Was there at 8 pm & they were putting stock up. I purchased 2 milk crates of distilled water. One of the workers asked if I needed help which I gladly excepted. 68 years old & walk slowly with a cane. I appreciated his offer. The gentleman loaded them into my shopping cart. I thanked him but he wasn't done yet. He asked if I needed anything else - which I didn't& he pushed the cart up to check-out & I thanked him once again. He said he was glad to do it anytime. I paid my debt & turned around to push my cart out to my car & he was pushing my cart out the door & he asked which car. I told him & by the time I made it to the exit he had it in my trunk & was heading back in. I thanked him for the 3rd time. I've got a little something for the next time I see him working. Thank You Young ManYour Worth More Money !!!

Great store friendly staff. During the hours of 10 am till 7 pm it may appear there is only self checkout. That is not the case. Company policy is that there is always a cashier there during the hours of 10am till 7pm. If you have alot of items or just do not want to use the self check out request they call the cashier to the front.

After years of my patronage, I will NEVER go back. Self checkout on almost $200 in groceries is robbery! Not to mention, all the swipes, manager had to come override twice, it took about 35 minutes to checkout. They had only half of what we usually get there. The only employee said no one wants to work there. That's a dirty shame. She was the only cashier working, so she had to shutdown her register, and just sit on a chair. RIDICULOUS! 👋

Perfect for in store shopping without too many options. And a nice size particularly if I forget something. You don't have to wade through the on line shoppers and the large carts. The lady helping with the new self checkout was super helpful and friendly.

Just needed bread and Graham crackers and mayo. Went to check out not one cashier lane was open they are making you use self check out...the line was 6 to 8 people deep.....will not be going her anymore will spend my money at schnucks.. st least at other places you have the option even at walmart....sad

I've shopped here for years and it's always the best place to find what u need. Brand name and off brand items at the best prices. Fruits and Veggies are also fresh. Not many to choose from but it's enough.

Missing alot of carts. Need someone to help with keeping watch over where the carts are disappearing to. Workers are kind and curtious. Looking for a job I know they are needing help. Great prices excellent service.

I like. Most problems are at check out But wouldn't Ruler Foods be the perfect place for SELF CHECKOUTS. It would do more to hold down their cost. That's why Walmart does it!

This is a great market to pick up basic needs and also if your money is tight. The employees are outstanding. Don't forget you quarter for your cart though and your shopping bags unless you want to carry your groceries or pay 10 cents per bag.

This is almost entirely processed prepackaged junk food.... Their entire produce section is about the size of a small vehicle, and each time I have gone in there has been rotten produce mixed in with the regular produce... Prices also look good in the advertisements but it's for lower graded produce that is either smaller or not up to standard in some way... Definitely not a value.

I have been shopping there for a while now, customer service is terrible. They do not care about their customers. Last weekend when I went, on Sunday, there was mold on their strawberries and their blueberries. When I told one of the employees his response was, "yeah sometimes that happens over night." Then, he proceeded to yell through the entire store that there is mold on the fruit.... I was baffled... Also, my boyfriend and I have noticed many times that they leave their refrigerated products and produce out in the middle of the isles. They are not quick to stock the cold products, such as meat, cheese, and especially yogurt. We are no longer going to shop here other than to get frozen 'smart ones', because at Rulers they're only $1, at Walmart they're $2. If there is ONE good thing about this store, they're cheap. I guess you get what you pay for....

I love the fact that their spring water is just, I think $0.79 a gallon. And they also sell a very reasonably priced Frozen rice-like cauliflower in a bag, no more buying cauliflower and letting it go bad in the refrigerator for not using it in time. It *fakes* tasting like anything you want to make it to taste like. Which is G r e a t for low carbohydrate diet.

On a scale of 1 (being the old Save A lot) to 10 (being Aldi's), I'd rank Ruler's right in the middle. I do recommend double checking the shelving price tags though, to verify its actually for the product your buying.

Will not be shopping here again. They had the wrong prices on meat, when the manager was shown, she blew it off and had to pay what it rang up instead of the price on the label. The girl running the register did not speak one time, frown on her face and dint even tell me the total price, I had to check myself while she stared at me the whole time. As people around me were bagging groceries they were talking about the same thing, very displeased customers.

Prices are good but customer service needs work. Twice now stood in line only to be told that register shutting down. Then moved to stand again behind people. Then they open another register. LEARN HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS YOU NEED TWO CHECKOUTS OPEN!!!

Employees couldn't care less about the customers. Too few registers are open to handle the customers. I shop there only because prices are good. That's why they don't care about the customers because they know you will come back.

Today at this store an old lady cashier named Linda was so rude. I couldn't find a quarter, my daughter and I went inside to ask if we could use one of the carts on the three lines they weren't using. She said we have no carts. On the way out another customer gave us her cart. After shopping we got in Linda's line, a few minutes later she sent us to the next check out. I will never go to the ruler on Green River road again.

I left and went to Walmart. I would rather pay a little extra bn per item then stand in line any longer. After 15 minutes, we hadn't moved. I understand they were busy, and they were going as fast as they could.
