Action Pest Control has serviced our home in a variety of ways for nearly 14 years. We have been very satisfied with them and contracted for additional services from them because we trust them. Their personal service, employee continuity, knowledge of their field and care in doing their job inspires appreciation and trust. They have met every request we have made with courtesy and promptness, even when we have called them back 3 times between regular bi-monthly services calls for a pesky problem with ants. Service personnel always make personal contact, asking before if there are any problems and explaining afterwards what has been done. They listen well, answer questions, explain what they are doing and try to meet every need.Services: Rodent extermination, Termite extermination, Mosquito extermination, Ant extermination

I have recently used their services and to my relief, they were able to take care of my rodent problem and were very professional until the end. Around the time that I no longer requiredt their services, they came to my house when I was away at work. During this time, I had someone over watching my kids (not even someone related to me) and they answered the door. Action came in and did their routine, and had that person sign for me. That was not okay by any means. Actions services were a contract between them and I. It was very unprofessional of them to allow anyone else to sign for me. The correct thing to do, would have been to call me so we could schedule a new appointment. despite their success in riding me of my problem, I am very unhappy with the way they handled business at the end and I will not be doing any more business with them in the future.

We have been with Action for several years now. Our service tech, Rick, does a great job. However, they have recently raised their price and we were looking to cut costs and asked if we could move to a quarterly plan, which the RUDE lady told my wife they do not offer such a thing. We looked over our original contract and it says they do. They are not willing to work with us, so we are looking else where to continue our service. Customer service will go a long way here.

Very helpful staff. I called and had all of my questions answered immediately, price was affordable, appointment was scheduled that same week. We just bought a home and the yard was covered with mosquitos. It was late in the season but we needed help anyway. Jason came out right away and treated the yard. We weren't home but he called me when he was done to let me know how it went. I asked a few questions and he answered me honestly. Told me to expect results in 3 to 4 days and to call them back if we needed another treatment next month before the season was over. I promise you that very night I could tell a huge difference. It's been a week now and I still barely see any mosquitos in my yard. I am very impressed and plan to take his advice on clearing up some overgrown landscaping to help prevent them next year, but I will not hesitate to call them if I need them. Their service worked great and was quite affordable. Thank you!

From my initial online inquiry through the actual treatment, every step has been handled professionally. Both Ed the inspector and Brad the treatment technician were very polite, respectful, informative, and practical in their advice. I'm not a huge fan of being alone in the home when service men have to be present, but these men are to be commended on their professional demeanor and friendliness. UPDATED REVIEW: POSTED DEC. 30, 2016: After my initial post/review, my mother was contacted by a leader in the company who came to see her personally and promised to resolve the situation to her complete satisfaction as we as refunding her money.This week the work was completed on her home. She said Jason did a great job, took responsibility for the previous problems and made sure everything was done right this time! Afterward the CEO called to make sure she was pleased with the results. Very thankful to Action Pest Control for making things right!ORIGINAL REVIEW: Posted NOV. 24, 2016:Horrible company!!! If it was possible to give negative stars, I would! This company took advantage of my mother and made all kinds of promises and delivered nothing. No integrity, poor follow up and still have the mice!! Jason (sales person) was nice at first and stopped taking/returning phone calls when issues came up with the young guys sent to install the vents.Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache of a company!! Having pests in your home is bad enough-- having these "pests" take your money and deliver nothing adds insult to injury!!!

They used a barrier method at my home, and my house was pest free without any chemical smell, and my pets' health was not in danger. Loved working with them. Action has been great, my Tech, Shawn Heineman has proven himself to be very knowledgeable, personal and been able to address issues that most pest control company reps. cannot. I have learned that many additional services that Action offers through Shawn, and am very impressed. I am furious with Action Pest. We have had this service for a few years now and within the past few months their service has gone down hill. Our technician has not been spraying our backyard or changing the traps like he is suppose to and this has been going on for months. Unfortunately I just recently caught all of this because I decided to go back and view our security cameras that we have set up around our home. When I called to inform the company about this issue they scheduled the technician to come out so he could take care of the backyard and he did not show up. I have been getting charged every other month for a service that I am not even receiving. I will be cancelling this service as soon as I can reach someone by phone and will not recommend them to anyone that I know. I do not trust this company and they no longer deserve to get my business.

