Nice place, they was in between clearance sales and spring sales. Getting decorations with the wife for our nephew's graduation party for graduation from his 4th yr of college.

This was my first time going here. They have alot of really nice things, but im giving it only two stars because of the game they play where they increase the price and then say it's on sale, making you believe that you are getting the item cheaper. For example they have life size skeletons for $99, and its 40% off, so it would be around $60. The same exact skeleton is at Walmart for only $28! Everything I looked at for Halloween was just so expensive. I will not be going back.

Poor online ordering service. I ordered online an item that the store was out of, however once the order was placed it stalled in processing for a week. When I decided to cancel I discovered that there isn’t a way to cancel once the order has been placed, even though it has not yet shipped. In recent weeks this location has been in chaos with whole aisles filled with boxes. I’ve enjoyed Joann’s in the past but now I am unimpressed.

Amazing craft store! With a large selection of fabrics, patterns, and home decor. The store was well laid out and kept very clean. The staff were friendly and quick to checkout.

Joanns keeps going down hill- especially in regards to their online ordering. No communication, cancelling without reason, and no option to even try to reorder or partially fill. If you don’t have the inventory- then don’t show multiple items in stock on the site just to cancel later that night. I don’t even fully blame employees, corporate needs to shape up. This is not the only Joann’s site I’ve had an issue with if online ordering.

I went in look for last minute supplies, which I needed that night. Online said they had 5 in stock. I looked on the shelves, none. I asked the ladies at the register if they could check in the back or tell me if there might be another place. They then told me that if they had some they are probably in boxes and they weren’t going to look for any. I wasn’t trying to make anyone’s day harder. I just genuinely needed this stuff. In addition I had gotten a hand held light up toy for my kid, on the wall of their fairly cheaper toys. It said two dollars but unfortunately it didn’t have a tag on it. She asked where I got it and I pointed and said that wall over there, she said yeah I’m not walking over there this looks like it is $6. I said no, this said $2. Please go check me, she then proceeded to look it up on their website and then rang me up.I ended up going to Michaels for my items.Fast forward, I placed an order at 6 o’clock this evening and they close at 9. Online said they were processing my order…. But they weren’t. I called at 8:35 to check on the order, I was then informed no one has been there after 6 to work on it and I have to wait until tomorrow now. I would have really appreciated if they would have turned off mobile ordering for their location as they did not have anyone working them. I waited almost 3 hours to hear this. I could have gone to the store before they closed and got the items myself.

Found so much of cute items for Christmas decorations and lots of great sales. The staff was very helpful mandy helped me understand the pricing due to different locations and different prices. The cashier's work hard to maintain the lines yes coupons are are great deal the cashiers are always willing to help you out with your app. My cashier was very friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful store, however, I got no assistance when I asked a question and the woman at the cut counter had no idea what she was doing. In the process of scanning something, she flashed me in the eyes with the scanner. When I told her it got me in the eye, she said nothing at all. It took two people to figure out how to use the handheld. They have no training at all.

I own my own business so I purchase things from here, Hobby Lobby and Michael's often.The online order process wasn't working correctly so I called the store to ask if they have the items so I can just come in and get them. The gentleman on the phone was extremely rude, interrupting me when trying to speak and then told me he couldn't help me that I needed to contact the help line.This is the second time an employee has been completely rude and acted like it was a bother to help with anything.I will no longer be shopping at this store, I will stick to Michael's where everyone is polite and happy to have all of my business

Agree with another review completely. They have a great selection, but service is terrible. The staff don't want to help unless they have to & usually do the minimum at that. Last time I asked for something, the told me it could be in 2 different areas, didn't bother to ask over the radio; it wasn't in either area & was half way across the store in completely separate section. I do like their remnant rack; I always get a good deal there.

Needed to make some more cloth face masks for our wedding. Great selection even during the pandemic with everybody making their own masks. The staff are always helpful when I need anything. They’re a little higher pricewise than the other fabric stores in town but they always have the biggest selection by far and mail out pretty good coupons.

I love this store. They have some of the best crafting materials in town and always have some sales going on. I really appreciate that I am able to get a teacher's discount on my purchases and all of the coupons that they send me in the mail. The only negative is that their fabric can be on the high end price wise for certain materials

This is a superstore, so the selection is larger than most joann's. You can take advantage of coupons from the app, text, and email combined to achieve maximum savings, because prices aren't cheep. Staff are lovely. Spacious, handicap accessible, and quiet facility. Good location and satisfactory customer service. Still a Lot of polyester, as opposed to renewable selections.

What a nice surprise I received today along with some items I ordered. I went to pick up my order and the lady brought it out to me then handed me another bag and told me Happy Easter. It contained several very micr items. Thank you!

I can always count on Joanns to have the craft item that I need. They promptly opened more registers when more than 3 people were in line. The store is clean and bright. The employees always seems helpful. It is the largest craft store in Evansville.

Terrible customer service, only 1 employee actually smiled while I was there, no thank you, no your welcome. Employees constantly talking on their headsets to other employees. The most important person in the store is the customer you are waiting on. I have never seen a group of more impolite people in my life. That comes from training, which they all needed a lot more of. Do your job managers!!

They used to have quite a bit of different products that were perfect for your every day crafter. It seems like products have gone downhill. Losing the sewing machine vendor was very sad as those were some of the nicest and most helpful ladies. Most of the employees are very helpful and friendly.

The staff is always stop helpful and cheery. It's hard tho when they are under staffed to always be everywhere but they handle the difficulty with ease and a smile. Often they will help you find all the coupons you are eligible to use too 😍

Came to pick up an order. Waited outside for 20 minutes, then stood in front of the store another 10. When the workers came out they told me they “closed 3 hours early due to bad weather” which made no sense because the weather was bad the night before. They also had no signs posted anywhere saying they were closing early. Very inconsiderate. If you’re going to close early you need to post something for your customers
