Ordered an ice-cream cake and I got a call at 8:15pm the night before I was set to pick it up that they ran out of white icing?? And they were also out of quite a few colors of icing, so I had to pick on the spot from a pathetic selection of colors. When I picked up the cake, it didn't even have a top or bottom border... I mean, it tasted okay but I just wanted the cake I ordered. Absolutely not worth the money, I wish I had just had time to order a cake from somewhere else.

Went in last night with my daughter around 5:30 ,couple people sitting but as we were there ordering our stuff the line got pretty busy, the girl kept a smile she changed her gloves after every dish and was so patient as I didn’t know what I wanted exactly. I even asked her are you stressed with all these people here,she smiled and said not really but sometimes it can be. And then Tabby comes out from the back with a big smile and eager to help. Best ice cream I’ve had in a long time and the service made it even better.

Even when this place is packed (and it usually is when we go) the service is fast and wonderful. Even the times we have went and there's only one person on deck we never wait long and they're still speedy and nice. Love trying the new flavors that come out.

Terrible experience, I went in on 04-29-23 around 12:30Aliseen was the one working, she ignored me as long as she could. When I got her attention, she deliberately tried to get the people who came in after me to order in front of me but they weren't even ready.I told her my flavor and she runs off and puts it in a cup. Didn't bother to ask if I wanted a cup, just didn't get the choice. She wanted rid of me as soon as possible. Doubt I'll be back unless something changes.

As always worst customer service. I came in looked at cakes. Went to counter to order was there 5min and no one said welcome or we'll be with you in a minute. I was only one in store, I guess they was making a online order. And he was flirting hard with his coworker so I guess that was more important then me.

I got 1 chocolate cake pop. Oh mercy, stick came right off but that's ok, packaging was pretty. 1 bite, I had to pull my car over and spit it out.It had no smell so not sure what was on it but it tasted like a bar of soap. Terrible.

The manager at the Eastside Cold Stone creamery is very rude. She was very snappy with the people in front of me in line. Apparently there was a glitch on the website and they couldn't honor the order I made for a cake which was fine. When I first got asked what I had needed, the girl disappeared and started working on something else. I've been went out to get my phone to show her the order, and when I came back in she rudely said come over here. I told the manager that they should probably get that fixed in a regular tone and she yelled at me as I was walking out the door and told me that nobody's perfect very rudely. I completely understand that sometimes things happen when electronics are involved, but the way you talk to people can be helped, especially when you're in management

I was just in the place and it was super sweet!! Incredible customer service and a totally awesome syrup only cheesecake on the plain waffle! Fully recommend this spot for the remedy to your sweet tooth! Thanks again!

We took the kids as a treat and it was enjoyable to watch the artisans make the ice cream mixtures. However, it you're looking to go for an inexpensive ice creamery this is NOT the place. Granted, we knew it was higher in price, which is why we took the kids as a special treat.The ice cream mixtures are fun but very sweet. Overall, it was a nice artisanal ice creamery with a beautiful bakery smell.😊😊😊😊

Terrible service. New winter hours. Lobby was full. Customers being forced through. Zero customer service. Person waiting on me made my order as fast as possible, handed it to me and walked to the back. Had to wait to pay. Won't be back.

Don't go in the evening when it's busy, or you will feel 'pushed through'. If you go in the afternoon, or when you see it's not busy, they are really very patient. The ice cream is delicious, but extra sweet; so much that you really need a drink after you have the ice cream. It's a fun store. I like all the custom items & building your own creation.

Both locations have the nicest employees! They are always so patient and let you ask questions, or taste test! It is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I personally recommend the Founder's Favorite!

Unbelievable! Such an incredible selection of mix-ins and ice cream flavors. If you love peanut butter as much as me, definitely try the Dough-lightful Peanut Butter and add some Graham cracker and honey. It's like heaven!

Great ice cream. If you are going to whine about price go to wal mart and get some great value. The ice cream and toppings here are great! I do wish they had crushed M&Ms but that is just a tiny thing. I like coming here. They arw busy because they are good.
