Ok so I got my order it wasn't what I wanted so I asked for a return they responded immediately with return label then I noticed it was my fault the order was wrong plus I could still use the buckets, so I asked to cancel the return, again they responded immediately but I still needed the correct lids so I called and spoke to a real person!!!!!!! and asked if he could help me with some of the prices because if I had ordered correctly I would have saved a few dollars, talked to the guy he did some numbers and I came out almost exactly as I would have if I had ordered correctly to begin with these guys are awesome oh and by the way 2 hours later they sent me an email saying my order has been shipped

These are great. Exactly what I was hoping to get. The only suggestion I have is about your add. I would also add the fact that they have a rubber seal on the lid to the description because it’s not in the photos either and I had to wait for delivery to find out. I ordered them without knowing just hoping but I almost decided against it just because of that. I would not like you to lose any sales over it. Thank you.😊

One of the 6 buckets I ordered arrived with a small amount some kind of black residue inside. Even after thoroughly washing it, I wasn't comfortable storing food in it so I called customer service. A live person, who was a native English speaker, answered the phone. She listened to my concern and immediately arranged for a replacement bucket -- without the hassle of returning the defective one. The new bucket arrived within 2 days. 10 out of 10, I would order from this company again.

Do Not trust their online ordering system. It may tell you free shipping, but that's only true if it's convenient for them. Otherwise they'll send you an email, after charges have been posted on your account, lying and saying, At checkout you selected "Customer Shipping Account". Meaning your responsible for the shipping charges which can start at an additional 119% over the original purchase price.They get three stars for the professional and courteous treatment I received from their employee when I called in to have the matter corrected. The employee wasn't authorized to honor the invoice, but was able to void the transaction and reverse the charges.Seems like a good company that just needs to fix their online ordering system, and automated responses.

I had such a wonderful experience with placing my order with ePackageSupply. They had the exact item that I needed. I also needed to have custom labels printed. 4 Gamma lids and 4 5gal buckets -- arrived sooner than promised. I had problems unscrewing the gamma lid from it's base for 1st install. I called EPackageSupply, and found they recommended installing the total Gamma top to the bucket first, then try unscrewing the top. Worked perfectly for all buckets -- So word to the wise, don't follow YouTube or other sources for installation instructions -- they are wrong!Thanks, ePackageSupply!
