Went to buy decore. When at register it gave me the option for a receipt and the lady hit something elses. So i could not get it. She said it would be on my rewards and they are not. I have called few times to talk to a manager and they say there is no was to print old receipts. The staff is very rude everytil i go in they fallow me and act like i am going to steal or something. They dont help with anything unless you look like you have money.

This place was rough. I've frequented a few different Michaels stores in other cities I've lived in and this location is by far the worst I've ever seen a retail craft store of any brand look.I'm not sure what the problem is, multiple issues from what I saw. Store is very messy and unorganized. They were missing a lot of products. Entire racks and rows empty.Three cashiers open and 15 people in line during a busy weekend afternoon. Spent 20 minutes just waiting to pay for my $5 item. Won't be worth it next time for sure.Unfortunate that this location is so poorly managed.

I always mark when I'm on my way to the store to give them time to get my order ready, but within a minute or two they mark that I've already picked it up when I'm not even there yet! I really don't like that they do this, it's not how it's supposed to be done.

I spent quite a bit of time looking through the flower section because they had a sign Flowers by Ashton (spelling?)50% off. I found 3 flowers I wanted to purchase. They had a tag on them that said Ashton so I assumed they were 50% off. They rang up full price and I told the clerk the sign said they were 50% off. She said they also had to say spring or summertime on the tag. The sign did not say that so be careful of their sale signs there. That was VERY deceiving. I put the flowers back and will not purchase anything there without first checking if their sale signs have unprinted conditions first.

I appreciate the stores variety and selection. The manager taught a paint class and it was cool. She was very nice and kind. The self checkouts are nice, everyone's short staffed anymore.

I love this store but the employee who was helping at the register was extremely rude to everyone in my family. We were asking simple questions and she was very short with us. When my youngest child was checking out using a gift card she needed to pay the extra with cash. The cashier Taylor seemed very irritated that she had to check her out along with the rest of the members of my family. We all got the impression that she does not like her job. This is really unfortunate. A career change might that doesn't involve customer interaction might be her best option.

I applied for a credit card and I that after my purchase it was approved. On Thursday I received my statement. Friday I took my granddaughter and daughter to buy some shirts and my credit card didn't work. I don't understand why.

Great selection of things for crafts and projects. Clearance items are fantastic prices though can be difficult to tell which ones they are, but thankfully they have price scanners to confirm if they are on clearance or not.

I think they are really woefully understaffed and getting hit with supply chain issues. The stock was absolutely decimated but that aside the store was an absolute mess. Stock on the floors aisles disorganized. Empty shelves but stock randomly in overflowing shopping carts just sitting cattywampus in the middle of the aisle. I have seen Dollar Trees in neater more organized condition. If I didn't know any better this seems like a store that is going out of business.

Just wished all the merchandise in the paint department was in the right place and they were priced correctly. Instead of telling them around a gallon of medium only to get to the checkout and find out that it was 75% more than where it was placed by the merchant very upsetting. Other than that the associates and management are wonderful. I enjoy the smaller store that doesn't overwhelm you with everything under the sun like Hobby Lobby. Please work on prices and inventory in the right place and less confusing weekly sale shelf tags.

I was unable to find any of the items that I was looking for.I do understand that with today's so cold shortage on retail items.My wife was unable to find any macrame rope, one of those little battery operated material fuzz ball remover for like office sweaters or whatever.The main reason we went in there was to find small decorative hinges for a jewelry box, or some sort of craft box.My own interest took me over to the plastic models and really thought they had not a very good selection at all.There were quite a few other items of different things in the store and they were just out of anything I was looking for.

My friend was wanting to have a military document framed for her husbands birthday. We waited for over an hour but noone ever showed. I do NOT like the new self checkout. 7 were waiting for the 1 cashier who called for a manager twice, that never came but over the PA sent someone twice that also never showed up

They are trying to accommodate people during the plague. The website inventory is not entirely accurate, although searching seems to have improved. Curbside pickup is simple and the employees are very quick and helpful. The order itself, once entered in and paid for, did take two days to be fulfilled. Overall I'm glad that I can get four skeins of cross stitch thread without having to trust ebay. I will be filling my future orders here.

My go to store when I need any kind of crafting supplies at all. They always have several things 50% off and their decorations are all so pretty. I got my baskets for my flower girls here and the supplies to decorate each one. I love getting Christmas gifts here for my friends.

In a word. Pleasant. I haven't been for a while so nostalgia was of course running through my brain while shopping and I was excited to see some of the changes they have made. It was a bit of an adventure to find what I was looking for but it was a very nice trip to pick up a new sketch book and brushes.
