Never been to or even heard of a cat cafe' before, we were visiting from Tennessee so thought we would check it out. Didn't dine in the cafe' just went to see play with the kitties. They charge a small admission to visit with the cats, money goes towards the care of them. Online reservations are recommended....Don't ever go to a cat cafe' unless you plan on bringing home a new cat ha ha... we brought home this little guy he's the best kitty 🐈

Such a cute place to spend an afternoon, but beware, the hardest thing I’ve ever done is leave here without a kitty. Hot cocoa tasted delicious and the staff were friendly. Quiet atmosphere ruled by the cats.Parking: Street parking in downtown Evansville

Very fun and enjoyable coffee shop. They have an interesting menu with special and traditional options.I’ve sat in this shop several times to work on my laptop. Taking a break from my work to look up and see some adoptable kitties napping and playing is a welcomed reprieve.Shop is worth a visit

Went because my girlfriend absolutely loves cats and has always wanted to a cat cafe.Place is small but cozy. Big menu of coffee and drinks. Didn't realize until after we ordered you could get wine by the glass because it wasn't listed on the menu. Macarons looked tasty but we didn't try. Cat room is pay to enter which I get, super reasonable on the prices too. The nice attendant inside the cat room was super friendly and obviously enjoyed her job.Cats were awesome and friendly, they had tons of enrichment and toys, but the small space of the room made it a bit tight to walk around and explore.Also, the Sign out front says No one under 6 allowed in the cat room. Didn't see this advertised online. Not an issue for us but I could see some serious disappointment for kiddos even if it is for their safety.Kid-friendliness: Kids under 6 aren't allowed in the cat room.Wheelchair accessibility: Space is somewhat narrow and the cat room specifically could be difficult to enter, exit, and maneuver with a wheelchair.

this is a great place to visit with friends while spending time some awesome kitties. You can enjoy some great macaroons, a nice glass of wine, or an awesome coffee beverage. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the kitties. They have some great swag to help you remember your visit while helping to support the great work they are doing.

Great experience for Valentines with my hubs. He wanted to take all the cats home, lol. They have pretty decent coffee and amazing macarons! It's a great place to go for some kitty love if you need a pick me up, or if you want to adopt. All the cats are friendly and happy.

Found a cat I liked. Did the application night before and got approved. Called and put hold on cat. Meet the cat. Told employee I decide to adopt. He called humane society to get final approval. Waiting a hour. Asked what was taking so long. He said someone else was approved for cat. He says it doesn't happen. So I didn't get cat. Not happy. I spent three hours driving to location and other three hours home. Just really a miscommunication between humane society and kitty Cafe.

I loved coming here to play with the kitties. I do think a half an hour is plenty of time in there. I love that you can go inside and get a coffee or macarons and watch the kitties from outside the kitty room. The macarons were wonderful although I did feel they were a little overpriced. The raspberry, coconut, dark chocolate were delicious however the blueberry didn’t taste like blueberry. I’m definitely looking forward to returning to the kitty cafe.

I'm going to meet in the middle on my star rating because I USED to love coming here! Every trip to comfort ended with my going next door to get macaroons and a few times playing with the cats. 2 days last week I brought my 4 year old daughter with me and let her play with the cats, the 1st day was perfect! She had SUCH a great time, the 2nd day, there was an older woman sitting in the cat room who was BARKING orders at her. Now, given, i was recording my daughter playing and sending my husband videos(i was on the phone with him), so idk if she assumed i was ignoring my child, but i was not. Seriously, repeatedly telling her to pick a cat bed up off the floor, that the previous day, was on the floor. My daughter really thought she was doing a good deed by putting it back just to have this woman angerly get onto her. Telling her she couldn't play with the cats correctly?! Not to pick up the cat toys. We paid for 30 mins, left after 14. The experience has left an aweful taste is my mouth and I don't believe I'll be returning.To add, we have 4 cats at home. My daughter isn't new to cats

When my friend found out there is a cat cafe in Evansville, we were surprised and excited, and hope to come see it one day.The owner warmly welcomed me when I entered, and the friendly staff made me a nice cat latte. This is one of the cleanest and cutest cat cafes I have seen in Asia and the U.S. The price is reasonable. It is cozy for both the cats and the guests. I would love to come again next time I visit Indiana.

It's a great cafe and my partner and I have gone there many times and had a great time. However, I wish there was staff member in the cat room with people, especially when there are children. Last time we walked by the big window to look in, there was a boy who had tied one of the string cat toys very tightly around one of the cat's neck and was dragging the cat by it and picking up another cat by only it's skull. We tried knocking on the window to see if the child's parent/guardian might see and intervene, but the grandparent who was with them just looked at him and didn't say or do anything. It was unsettling to see the cat's treated that way so we have been worried about going back because we are worried we might see the cats handled poorly by the public again. Again the staff has always been so nice and great service every time we go, the only complaint we have is potentially witnessing the cats get mistreated by the public again.

I love the place! I got the maple butter brewed coffee, made with actual butter and it was so delicious. I also had four macaroons (peppermint, fruity pebbles, honey lavender, Ferrero Rocher and they were very delicious! The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and very friendly. It cost just a few dollars to enjoy some time with an adoptable kitty, it is a partnership with the Vanderburg Humane Society as well!

It was such a cute environment! Spending time with the fur babies was really fun. The coffee was very good as well! I got a meowcchiatto and really enjoyed it.:) If I visit the Evansville area again I’ll definitely be coming back!🐈‍⬛

I'm only taking away one star because I feel that we were rushed out of the room before our time was up. It's also a little small in the room you have to pay, which wasn't an issue as we went at a non busy time. The coffee I had was really good. It was just an iced coffee with vanilla. My friend had a smoothie, it was okay. Everyone was really friendly and they even made an exception for my daughter, who is younger than their rule of 6yrs+. I thought that was really sweet. It's a really cool place and it's nice that they post pictures of the cats who have found homes! Now someone go adopt River!! He's such a sweet handsome kitty!! I see people complaining about prices, but you must understand that most of their proceeds go to the VHS.

Good coffee, good macarons, and an excellent cat selection. Blood loss was minimal, and well within acceptable limits. Remember: just because a cat rolls on its back, this should not be construed as an invitation to rub its belly.

My wife and I have been multiple times and love it! It's always so calming and is a great way to quietly unwind. The coffee is delicious (I suggest the razzleberey mocha) and there is plenty of cute merchandise. You have to pay to see the cats but I feel like that is reasonable since the money goes towards their care. If you're bringing children please understand that it is a calm, quiet environment and that if the cats get scared they have an area downstairs they can run to to hide so please be patient if there aren't many upstairs. That being said, I've visited at the same time as a family with young children who were there celebrating one of the kids birthdays and they were very well behaved and everyone had a great time!Thank you for all you guys do for the kitties!

This place is a very unique concept. You can get coffee, tea or smoothies along with macarons. The macarons were amazing. I did not try the drinks this time but I will say customer service was eh and the place was very jam packed. Would go back to try the coffee or smoothies. You can sign up and wait to play with the cats here that are in a separate room. All the cats are adoptable. Prices were pretty high for food drinks and retail.
