Our 70lbs Husky loves it here!!! Great for drop-in daycare and fantastic for overnights!! The staff are familiar with each dogs personality and I’m always getting a good story of the chaos my dog created 😂Highly recommend!!

The experience through this place was terrible...we went on a week long vacation when we were coming back we called them to let them know we would be picking up and they said ok. When we got there the person bringing our dog out was quite rough pulling on him and everything and our dog was acting quite odd usually he is overly friendly and excited and he just acted scared. But that wasn't even the worst part his once white fur was literally stained yellow and reeked of urine. We were not told about this even when we had called them and told them we would be picking up they didn't mention he probably needed a bath. It was disgusting and horrible. Havr never been back to this place since. The new place we go to now is so much more attentive and wonderful with letting you know if any problems arise. I hope no one else would have to deal with what we did

We went to this place couple times for our former dog & couple times with our dog now name Bear. First time they seem like the did decent job but we started seeing some fleas on him so we treated him. There were no fleas so we toke him to get bath & hair cut the groomer did great job the problem is just couple days afterwards. We starting to see alot of fleas & I do mean alot !!

I love Adorable Pooches Palace! great place to board your dogs and have them run around while you are away.Staff is extremely nice! They are very personable and knew my dogs by name after the 1st visit. Have been going for almost 6 months now and and am at the point where my dogs get excited when I pull into the lot. I have been to previous boarding locations where my dogs were not excited to arrive.During the day, all the dogs (grouped according to size) can run around and play with each other. I believe after about 5 PM, they go back to their cages for the evening. I like my dogs in the same cage at night and they had no problem boarding them up together.They seem to always have availability even if I call at last minute, which is great. They also provide grooming services and dog day care.Would highly recommend for someone who is looking for a good boarding facility!!

This place has literally gone to the dogs. They are making appointments and forgetting to write them down. I could write a book at how bad this place is. My dogs have been going to this place since it opened. It has changed hands quite a few times. I have had enough with these new owners. Save yourself the heartache of how they can screw things up!

First time taking my pup here for grooming. They did an amazing job! It was his first time getting groomed and he looks so cute. I will be taking him back on a regular basis.

My girl loves it here!! As soon as we get to the stoplight, she starts jumping around in the back seat. Staff is always wonderful and helpful!

We have been going here for a while. The staff are always friendly. Chris rocks it grooming the dogs. I would highly recommend him. He is always nice when he calls to pick the dogs up, he calls if he has questions, and looks out for my older dog.

Best boarding facility I have ever used!The staff is very friendly, and they have gotten to know my dog well. They groom him exactly as I ask every time. The one time I had a grooming appointment but they couldnt get to my dog because a groomer was out, they comped me an overnight stay.Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. Some places will charge extra to let boarded dogs play in daycare are sit behind the desk with the staff, but they do these things for free.Most importantly, Vegas is always excited to go there, and will often run and jump into the staff's lap when I take him there. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Twice now we had appointments (booked a month in advance) for our dogs to be groomed and when we showed up they told us they had overbooked and could not groom them. The time before they sent us to the owner to do grooming and it was obvious she was "fitting us in" as it took 12 hours!!! Go somewhere else if you really want a RELAIBLE professional dog groomer.

My dog was a happy and healthy dog when we dropped him off Saturday. When I picked him up Monday he was different. He was scared, nearly terrified of me whenever I approached him to pet him. He had a severe limp in his back leg. When we contacted the Adorable Pooches Palace, their excuse was "maybe he played too hard." The manager was unable to get ahold of the two "gentlemen" who supervise large dog play to inquire if they observed anything. As our dog's limp is finally healing we notice he has large bite marks all over his back that are scabbing over. It would appear he's been in several aggressive interactions while under their care. Were any of these interactions noted or communicated to the pet's owners? No. This is why we will never do business here again or send our friends here. We feel our dog was neglected and possibly abused and it will take a lot of time for him to trust us again thanks to the poor quality care he received here.

It's a nice little place that will watch your dog and treat them well. The dogs seem to have a lot of fun and are worn out after a visit, leaving a calm dog for later in the night. The staff is really nice and it's easy to go in and out with your dog.

They did a amazing job on both of our great pyrenees, Would definitely recommend them and their weekend schedules definitely help out with getting them the services they need when work during the week takes up most your time.

If I could do zero I would. This place has a horrible track record of just being cruel and negligent of animals!!!!! Their communication with humans is terrible since they won’t own up to a dog dying on their watch so I can only imagine what is going on behind those doors! Do not take your pets here.

We left our dogs in their care after a very unexpected weekend trip. After reading mixed reviews, we thought we would give it a shot.The staff were friendly, and there seemed to be a lot of space behind the building for their use, but the kennels were very full, and very loud when we arrived in the middle of the day to drop off our two dogs.Our dogs, who usually thoroughly enjoy another local daycare location, were clearly highly stressed and anxious when picked up from Adorable Pooches Palace. I would note that I saw no dogs outside on either drop off or pickup, and the kennels were VERY loud during both times.Our Border Collie, who's known to have a small bladder, was obviously washed with shampoo when we picked her up. To me, this indicates that she most likely soiled herself in a kennel during an extended crating.We didn't have time to request a walk through before we used their facility, so I can't say for certain that it was unsatisfactory, but I believe we'll stick with our tried and true daycare in the future, as our dogs clearly did not enjoy being there.

I am a current empolyee of Adorable Pooches Palace. The Palace has been under new ownership and new management for just over two years now. There has been several policy and employee changes that has improved the quality of the care given to the dogs. Please feel free to come in and take a tour of our facility. I belive you will be very pleased with what you see. If you know anyone who brings their dog here, talk to them. They are our best reviews!!

Oliver (our cocker spaniel) has been twice and he loves it! We are grateful to have a great place for him to go for the day or to be boarded on our vacations. The staff is great with him and he whimpers when he's picked up..
