This store has gone down hill. I understand location comes into play but this store is absolutely disgusting on the inside. The bathrooms are so bad it makes you physically ill. The poor cashier at the front had to take care of a long line with no help at all, even though there were workers just literally standing there.I felt uncomfortable the whole time in this store. So sad because this used to be a very nice and clean store.

Items are not all tagged with prices and store looks like an apocalypse happened on the shelves. Items are all misfits from other stores. There aren't enough workers. Occasionally, I will find something that is worth buying. Bad selection on shoes and hats. Electronics are over priced. Store is clean but looks cluttered. It was not worth my time and I have tried several times to go there and spend money if I found something I liked. Only one time did I find a "great deal" and that was on some sport bras that were nice. I don't recommend this store, honestly. If you want to go somewhere and get a bargain go to Ollie's on Diamond Avenue.

1 star isn’t even deserved. Came in Saturday night and i witnessed employees yelling at each other. Also the bathrooms looked creepy and stunk. The one in Owensboro was 100 percent better

I been there 5 times in the past 7 days. Got 100 % Egyptian Cotton sheets for under $12.00 and 3 others for $7.62. Very nice Skechers sandals and walking shoes. Also pick up 3 boxes of Pork Rinds flaming hot.

I love going in here to search for decor items and clothing. They also have some great snacks and cleaning supplies. You just never know what kind of goodies that you're gonna find here! They have some great deals on designer brands too! Management is doing a great job here too, back room is empty....which means all products are out on the floor!!!💪🏼

The only reason I gave two stars is. i simply went in there to pick up a shirt and hopefully find a tutu for Halloween. The first staff member I saw was an older lady with gray/brown hair. She immediately made me feel as if I was a problem for her. And to each question I asked, her reply was "i don't know, you'll just have to look for yourself" I proceeded to do so and then realized I was being followed by her? Long story short. I got my shirt and got out of there. All my years of going there nobody has ever made me feel so shameful for doing absolutely nothing wrong!

Nothing to say about the Staff before this, Why I chose '2/5★' My Husband & I had some time before His Physical Therapy. I went to browse inside the store. He's torn- ACL, walking is very painful even wearing his knee brace, getting around is difficult! While I browsed shoes, He made his way inside from the parkingHe sat down on a lawn chair to rest his knee! After 15 mins a WOMAN(SUPERVISOR in the DAYTIME?)RUDELY told him," it was time to Go, he'd sat there long enough!..."

Organized and great pricing. Also, the cashier couldn't have been more friendly. She would say things like, "Oh, these protein bars you're getting are my new favorite thing!" She reminded me of the return policy (since I was also purchasing clothes), signed me up on membership and explained the perks.

I always find amazing deals in this store and the majority of my home accessories have come from here! The prices are very low and when they have their bin sales- you get even better prices! If you aren't afraid of digging in those bins- you'll find anything you're looking for! The only notable disadvantage is sometimes the customer service isn't the friendliest.

This used to be my favorite place to shop. It was disorganized, but it had unmatched variety. You could spend an hour there a week and find new things every time. The best part was that prices were continuously falling, so eventually everything sold at a good price. I’d go in weekly and always come home with great deals.Now, they’ve changed their game entirely. Shelves are stocked with neatly organized merchandise, and prices don’t have the weekly discount.It’s no different from a Big Lots or Ollie’s now. I no longer enjoy shopping here weekly. I stop in a couple times a year to check in, but rarely buy anything.

This is the most honest place to shop. They have my forever business and loyalty. 3 days ago lost my wallet, the store manager called me this am said her employees turned in my wallet last night. Still has the money in it!!!! I'd been glad just get my cards and ID back! Forever grateful for this place 😍
