Our first and last visit! Picture on the left is a picture I showed them, explaining I liked his cut then.(This was done somewhere else, instead of driving an hour back to that place.. we tried somewhere local)Picture on the right was him once we picked him up today.They told us he had matting, so they needed to “start fresh.” This has never been a problem before, both of our doodles go to the groomer every 6 weeks. We’ve never been told this.Once we picked them up, I asked if their ears were plucked.. we were told we had to request that. I’ve never had to request before.I should’ve done this beforehand but once I got home I looked at pictures of previous doodles that have been there and they were all cut very short.. They must’ve all been matted.

I have 2 dogs that needed a full salon day. CHRIS Wagging Tails staff was wonderful. Great, tender, caring for my girls. They both came out happy and cute bandannas. Price very reasonable. Other places we took my girls to came out shaking in fear, not at this facility. I will definitely make more appointments at this grooming salon for my girls. Thanks to all the staff.

It is better if you call before you show up. Usually early morning (8-10am) they will say yes and take your dog same day, if is late sometimes there is an spot, sometimes you need to do it next day. Service is great, dogs are clean, you can't hear dogs crying, so they know how to do it.

Khris 'Waggin' Tails is wonderful she waited for us to get there it didn't take her 15 minutes to do both cats her prices are reasonable and I would refer her and recommend her to anyone that has animals that need their nails trimmed!

I thoroughly enjoy taking both my dogs here. The prices and times are reasonable. They always seem to have a cute way to present your animal when picking them up. Every interaction I have had with their staff has been pleasant and professional. One thing that I am always conscious of is how my dogs react to the place. They never seem scared or intimidated whenever they realize they are going in for a grooming session, which makes me know they are in good hands.

I've taken my dog, Chewy, here twice and they've done a great job with him both times! The employees are friendly, and you can tell they enjoy working with all the doggos that come in.Our first visit, I told them I wanted to keep his "style" the same I just wanted his hair to be shorter. The second visit, I basically just dropped him off and they knew what to do.It's a very casual and friendly yet professional place. Overall, Chewy and I are happy with our experiences at Chris' Waggin' Tails.

The lady who does weekends, is absolutely AMAZING. My dogs dropped off at 9am, back by 3 and they come back smelling amazing (and it lasts for DAYS). My three seem to love going as well so I say that’s a good sign!

Just called for a nail trim and the owner told me she would t do it due to his breed (pit bull) highly disgusted and I have about 20-25 different clients in my chair and they will definitely be informed in my high traffic salon. This is beyond disgusting I would give zero stars if it was a option

Called last week to get my labradanes nails trimmed, was told no problem, then today when I called I was told he is too big for them. I live close by and see bigger dogs than mine go in there.

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR PET GROOMED!!!!! Do not go to this place, they don't treat your fur baby with respect! Our dog was treated twice at the vet because they cut him to close! We tried to get a refund and make them pay the bill and they refuse! We couldn't drop the papers because "the manager isn't there" we were treated like trash! Terrible employees! Will NOT bring back our dog. They should be closed down for negligence! 🤬🤬

Our small senior dog had been groomed here several times. She got so she was unable to stand during the entire grooming process and rather than switch to her face when she needed to rest, then have her stand again, they refused to take her saying she took too long to groom. Heather drove a van to our home and groomed our dog in the van. She was very patient and loving with Sadie, which I can't say the same for Waggin' Tails. With them it's all about the money. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I used to take my dog, Buddy to this establishment. When they changed their hours and no longer took Saturday appointments, I had to find other places to take my toy poodle. I called today to get Buddy an appointment since I have had a change in circumstances and now have the ability to get him there during the week. I was told that since he had not been there for two years, they would no longer be able to groom him. I was so shocked that I even asked her if she just meant not for a few weeks and was told “NEVER”. I have never heard of an establishment telling a customer that they would no longer provide their service to them, but that’s exactly what happened today. I used to recommend this establishment to all my family and friends, but will no longer do so due to the lack of professionalism displayed.

Usual groomer closed and I know my friend takes her dog to Chris's wagon tails. This was my first time there and I was very concerned about my puppy but they were fabulous. She didn't seem to be out of sorts when I picked her up in fact she was rather happy. I recommend this place to anyone

I always take my dogs here and they absolutely love her! She’s also super gentle and understanding of my older dog with hip issues! She takes it slow and stops when she’s had enough- where other groomers force my 13 year old dog to stand even if she’s in pain.

We visited many times. My pup progressed to getting nervous every time I dropped her off, every other time they didn’t trim her nails and half the times they didn’t trim her ears even when I asked specifically and several times she was there all day even though I dropped her off first thing. They can get you in quickly though & service is OK.

Dropped my bernese mountain dog off at 730am and asked for her to be finished around 11 so I could pick her up on my lunch. They were very busy and asked of 12 would work and I said yes that would be perfect. Around they call and said she will be done at 10:30! Great customer service!

My puppy may be “wiggly” but your a professional. I had to take my 4 month old ChiChi to another groomer to trim missed nails. Plus I asked for her not to cut specific areas not only did she but entirely to short. Chris has worked on other pets of mine, I know she can do better but we won’t be back

UPDATE: They will do large dogs again! Very nice people and do a great job on our dogs. Back to 5 stars!!!Always did a good job on our dogs, but then they suddenly refused to do our Collie anymore and said they no longer do large dogs. Would have given them 5 stars if they did large dogs still.

I was looking for a good place to cut my dads dogs nails and decided to go ahead and have them clip my dog as well. They did a buy one get one price! And did a great job with DOG, she is old and out of shape.

Horrible experience! My wife called and they quoted us $45 dollars for a poddle who is 8 months old. We had taken him in 2 months earlier and they charged us $60. I get there to pay and they tell me it is going to cost $75. I told them what they had told my wife and they said well he has grown in the last two months. And he was matted so that's why it cost more. Just isn't very good when you quote someone a price and then charge them $30 more dollars when they get there, even when he is in your system. Also my wife dropped him off at 9 a.m. and I stopped by there after 5 p.m. and he still was not done they had just started on him. I didn't leave tell around 6. Just a really bad job. I don't like paying $75 for you to cut my dogs hair in less then 20 minutes.

We have been taking our beagles to Chris’ for a couple of years now. They treat them so well that the beagles can’t wait to get inside and get pampered lol. One of the dogs isn’t a fan of having her feet touched but they do a great job of getting her nails clipped.

Not a place I will ever bring my Australian Shepard back to for grooming or my Pitbull. This has to be the worse place I’ve ever taken my fur babies to in the tri-state, and the worse encounter I’ve ever had with a business owner in general. To each their own, but I would never recommend them to encourage business to go their way.
