’t over 20, but I thought I would double check. She didn’t let me finish counting before she once again told me I couldn’t be in the line. I left my cart there and left for Meijer. I will not be coming back here to deal with these rude employees who are barely there. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe whoever she was should open up a register to make sure “the scanners aren’t being held up”

I have loved to shop at schnucks. Nice variety wonderful produce. Till Today! I had a long list but my shopping was ruined today. While looking at produce I could not get over the smell of the seafood. Very overwhelming. I could not get it out of my nose and it sits right at the produce section. I got my must items checked out and got to my car before I actually vomited.

Cashier was rude & not knowledgeable or helpful at all! Had to wait for someone who knew what they were doing to come help him which took almost 10 min. He didn't apologize for the wait or anything!

Worse customer service just paid worth of groceries $388 10mins ago. I never want to comment like this but this not the first time that happen, I’ve been a good customer for more than 5 years with this store mostly spend $300 or more every 2 weeks , but they are very rude to me , Jordan the cashier is not friendly and some of the worker just watching me putting the items in the cart while I’m holding the baby ,I have 3 kids to take care of but they don’t ever care to put the items in the bag or in the cart. I am not happy, I would never Come with this store again .

All of the Schnucks stores have gone downhill in the past few years. This used to be the best one in town, but we were met with rotting produce when we went the other day. It’s not just this store, it’s all of them. Get it together.

It was hard to find help, but once I did, he helped right away. The fish counter was excellent as usual. It's hard to find things I'm guessing a supply issue. The check outs are awful. Slow, unmanned, and no baggers. The manager on duty seemed scatter brained.

Store is staffed by unfriendly managers who dont learn their employees names. Additionally the front desk is run by the rudest and most unhelpful women in the city of Evansville. One employee, named Maggie, wouldn'th let me explain my situation to her without insisting on talking over and at me. Overall, this store, like many of the big box stores such as Walmart, Target, Meijer, ETC has lost any semblance of compassion, understanding or patience and replaced it Greed, Whats convenient for staff over the customer, and protecting their bottom lines ober the needs of their shoppers. Overall i would conclude with saying that Schnucks brand of companies in general would do well the fire management, Including Jim the store manager who ive never had a cordial interaction with.
