A great place to get a membership so you can purchase stuff for considerably cheaper than at the grocery store. They carry all kinds of stuff for the home including pharmacy type things and grocery type things. They also have alcohol for sale and it's a great place to get soft drinks. I would recommend. Also there's really cheap food in the food court.

Went into Sam’s in Evansville today. I love the store but it is a shame when a few employees can ruin your experience shopping there. I went to the sushi section and picked up a container and wanted to read the ingredients. The label was on the bottom so I turned it over to read it. A women came over to me from behind the counter and said they were not able to sell it because It was turned over. She said if you need to know something ask us. She was rude and I was offended. For one thing it’s a customers right to know what ingredients are in a product. and secondly if you don’t want the sushi turned over then put the nutrition label on the front. Better yet put a sign up that says don’t turn the container over because we can’t sell it if you do. How is a customer to know that. Simply rude.

We enjoy shopping at Sam's, they usually have everything we want. The place can be pretty hectic on a Saturday; the biggest challenge is getting a butcher to assist at the counter. Scan and Go is an added bonus.Another nice feature for those who use the app is the scan and pay at the gas pump.We recently renewed our membership and upgraded to Plus. Looking forward to the 2% cash back bonus accumulated over the next year.

I understand the cost of thefts by employees and customers are hard to avoid. And may require desperate measures.First, don't call all customers thieves.Second, get rid of the damned self-check kioshs or lanes.Third, to hell with you. I only use employee run checkouts. You do charge for that service.Constantly, you want to check receipts at the exit. Regardless that an employee has handled every item I've purchased! Therefore you are insisting that all customers and employees are damn thieves.I will likely never renew my card or "membership". And will not be surprised if many others follow.

I don't like coming here which is probably why I only go a handful of times a year. Too many people rudely on their phones or with an entire crew just loitering in the middle of the huge aisles. Although I will say, if you're into squabbling you are likely to see a fight or listen to trash talk while here.

Despite how huge this store is, it blows me away with how clean, organized and orderly they always seem to keep it! I also appreciate how helpful the employees are. Every time I've ever asked someone for help, they have went way out of their way to provide me with the best help they possibly can, which is something that I really don't come across anymore. It's because of these reasons that my boyfriend and I don't mind driving over an hour away to do our grocery shopping here. 😊

Clean and organized store. Employees are friendly and helpful. You just never know what kind of great deals you will find in bulk here. The Scan and Go app is a HUGE timesaver! AND I love how it will keep a running total as you shop so we can stay on budget!!!

It was my first trip to Sam's, and I have to say it was exactly what I expected. Great deals on bulk items and some things you wouldn't find anywhere else. I'm certainly looking forward to my next trip.

A month ago I took my girlfriend's car to get her tires rotated. Tried to do her brake's today but couldn't. Took the the car back to them to find out the lug nut was swollen. That's why I don't like impact wrenches. I told them I wanted the nut off but they refused because of store policy. I wasn't going to sue them for doing what I asked.Talked to management and told them I wanted to see the policy and they refused. Basically telling me they weren't going to do what I asked. I will not be taking it back there again

This Is One Of My Favorite Places. There Is A Nice Variety Of Friuts & Veggies, Precooked Meals To Put Straight In The Oven, Fresh Seafood, Flowers. Just Everything. I Buy What My Kids Like In Bulk Size. I Mostly Love To Get My Friuts Here, Always Fresh & Crispy. I Can Also Grab Sushi If Im In The Mood 😋 Plus Cheapest Gas In Town. I Found This Wine Out There, It Was Delicious.

Man, they are busy, but it is Memorial Day weekend. So it's to be expected. The prices on most stuff are really good. Free samples of food and drinks. Overall it was a great experience.

Perhaps this is a corporate issue as opposed to a knock on this individual store, but I don't see how this business finds it acceptable to limit the number of cards allocated. I obtained this membership primarily to give my niece the second card for the gas pump. Twice I've been in to get a card only to find out they are out. They seem to also not answer the phone very often. Today I am told there likely won't be new cards until towards the end of the month. By then, I'll be well over a month into my year of the membership. How is this acceptable?!?ISSUE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RESOLVED. I spoke with Adam. Super courteous, professional, & responsive. Thank you!

I do like Sam's. If you have a business or a large family it's a great place to shop in bulk. Gas prices are the best in our area. My only complaint is the dog and cat food selection is no good!!

Don’t take it out on customers that you haven’t had any sleep (manage) Natalie if the sign reads six Belgian waffles, you can’t charge them for pound as well even someone else in the building said it was very misleading and you were very rude about it after you spoke about having been up all night.. when I even had a picture!!!! Random card check on entry today. Told the lady I don't carry my card and the lady said she needed to see it regardless. Didn't have internet access by the door so my app wasn't working. While I was trying to get it to work the young lady said "Next time you'll know to have your card" with the attitude people love to have. 🤦🏿‍♂️ Ended up just going to get what I needed anyway because I don't have all day to play games. I cant buy without a membership so I obviously have one. Also I'm pretty sure they can't require a membership for the pharmacy or liquor if memory serves me right. I don't drink, FYI Sam's Club, have good internet all throughout the store otherwise the Scan and go feature the company had Kevin Hart advertising will be useless if I can't get into the store. Maybe a keypad or scan feature instead of some random worker to stop me from quickly grabbing some paper towels with the membership I bought.