We've been using Action Pest for a few months now, trying to get rid of a rodent problem that we couldn't seem to handle on our own. Honestly, we were starting to get frustrated, because the last few technicians, while very friendly, weren't doing enough in our eyes to get rid of the mice. They would put traps where we told them we'd seen problems, but they never looked for other problem spots and it felt like they were doing the bare minimum. Enter Eric! Despite the fact that we'd had another technician out twice in the past 30 days, and despite the fact that we've had no obvious problems in the past week, he was thorough, professional, knowledgeable AND friendly! He found a problem we didn't know about, and when I spotted a tunnel outside that he didn't see, he insisted on going over the spot again to see what I was seeing. No condescension at all, which seems rare these days! My husband and I both agreed after he left that he was among the top service professionals we'd worked with. I'm sticking with Action Pest Control, as long as Eric or someone like him continues to handle our problems.

Horrible service. We paid over $100 to start our service about three months ago. When Tim showed up he spent more time trying to chat then what he spent treating our house. He did nothing more than just laying out cheap ant bait and a sticky mouse trap that we could have picked up at the Walmart for a few bucks and then told us to just basically keep our home spotless. After that our ant problem was worse then ever so he came back out about two weeks later once again spending more time trying to socialize than work and just sprinkled some ant dust around the house (something that we purchased in a 2 pack online for only 10 bucks) and said he would come back in a week. Every time he visited was incredibly uncomfortable. I am a married woman, so when a man is hired to do something like treat my home for pest the last thing I want is for someone to spend a large period of time in my home while my spouse is at work trying to socialize. So, when the pest problem was worse than ever after a week I finally just purchased the ant dust online and treated my home myself and things have been fine since. However, on Saturday while I was at work Tim apparently showed up at my home unannounced while my sitter was there and tried to invite himself into my home. My sitter told him not to treat the house and to contact me first to which he responded with I left a message for her (a message that he left on my phone maybe 30 minutes before showing up at my home without even giving me enough time to return the call). Then, on top of it, He took it amongst himself to start spraying the outside of my home despite being told not to do anything before speaking with me by my sitter. Then I called today to complain and make certain that this man never comes to my home again and got informed that he billed me for when he showed up at my home Saturday and disobeyed our orders not treat our home! HORRIBLE and UNPROFESIONAL service!

Have used your service for many years. Could not be happier! Regular technician, Shawn, has been absolutely wonderful and made extra trips to help with a moth problem last year. Mosquito tech for last year was the BIGGEST help as we prepared for a wedding, hosting 220 guests, in our yard. He even got rid of ants that had decided to have a seat! Now, today, the tech was here for my last mosquito treatment of the year. I mentioned a firepit, that had been assembled in the garage, which I was waiting for a grandson to come by and carry out to the back for me. After he had left, I went out to close the garage door and found that he had carried it out for me. Your techs are not only good at their job.....they are JUST PLAIN GOOD PEOPLE! This outfit has to be a fraud or a hoax....we have a fairly good sized yard. They came out to treat moles , we paid them 249 bucks initially and they treated a few areas. After seeing more evidence of moles they came out again and treated a few areas.....then more money. At one time it took a month to get them to come out and treat another small portion. Finally we gave up on them. My take is they wanted their 50 bucks per visit while they treat small portions....If you have no issue paying them and getting poor service this is the place to call...if you call someone else keep this review in mind and get some idea of what their plan is...my issue was moles...others may have insects which are easier to rid

Have used Action Pest Control for nearly 10 years around our home (ever since we had a brown recluse spider problem). Action quickly cleared up that issue and has handled everything since. I'm on the every two month exterior service plan with termite monitors and exterior rodent bait stations. We've had no issues. I also had Action install automatic crawl space vents and add additional insulation in our attic. Both have contributed to reduced energy costs and were taken care of in a very professional manner. I have and will continue to recommend Action Pest Control to anyone in need of similar services.
