I had a great experience at Menards in Evansville. Staff were informed, friendly and offered great gardening advice. Thanks to Ava for advising me on watering my new indoor plant, and helping me find the best storage and hanging solutions for my home. Will be back!

Great place to shop. They have a wide variety of alot of different things. I went there looking for sand, the kind you use for a sand box. We never really did find what we were looking for, we did ask, they told us were it should be, but we could not find it. No one else asked us if we needed any help, so we ended up not getting it and going to home depot instead.

Got the help I needed, great prices , you should chop there for Christmas they have a fireplace that is amazing that's a heater and an electric fireplace and it's a lot of settings on it beautiful Christmas gift. Lots of new age lights!!!

This store sucks. Front end manager is too young and rude for her position. Told store GM about our experience with the front end manager and we feel it fell on deaf ears. Will never shop at this store again. Doesn't even deserve the one star. Go to Home Depot or Lowes Evansville

Nice place to shop for almost anything home related. The store is well laid out, but due to the wide selection of items, it can take some time to find what you need. Prices were reasonable and checkout was quick.

Great store and service. I want to setup an auto racing simulator with this bath tub. It could be the ultimate ‘racing in the rain’ scenario. It’d probably work better than the toaster I tried last time.

I bought a Christmas tree from Mernards and the young man that helpedme load it was mad about helping I guess and rude. I have never experienced that before at Mernards.

Like the hardware displays. Easy to select siding, shingles, etc. Garden center is nice, some furniture and food.

This establishment is clean, organized, and tidy. I went in looking for steel wire and was immediately helped by a female staff member. She knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me where to get it. I am short in stature and she even helped me get the product I needed down. I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of this location. I was treated with respect, despite my recent experience with Home Depot. I will continue to patronize this business based on my positive experiences with it. I am a happy customer as well as a returning customer in the future. There is plenty of parking. Bathrooms are located near check out. Items are easy to find and if not there is always staff around to assist you in finding them. I recommend this location.

Always have a great experience here. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Pretty good selection and fair pricing, especially if you shop during their rebate periods. They have more selection than just home improvement, as they also have a small food section and seasonal items like pool, camping, and boating accessories. If you catch them during one of their 11% rebate promotions, you get a little extra bonus.

I will not be back. They say good workers are hard to find. Menards on greenriver rd must have some really good ones cause lumber yard help sure is hard to find. Had to load all by myself after asking for help upon entering gate.

They had furniture actually in stock, which is currently difficult to find. Another plus is they are giving away free 5x7 area rugs with furniture purchases.

Went in to ask about an application and the employee Rich ignored my request to speak to who I asked and proceeded to tell me if I had any usefull aspects about me than I would have gotten called for a job. Stating I am useless and don't deserve a job.

Apparently they like to charge 147.00 for delivery for almost a 1000.00 range, but no appointment just that day, no time. They outsource everything to an outsider. When you call they are clueless and all pretend to be the manager. I get a call at 5:10 they will be here in 10 mins. It’s now 6:52 and they have not arrived. I will never ever spend another dime at Menards and I am doing a 35-40,000.00 kitchen project. Good bye Menards discount store. Don’t do anything that involves a delivery! Finally arrived at 6:55 with no paperwork? WTH.

The young man who helped us in land and garden was very nice. The lady who let us in to get our stuff was not very friendly. The man who loaded of purchases was very nice and helpful. Much better help here in Evansville than the store in Marion, Illinois where we did live.

Great. Very well stocked. Had the railings we needed in stock. We actually bought all but two . Had a nice young man help us with our "deck railing" purchase. He was very careful in getting it down from shelf and putting it on the cart. He even offered to help us load it in our truck.

I drove a long way to try and get what I needed.I had called first & the staff thought they had one left. Upon my arrival however, we found it to be the same thing I had purchased the night before.The person that was waiting on me took several minutes to check the inventory very well & also to see if there was something else that would work instead.They were able to find something that would work & the manager even came over to add assistance.I drove a long way to get what I needed & because of the outstanding help of the staff, I was able to get what I needed, that would help me finish my project.Good job! 👍👍

Thank goodness for the 1 employee out of the 4 we’ve asked that actually helped assist us. Their ticket system is a joke. Apparently once you’ve payed and get your ticket to pull your vehicle around their best response from majority of them is to point and say “go around and check” Needless to say.. a lot of Lazy workers. Luckily 1 employee stopped and help get everything lined out with our landscaping blocks. Hopefully they can get their ticket system managed better.

It's an inconvenient home improvement store. If you park close to the entrance you have a long walk to your car and vice versa. They make you walk all the way to the back to pick up a piece of paper to buy roofing materials to go all the way up front to pay then go through a Gestapo security gate to have to load your materials by yourself then drive back through the security for them to go through your materials to see if you stole something. Maybe I'm having a bad day, but what a waste of time and energy. It all seems so backwards. They do have a very large lighting section

With being Christmas Eve everyone was very nice and helpful. Then while waiting to check out we watched and listen to the cashier. Talk with and wish a Merry Christmas. Then towards my husband and myself she was very rude let our items get bunched up. The bags run out my husband told her she rolled her eyes and then turned her head away. She didn't she thank you after we paid. While she rushed on to the next person and let their items run into ours. Because we had to find bags and grap items she let the belt run into. That's the time that happened. I did say something to customer service. Only because she was kind to the people before and rude to us. We do not know her nor we were rude towards her.I don't know why but every single time my husband and myself enter the store. Someone from loss prevention follows us through the store. We have not time taken anything. We have paid for every item we had in our cart. We have spent a lot of money there. It was our favorite place to go for all our tools and home repairs. But the last time we were there they truly crossed the line and was rude. If we didn't need the items we got we were going to leave. If someone from the store could explain it to me why they treat people that way. Because they know we are paying customer's. It's to the point of F around with us and we handled it other ways. Unless they have a good damn reason for it no excuse for people whom maybe in their eyes is lower class to be treated like we are thieves. I would love to hear from a manager for the treat they give us.

Excellent and Better alternative to the big two. Plus all during covid they gave 11% rebate. I’ve received hundreds back already. Plus they we first to require mask inside store. Smart and Caring. So why shop any other hardware store. Great selection and price. I’ve put in a new deck, sink, faucet, toilet, closet shelves, and painted. Nice they have some grocery items too make it a one stop.

Needs better pickup order expediting and better pickup records. The whole pickup system needs an overhaul. I wasted 45 minutes at door 14 pickup just to find out the order I was assigned to pickup was given, not only to another delivery driver but also to a completely different delivery service. Come on guys, my time spent there is literally money out of my pocket if there's no delivery to pick up. Averaging about $35 to $40 per hour for my runs, I feel like you cost me at least $26 up to $30 for yesterday's fiasco.
