Bad service don’t order through seamless unless you don’t want boba. Get there to pickup drink no boba ? Ask if there could be some put in but there “can’t “ because it’s already made ok fine asked if I can pay for a side of boba because I ordered a BOBA drink was told no, nor can get a refund ??? Pregnancy craving boba just to not get any and waste money. Pathetic, Mr. Bubble Tea nor Bubble Panda would do this

The have the best ice cream I have ever had in my entire life and the best drinks too. I’ve been going here for the past 2 years now I think and my favorite thing to get is the iCloud drink with no boba. It’s quite literally the best drink I’ve ever had. I absolutely love and adore this place ❤️

The product was amazing but the menus are a little confusing. We got the parent trap and Charlie and they were both stellar. She also gave my toddler a free wafer because she was being super shy. Awesome employees.

We love D-Ice. We tried several ice-cream flavors and each was beautifully crafted and delicious. Last we had a bubble tea, it was unique and tasty and we got to keep the cool cup! We will definitely be going back!

We went there on a whim while visiting my parents, and it turned out to be amazing! The menu was a bit confusing, but the people were so friendly and kind. ❤️❤️❤️ their drinks tasted amazing, and the tall bottles that you got with each drink were awesome! I would 100% recommend it! It’s worth figuring out the menus. XD

Ordered mango drink. Please believe me when i tell you this drink was the most disgusting putrifying beverage i have ever had in mouth. I am a grow individual. I dont spit out drinks or food. One sip and it was an instant involuntary response. Something was completely rancid. I politely informed the cashier. She didnt seem concerned. Ive read the other reviews of people.saying they got sick after eating drink9ng here. BELIEVE IT. Something had to be wrong. There is no way they built or sustained a single business let alone multiple locations with a product like what i experienced. The cashier couldnt have cared less. Left drink at the counter. Wont be back. Worse food expereince hands down. EVER.

Don't waste your time. I waited 25 minutes for my daughter's ice cream, watching 5 people who ordered after get theirs before her. When she finally got hers it looked nothing like the picture they completely butchered it and had no excuse as to why it took them so long if I could give them zero Stars I would.

Visited here for my son's second birthday (he was getting a full day of being even more spoiled) and I had never seen him eat so much ice cream! The gentlemen were very nice and were great about telling me about food allergies. 100% recommend trying them out!

Personally I have no complaints about service. I went here on a treat after a school trip, and I was hungry so I went to get a snack. Since I love sweets I waited for my Green Tea or mochi one, and when I finally got to eat it- I was in love! Very cute mascot too! I would deffinetly go again!

First time here and loved it. I got the strawberry,mango, and guava drink which was delicious and it came in a fun container. Also the ice cream rolls were yummy too!

Fun Thai-inspired take on ice cream. They hand craft the ice cream rolls and deck it out with toppings. Good place for dessert at the mall!
