I absolutely love this dunkin’ donuts. The people who work here have the best customer service and are always quick and speedy when making my drinks. They also have student discount for college students which is a plus 😋. I always get just a basic iced french vanilla latte but it always tastes perfect from here!! Some dunkin’ donuts can mess up an easy order like mine!!

People would say that I’m a frequent flyer here…I’m partial to this location due to its proximity to my work… the staff are very friendly and know me by name…I love their HOT Caramel macchiato with an extra caramel swirl but the iced version is also good… their frozen hot chocolate and Caramel Craze are also delish…If you want a nice pick me up without the jitters, Dunkin is for you!Of course, drink responsibly!Not responsible for your crave addiction!

I had ordered over the app and then ended up super late picking up my order. However, they filled my order very quickly when I was able to arrive. I also picked up an iced chocolate coffee as well. The doughnuts tasted perfect, and my husband was very happy that he was able to enjoy his favorite doughnuts at breakfast the next morning. Also, the iced coffee was PERFECT. All the staff was super friendly and the store was very clean!! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be returning when I make trips to Evansville.

I came in today, after work, to get a coffee to-go and a few donut holes for my roommates kid. I wasn't greeted. I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes, without being acknowledged. Finally the person behind the counter asked what I wanted. I gave my order, and I was barely spoken to. After paying and receiving my order, I said 'thank you' and literally got no reply back. Might want to be a little more appreciative of customers who are willing to pay $12 for a coffee and a half dozen donut holes. Definitely should have went to Starbucks. They're a whole lot friendlier and the atmosphere is a WHOLE lot better. More than likely, I won't be returning.

Forget about that Starbucks line.Dunkin' has better drinks all around especially when it comes to everyday new creations. Not to mention that their coffee tastes amazing (read: doesn't taste burnt).The food selection is also on point. From the bagels and donuts to things like egg bites.I love coffee in general so I will drink it from anywhere - but lately I am choosing Dunkin'.

We went through the drive through on 6/24 shortly before they closed. The staff were very friendly, the coffee was good, and a gentleman and to the window (I assume either the manager or franchise owner) and asked if we would like a few doughnuts as they were getting ready to close. Of course we said yes! He came back with a dozen assorted doughnuts and gave them to us with a smile at no cost. It certainly put a smile on mine and my wife’s face. Will definitely be going back!

I like to praise good service wherever I can and do it often; however, so many things went wrong with this location today. I waited behind 4 cars just to get to the order sign…and when I did, the volume of the speaker was so low, it was difficult to understand the (native English) female speaker. I ordered a vanilla cold brew which they were out of. It sounded like she said it will take time to make more. I was ordering for a friend, so I left the drive thru to go inside. I had just watched an older man and 3 year old come out. I went to the doors after parking and the doors were bolted shut. I got back in my car and asked my friend what else she would like, a strawberry lemonade refresher. I went back through the drive thru and asked again if they had a vanilla cold brew and ordered a black coffee for another friend at the same time. The order taker said they won’t be available until tomorrow. So, I waited behind 5-6 cars as expected because they were busy at 5:30 pm. The female employee asked if I had ordered black coffee to which I answered yes. My friend who wanted the vanilla cold brew said she would drink a strawberry lemonade refresher instead. The female at the window told me that this location does not serve lemonade (meaning others do). I said ok with a frustrated look, I’m sure. So, she took my debit card and gave it back to me asking again if I had ordered black coffee. I said softly, yes. Then, NO JOKE, waited 2 maybe 3 minutes for her to pour and hand me the cup. I didn’t ask for sugar or cream, just BLACK COFFEE. There were 2 other faces working at this location that I could see. There were so many things going wrong at this location that I thought others may want to know. I didn’t say anything unkind and the female at the window was pleasant, too. However, it isn’t something that should have happened.
