We take our dogs here for their bathing facilities & it’s SO much easier than trying to bathe them at home. They provide towels & shampoo as well so no worries if you forget your own! They offer a coupon booklet which is big savings if you plan on taking them back for baths!

Love the pet self wash! It works great for my dog who has hip and issue and can’t really get in the tub at home. I have also take fosters there.Also love the pet products we shop there often for chews, treats, collars and leashes :-) We have been happy with the professional grooming services previously used there as well.

We had our son's 9th birthday party here and the kids had a blast! In addition to providing space for pizza and cake, the staff let my son pick the animals that he and his friends could pet and interact with. Paula and the girls were very knowledgeable about the animals and Paula even brought in her own tortoises for the kids to check out. Really unique experience and well worth the money in my opinion!

Great place for fish. Only place in Evansville that I could found freshwater Gobies !! So cool so cute!! Neon Blue Goby!! Great price too!!

The store is clean and the folks are as helpful as they can be. Not a lot of knowledge floating around. Prices are a little high but their later hours and weekend hours make it convenient so even trade there. I would not recommend buying crickets here. They usually die in a day (I gut load my feeders, provide hydro gel and veggies so it's not a lack of care)

Update: Samantha at the North store was kind enough to fix Tonto all up. She took her time and he looks so much better. Thank you so muchWe took our long haired dachshund in for his first grooming and he came out very uneven and choppy. Only thing that was done well were his feet and nails. Erin didn't use the trimmers to even out his rear end and his ears weren't even at all.

Found a bunny in a dumpster took it there until I get off work they were hands down the best they were compassionate and caring and went out of their way to bathe the bunny and take care of him I highly recommend

I took our little dog Sallie in today to have her claws trimmed. The young lady was so nice and took care of her with professionalism. Thursdays between 4 and 6 you can have them trimmed for $10.00

The worst pet store in town, especially as it relates to how they treat their fish. Every time I go in, there are about 2-4 teenagers just sitting around talking while 90% of their fish tanks suffer from fin rot due to water quality. Extremely gut-wrenching how long the fish situation has gone on, and I’d be really curious to know how many fish this place has killed in the past 6-8 months due to negligence while continuing to order more.

Never fails this particular location, never has clean towels available in the dog wash area. No matter what time of day I go, the dog wash area is always dirty. It seems this area is not a priority to employees to keep clean. Upon entering, you're never greeted by staff. All the staff act as if they dislike their job. I ask at every visit why they never have clean towels to provide their customers for their animals. They say their dryer is slow to dry and takes all day to dry one load. Seems to me that the owners might want to consider investing in a new dryer. Now that my pet wash book is out, I definitely will not return to this location.

Walk in nail clinic for dogs. I had been meaning to get my dogs in and this was the first time it worked out. Great job and will return again. The Dremel makes a huge difference. Next time for baths.

We always love pet food center. Their rewards program is so good. I had an issue with a dog food I bought and I called and the young lady talked to me about what my concern was, welcomed me in the next day, credited me my open bag, allowed me to return my unopened bag, and walked me through options for choosing a new food. Excellent service. Their groomer is phenomenal with our dog as well!

Has an awesome selection of birds, reptiles, fish, and other critters. Have been in before where the selection was poor, as well as lacking small live feeder mice, but always have frozen ones. The staff is usually pretty knowledgeable about their pets, eager to help and get you started with something new.

Changed some vendors - so some high quality stuff I used to buy for my very active larger dogs wasn't availableStill, I always stop when I am in town. That being said they have a very comprehensive stock.The staff is competent, friendly and easy to approach and talk too. Answer questions in a knowledgeable manner.Other services available on site that I won't use because I am not local but you should check into.Better pet supply store than where I live

Very clean store and friendly employees. Not a huge variety of wet cat food and disorganized shelving in the cat food aisle. Prices not marked on some products. Empty spots on shelves but extra inventory on top shelf not stocked. I prefer the west side location better.

Very disrespectful and unpatriotic to 1 day give veterans a discount on dog/cat food, the things bought most frequently, then taking that benefit away with no heads up, no notification or anything! We buy 50 lbs of food every 2 weeks. Will never set foot in either store again!

The best pet supply place in the area. Their animals for sale are always well taken care of with species appropriate housing and a good selection of items to get you started with your own pet. Prices can be a little steep for pets but not atypical for a pet store.
