they have been helpful overall, i get all of my wide variety of pets their toys, food, and grooming supplies there. however. recently i’ve been looking to add snails to my tank as it desperately needs a bottom feeder to help maintain cleanliness. i have come to this location multiple times in search of a snail or two. every time i have looked here, the snails have all been dead. i was even told one day they would be getting a new shipment the next day, so i came looking the next day as well. again, all the snails have been dead. so i really don’t recommend coming here for any snails anytime soon.

Was there this am to purchase some fish and decor for my newest tank. I was one of five customers waiting to purchase live fish. Girl who worked there kept saying "in a few minutes". Was also purchasing decor. Decided not to buy any fish so went to checkout but no one there to checkout anyone. Left my cart and walked out. Will never go there again as they don't really care

I’m moving and have been a mess. I got the appointment time wrong and they STILL graciously took my George Michael in. It was the first time any groomer asked me what length I wanted and even showed me a diagram. They took their time with him and he came out handsome as ever. Monica and the team did an amazing job taking care of my boy before our trip.

I was worried about taking my Aussie Fred to someone new but they made me feel comfortable right away. Michayla did an amazing job and I have definitely found my new groomer. I highly recommend giving them a try

I called Petsmart in Elkhart, IN this evening, to tto book a grooming appointment for my brothers dog. All the groomers were gone for the day.I was completely completely astonished by an employee, Sarah! She answered the phone of the store and said she would be glad to help me. She went into the Grooming salon, booted up the computer.. Shared the information with me about my brother's dog and booked a salon appointment for her Quickly. I asked Sarah if she was the manager and she said yes I can see how she became the manager of that store!!! Sarah is an employee that is by far outstanding and exceptional! I cannot say enough great things about her she definitely impressed me! I hired people for many years, Sarah would've been a person I hired immediately and she definitely would've grown in our company!

I would love to shout out to my local Petsmart. Their aquatic section is immaculate. Clean water, healthy animals, clear signage if they need anything special (aggressive, kept in groups/schools, gets especially large and if so a suggested tank size, etc) and knowledgeable employees,

We have been getting our dogs (roscoe, bella, and teddy) groomed here for a while now. All of the groomers are great and easy to work with. They are all very knowledgeable and skilled at their trade. We love that the pups come home smelling great and looking amazing! The pricing is cheaper compared to other salons locally which is always a plus for us since we have 3 doodles! We highly recommend the girls at Elkhart PetSmart!Also, don't forget to tip your groomer for their hard work! They earned it <3 :)

DON'T BUY FISH HERE!I bought 30 fish, they all died but one within a week. I checked the return policy on the website and it didn't say to bring the dead fish in as proof. Took my receipt in. They said I had to bring in the dead fish and refused to even consider helping me because it was a few days past the 2 week garantee.Petco has a 30 day guarantee and I have never had one of thier fish die on me. Definitely shop for fish at Petco instead. I bought all the same fish at Petco and they are all active and healthy.

Our little girl is a regular client of Petsmart grooming salon. No matter what we choose to have done for her, she comes out beautiful and snow-white. We love the groomers at Petmart on C.R. 6 in Elkhart.

The majority of the time they do not have the item I'm looking for.They do not sell any items for blind or visually impaired dogs and not one toy that could be applied for the visually impaired dogs except balls that squeak. The health and wellness section is very minimal as well.They do have some cool and useful stuff but way over-priced.

We had a great experience. This is a very nice PetSmart compared to the ones we have used in Chicago, Saint Louis, and Atlantic City. The grooming area is busy but it is set up very well. Dogs can be kept from each other while checking in. We went Friday morning, and they had plenty of staff. Everyone was so nice!

Kellie took great care of my ornery Great Pyr this time and last time. His ears look brand new and I am not kidding when I say he is a walking air freshener. 10/10 would recommend. The groomers were very busy when we came in and Kellie handled us with class and care. I have gotten Oso groomed elsewhere but he never comes out sparkling like he does after our visits with Kellie @ Elkhart, IN Petsmart. A million thanks ❤️

Went in for I think kitten formula or a bottle .. one of the two and walked out with formula and a cat tree significantly marked down due to the box being badly damaged so they couldn't guarantee it wasn't broken. So he told us to keep the receipt just in case which was awesome! Well, it was broken some of it but not past the point of no return and none of the major parts were broken. I think the only broken piece was a house-like, a box that went towards the bottom of the tree and that had the floor or ceiling pushed in and the staples bent.. so I pounded it back in place with a hammer and put two screws in and put it on the tree upside down just in case the screws weren't enough to hold it and so it would not be the ceiling caving in with all the weight up top and they get hurt. And thus far.. all is great and man fo they love it!! Was like $199.99 and I got it for like $67

Nice and clean store and the lady that was the cashier the day I was in, was friendly and price matched my item to their website. Bad thing is the bulb we bought for our bearded dragon last week from here, blew last night. Be careful what brand you get I guess on some items.
