Extremely helpful. Everytime I go here the guy who does the house calls and works there occasionally answers all of my questions and takes the time to explain everything to me very thoroughly. The best customer service, gives me his full attention and makes sure that my aquarium is successful.

We went in and an older gentlemen at the register didn't acknowledge us, and someone else came in after us and they started talking. Three of the tanks had visible ick on the fish.They do seem to have a decent selection but we were never acknowledged one time, and were there for almost 30 minutes.We ended up leaving and getting fish elsewhere instead. They seem to have a good saltwater selection as well, so if your looking for that this could be a place to go and check out.

Helped me with my new tank setup and I got my first 4 fish now and so far everything is going good. I have learned a lot about water chemistry and proper care and cleaning to keep my tank healthy.

Took my daughter here looking for a fish and tank. The lady was very helpful and didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. We got a betta since they are easy to take care of. Only down side was the plastic aquarium was cracked when we took it out of the box.

Nice store. Had a great selection of both fresh and saltwater fish plus many quality fish supplies. Very helpful and knowledgeable owners about their fish. A little bit pricey compared to the chains but remember that " you get what you pay for. " There is not alot of room to navigate if there are many customers in the store, but it is not a big deal. I will definitely return in the future.

This place is great! Bought many a fish here and have never had a sickness introduced or a fish that died. The owner buys from good breeders. Best looking cichlids around.

A really nice selection of freshwater community fish and cichlids as well as saltwater fish. I found a couple of dwarf neon rainbowfish to add to my existing school. The lady working the shop was very helpful.

Changing the review since it's been resolved. They're very knowledgeable and I don't know why people post no service as she went out of the way to service us. The prices are very reasonable as I've been doing saltwater for many years I know the prices. Unfortunate events happen but she's acknowledging the issue and fixing the problem. We travel through the area every so often visiting families so we will be back later on.

Every time I go into this store, I learn something. This is a wonderful local business and I highly suggest you visit. They have fresh and salt water supplies and livestock. They are very friendly and helpful without ever rushing you or making you feel like you are asking stupid questions. As a newer hobbyist, I really appreciate their knowledge and friendly nature. It's always a good visit.

I visited this store for the first time and was quite pleased. They had a selection of saltwater fish, cichlids, and community tank fish. While the prices may be higher than the large chain stores, it is worth the extra buck to get a much higher quality fish that has obviously been through a quarantine or treatment process. I would highly recommend this store to anyone from a beginner to an experienced fish keeper.

Great help with my turtle tank and they do not sell turtles! The lady was very helpful and was a little busy, but she still took the time to acknowledge me as I waited. Several different fish and plants to choose from will definitely return to purchase fish.

Fantastic selection, and the saltwater/reef section is amazing. Came in here a few weeks ago, and the employees know just about everything you'd need to know, and from what I know, they get all of they're reef coral and rock from a sustainable "farm" down in Florida. I would absolutely recommend shopping here, assuming you have an aquarium.

Great place to get some live fish. Pet smart and Pet Supplies Plus have live fish but not nearly as much variety as this place. If you have an aquarium you need stocked I would highly recommend checking this place out first as the fish are high quality and look healthier than other larger pet store chains.

The lady that works there is very helpful and will take the time to explain what environments are best for each fish i have bought 3 fish there so far being a blood parot being the first and the 2 recent the oscar and placos its a great store and I would recommend it to anyone....I WILL NEVER SHOP AT PETSMART AGAIN FOR FISH SUPPLIES
