I was recently visiting the mall with my grandmother. We will never visit this specific Auntie Anne’s ever again!!!! not because of the food. Not because of the food, but because of one of the employees. I made sure to get a good look at her name tag. She wasn’t even working the counter and still gave us dirty looks, and talked to the other staff members like garbage. Her disrespect towards them alone made us want to leave without finishing our food.

On vacation visting from Rhode Island decided to stop here for my Dad’s birthday because it’s a favorite place of his back home! Highly dissatisfied, a young women with green hair had an attitude towards us when I asked if I could get pretzels that were not cold because the two I had ordered were given to me cold. They are too slow with their orders. 3 customers in line I waited 15 minutes for 2 pretzels and 2 drinks.

Delicious pretzels! The staff were friendly and very quick to process orders. The pretzel was fresh and reasonably priced.

Our kids love Auntie Anne's for the pretzels. Our kids love the pepperoni pretzel bites with cheese dipping sauce. Awesome place atmosphere and service every time and always get samples while waiting in line.

Review on yelp:I keep forgetting to give them a 5 star review. I recently visited here before and met a blonde hair guy with his ears pierced. He rung me up at the register and also helped me with my order. He was genuinely nice and had the best positive attitude I've ever seen. He's had a big welcoming smile on his face and made sure my order was right and if it wasn't he made sure it was right . I just thought I should had recognized him and I definitely will be back to tell his boss how amazing he was!! #AuntieAnne'sIsGreat!

Another freaking fast food joint that closes early. Made it there about 5:17pm or so. Mall closes at 6pm. They only had a few pretzel nuggets left, so couldn't buy anything. That kind of stuff kills businesses profits. I would hope they understand that.
