My dog is finicky. They serve what he likes. We go there. If I was looking to adopt, shelters first... They do seem to be a one-stop-shop for all things pet related, but as always try to shop local first.

Plenty choices for puppy dog stuff. Clean store and organized. Sometimes hard to find an available sales associate and had one visit with a very uninterested to help sales associate. Good over all place to shop for pet stuff.

Very rude red headed girl that works over by the fish. Asked for a said amount of crickets and she said she didn't have that many, but when she opened the cage she had double the crickets and wouldn't sell me said amount I asked for but way less. Husband went into today and asked for said amount and she wouldn't give him any more then 50 though she had well over a couple hundred of them in there. And she charges us for 50 but only got 30, so she needs to go back somewhere and learn how to count and have better manners. If a customer wants to buy all of the crickets at one time let them it'll still be the same amount money you sold them for at the end if it goes to multiple people, don't be stupid y'all.

Love the way it's laid out. Very convenient and has just about anything you need for your pets. Just know that you are paying for convenience vs value. I price compare a few things and have seen lower prices elsewhere.

Bought a small harness for my dog yesterday and when I took the harness out of the package no instructions plus the tag on the harness itseld said XL when it says small on the front of the package. That's money I done wasted will never get a harness from this store again should have just went to Walmart cuz whoever put the harness in the packaging put the wrong size in the package or someone swapped out the harness while being in the store. Wasted my money there's $50 I will never get back.

Hayden in grooming had the worst customer service I've seen. His arrogant demeanor was unacceptable, and he even got another pierced girl who was just as bad. Never going to your store again. Teach your groomers actual dog grooming skills and customer etiquette.

Great training! Our puppy loves meeting new people and leaned a ton in class. We love to stock up on treats, there's almost always deals running and it's easy to join to earn points towards future purchases as well.

I take our Shitzu here for grooming. They do the absolute best! You can really tell how much they care for the animals.

We took our full blooded cocker spaniel in for grooming. Apollo is registered with AKC, and we know his bloodline. Despite this, the groomer claimed that he is too big to be a cocker spaniel and said they would charge more next time. I guess the groomer knows more than our vet and AKC. There will not be a next time.

Livid, I have had them cut my mini bernadoodle twice. Never again. Both times she has come home looking insane. She is a bernadoodle they are not to be shaved to their skin. 8 have been driving 2 hours to a shop in Illinois and this is never an issue. 2 times you have jacked up my dog. I am livid.

Went in to get my pets' nails trimmed. Called before I went. When I got there, I needed proof of rabies vaccine. They didn't mention that during phone call so they would not take me.

I have been going to petsmart for years and never had the service I had too day. They were supposed to bath and cut my Annie and Dora with the chi package. Yes they were matted but thats never been a problem in the past they were shaved down and were just fine but now its all rude high school and just out of college kids no professional groomers or adults so I guess thats what you get. They wont be going back and I will tell others not to take their pets there either.

Bought my second reptilian from here now on #9 don't usually shop here. The only part I had a problem with is that I waitied for help for around 15 minutes until someone decided to asked not " may I help you " but "are you going to purchase something " for one that doesnt matter. They weren't on there toes with the store stuff was everywhere, some people were not very respectful. It sad these young people think they know everything about these animals. When really they absolutely know nothing. They just hear from others and maybe read a article in a magazine. They think there right and your wrong. But then you ask how many animals they have and they got a betta and a cat. Woman please you talking to someone with 9 reptiles, 2 amphibians, 1 bird and 3 dogs! And definitely more knowledge then you. In other words thanks for the dragon but you guys need to work with the employees & there respect.

A huge variety of fish, reptiles, little cute critters. An ample supply of needs for any pet. They have grooming spot. Inner never used the services. Go adopt a sweet kitty. They have kittens and full grown cats available through different adoption services. We adopted one back in September.

Overall it was an MEMORABLE experience and clean and well stocked. With friendly employees. Whom all had a nice welcoming smiles. That made you feel like they already knew us!!:)I can tell you from many years customer seivice in the biggest Chain of Stores in the United States...I've seen the good the bad and more than ugly sides. I mean what family never has to go out into the real world? So a household can run? Or better yet. Anyone able to function in life without necessities? Yeah I can't think of anyone...I state for myself. When I say if there are lines forming to checkout. Because there is no break in today's world to take time and actually slowdown. (To Show Our Selves) Mankind isn't extinct or robots virtual computer programs. We deserve to be able to have a thought more than a second. Absorb, ponder, feel as to what we are experiencing. But, it seems as life is on autopilot to the max.My upbringing and the meaning of life and beliefs of how people should be towards eachother and turns into a chain reaction. Isn't there anymore. But, as soon as there was a line. One of your smiling workers came to the front and opened another register. Then a few minutes later another smiling worker came as soon as they seen people accumulate. Neither of then had to be called or no urgency. The showed and it resignated throughout. To enjoy their job and make a difference. Plus up most important that chain reaction is a fact. Fact of if you had unhappy customers then you would not need employees. And no employees means that there wouldn't be a company to run.Therefore I whole heartedly belive that. The experience I had tonight IS the best enjoying and memorable experience in a unbelievably long time I've had.☆~So THANK YOU Petsmart @ Evansville Indiana Eastside!!!! I may have rambled on but, I am very happy. Along with people really don't realize how busy and impersonable the world and people have become. There can/should be certain things. That still is possible to DO STILL and NOT in more simpler time's years ago!! Keep creating smiles for people and animals to make memories forever in peoples mind!!~☆
