I just want to say thank you again to the girl who helped me! One of dogs contracted kennel cough from day care and the rest of the dogs have now contracted it. I came in looking for supplements to maybe aid in helping their coughing and make them a little most comfortable. The girl who helped me was extremely helpful and I appreciate her! She recommended a variety of helpful products and was very knowledgeable. Every-time I go into this store the staff is always super friendly, but this visit really stood out for me! My favorite place to go for treats and toys for my dog. They have the cutest bandanas for every season. They have fresh baked cookies for dogs. Lots of super cute collars and leashes to pick from! There is a wonderful selection of treats and food for your furry friend. The service is always great. Very friendly people always happy to help you out! The employees are always so sweet and helpful. They give their real opinions about products they've tried with their pets. My cats are obsessed with a certain dry kibble that is much cheaper here locally than on chewy or amazon. I'm thankful Evansville has a good honest local pet business.My only complaint (if you can even call it one) is I wish there were more options for kitties! Especially with vitamins and supplements.

The only place I go to get what I need for my dogs. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Our one dog has many allergies and we purchase all of our raw food, treats, probiotics, joint support, and many other products we need. Since I live out of town, the staff is great at putting aside the products I need so that they are in stock when I arrive. Exceptional service, very friendly and knowledgeable.

I am always so impressed with the staff from Give a Dog a Bone. They go out of their way to help their customers. You quickly feel like your pets are top priority.I switched to “Go” dog food a few months back and am so grateful to see the results of happy dogs and healthy guts. One of the team members took time to listen to different diets that I had already tried and gave me several options. They took the confusion and frustration out of reading and trying to understand animal nutrition for me.I have purchased ruffwear vibram shoes from this store and was invited to bring my dog in the store to have him fitted. It is comforting to know that no matter if we are on trails hiking, or jogging down town his paw pads are protected. We have had these shoes for a few years now and they still look new. They wash so well and protect against ice, rocks, broken glass, etc.I am so thankful to Quincy, Liz, and the staff at Give a Dog a Bone. Their kindness and caring nature has strongly impacted us and our kiddos. I can’t help but smile when I walk in. The vibe of this store is unbelievable. Let them educate you on ways to help your pets. The results might just be life altering for you and your pet. I know it has been for me!

I’ve been buying all my dog supplies (food, treats, supplements, harnesses, toys) here for years.The owners are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about your pets. They actively monitor all of the products they carry to ensure it’s safe for your dog and they stay up to date on new health recommendations.My dog was recently diagnosed with pancreatitis and they spent so much time walking me through all of the options for feeding her. They don’t push you in one direction, but instead provide you with in-depth knowledge and recommendations based on what you want.I had also just spent over $100 on her old food that she can no longer eat - they took it all back (it was unopened) and gave me my money back.I cannot say enough good things! Support this local store, because they deserve it but also so do your pets. If you’re ever anxious about their health, your experience here will put you at ease.

My wife and I usually buy Farmina for our puppy from Pet Supplies Plus in Owensboro. Unfortunately, PSP no longer carries Farmina. We found that Give a Dog a Bone carries that brand and figured its worth the hour drive to check them out.This store is very CLEAN. The owner and staff are very personable and helpful. They were so nice to even offered for us to bring back the open bag of puppy food for refund or switch out food bags, in case our puppy doesn't eat it.This particular store carries a loooot of really awesome brand foods for your dog that are healthy for them. I've never seen a placed so stocked up with Nature's Logic, which can be hard to find. Farmina is here!!!!They carry a lot of reputable raw brands as well plus freeze dried fish, duck heads, bully sticks, etc etc. Also have a wide variety of toys, collars, dog/cat beds.This is the place to go to for good nutrition for your dog or cat!

The best experience I've ever had in a store. They worked with me to find the right food for my dogs. They will take back anything the dogs do not like and exchange it for another flavor until your dog likes it. Amazing friendly nice service. Give A Dog A Bone is great! They are very knowledgeable about food for your dog. They have helped us tremendously with finding the right food for our little dog that has pancreatitis. The store had many options for your pets. It was our dogs 1st Birthday the next day, so we got him one of the locally made Bundt cakes.....He did not enjoy it, to be fair though he loves raw broccoli and berries, so there's that. We did find toys he loved and destroyed in a couple days(usually takes minutes) and a new harness that is so sturdy it should last a good long while. All in all, we will shop here again.

I bought the Super Snouts Joint power and Pet Relief CBD oil for my 12 yr old Lab who has arthritis in his hips . The joint power was highly recommended by one of the employees who personally gives it to her dogs. I noticed a big positive difference within a week of him taking it. The CBD oil I bought due to my lab suffering from a leg injury the other day and he could barely get up and walk. I truly thought that this was the end of the line for him & that he would have to be put down. It was over the weekend so our vet was not open for 2 more days!! I ran out and purchased the medium sized bottle of the Pet Relief Hemp Oil 700 for Dogs and within 24-36 hrs. he was able to get up and move around on his own and within 3 days he walking around and getting up and down as if he had no ailments at all. The employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a wide range of items for cats and dogs that I have never seen before, very unique and perfect for any animal lover. I was able to shop with confidence knowing that I was giving my pet the very best and didn't have to worry about fillers or anything less than the best and highest quality. The owners do all the research beforehand and only sell what they would personally use. I know of veterinarians who shop there for their pets. I am a single Mom with 3 kiddos so I was a little concerned that I wouldn't be able to afford the best for my Dog, but I was wrong. They had a few different price ranges that I was able to pick what worked best for my budget and know I was still getting some of the best supplements out there. Highly recommended to anyone especially if your pet has any special needs.
