Bought a feeder rat for my snake I’ve had for 10+ years yesterday, snake didn’t eat, woke up to the rat dead. My snake didn’t touch it or anything, never killed it nothing. They sold us a sick rat and won’t do anything about it. I understand it’s a feeder rat and it’s on you whatever happens after they leave but what if my snake ate it and it made him sick? They wouldn’t do anything about it at all. What if my snake would’ve died because of that if he ate it?

They did an awesome job on our dog Blessings, even though he gave her a little trouble. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a really good groomer.This is where we will take Blessings from now on. The price was also pretty cheap for all she did.

Really nice people here. It's not a massive store like the big chains but they have everything I need or want. I'm finally getting my doggy in for grooming, I'll keep you posted.... I got my boy in for grooming, his 1st ever! I've always done it myself so I really appreciate the service even more because they did a FANTASTIC job on my puppers! I was so impressed with how well of a job they did that I will definitely be back! The ladies were wonderful and I could tell my boy was comfortable with them. And all (neck kerchief included lol) for $35! Thanks ladies for the wonderful job on my doggy 🐕 🙏💖🙏😀

Personally I like it more than the Big Stores! But as always big stores have more selection . I have to say My Dog was more than happy with the hamburger treat she suggested (i asked her what dogs seem to prefer)! Very friendly and helpful!!

Lazy cashier. Didn't greet us the entire time even when we were checking out. Not friendly at all. Cashier #9252317. Terrible personality. She had a sour face and a lazy demeanour. We are usually greeted with pleasant team members that are helpful so this visit was very different. At checkout I inquired about the $3, and $6 off sign displayed on the shelves for Chicken Soup dog and cat food. The sign says (coupon at register) She was clueless about the sign and more clueless about the coupon. I told her where the sign was and she hesitated to even check. Then I told her the sign says coupon at register. You can tell she was annoyed to do something so simple! Her job! She looked around her register, then she said they were out. I asked if they can still honor the discount since nobody took the time to take the signs down, and it's misleading the customers. If there's no available coupons left then the sign shouldn't be displayed. She got a big attitude and said NO we can't use it becauae it's their coupons but that she can call someone for me if I wanted to use it THAT BAD. I told her to remove the signs and she said she didn't know the coupons were all out. Someone needs to educate cashier #9252317 or retrain her to be familiar with the sales, advertisements for the store she chooses to work in. Find a different job. There was no need for her attitude. I'll be ordering from Amazon from now on. You just lost business.

We all know paw mart is more expensive than most other pet stores. However, per usual their customer service is leaps and bounds above others. I had this very confusing situation regarding dog food and credits. Not only did the store manager help me out with the situation she consistently followed up with me as well. We will continue to buy our dog food here as long as they stock it!

We always shop here for our 3 year old chihuahua, and for our 5 month old siamese baby kitty. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. Our animals are part of our little family and we treat them like our children 💙. And we will continue to take our business here. We have gone to them for many years and we plan to always continue to patronize this establishment.

We take our cat there to have her nails trimmed. They always do a great job. It is the only place we go. Prices are very reasonable. And the staff has been friendly and courteous. We have no complaints.

Best grooming job on our doodles that we have had in this area. Friendly, professional, gentle with the dogs, went above and beyond to understand how we wanted our dogs to look end result. We have one doodle who has very sensitive skin. She used a sensitive-skin shampoo and she did not use a razor on sensitive areas. Highly recommend.

All the girls are so very friendly and their prices are very far as well! They take a lot of pride in their grooming profession and it shows. My Gooldendoodle always has a great time there. He is always happy to see them when I drop him off. I feel very comfortable dropping him off there with the girls. I couldn't ask for better service. I would like to say they give special treatment to Willie as if he was their own personal pet. But I see them treat all the dogs as if they were their own which warms my heart every time.

I purchase feeder rats and mice for my ball python from this business. Their delivery is typically on Friday evenings, so if they run out (happens often), that is when you can count on their replenishment. Their prices are somewhat elevated for what you are buying (rodents).

Great selection and the prices are pretty fair. Pretty friendly staff. The people there stay pretty busy it seems. Sometimes they can be a little slow getting to the register. Not a big deal breaker by a long shot. Will continue to shop here when I am in the area

Martin's Paw Mart is one of the best pet stores in the area as far as customer service goes. At either Elkhart location (downtown or Bacon Hill), the staff always ask if they can help you, and genuinely seem concerned about getting you the best options for your pet. Also they carry some really hard to find brands of dog food, like Fromm which is family made in Wisconsin. And if you use your Martin's card every time you check out, you earn points to a percent off reward, just like the huge pet stores.

Great place for dogs and cat supplies and reptile supplies but don't ever buy a reptile from em ur gonna pay 3 times as much then if you get it from an actual breeder just do ur research iv been to allot of em and been wanting to write a review but put it off but I just went into one and they had a cinnamon ball python normally around 100 for a ball n python with that trait they had it for 330 bucks!!! Iv seen baby corn snakes just normal ones no color trait for 100 bucks u can get em for 40 bucks from actual breeder that doesn't leave em in glass tank with big heat lamp

Went in for a microchipping event. They carry my brand of dog food and it’s actually priced better than my usual store so that was nice, however they didn’t have the flavor I feed out so I’m not sure if they don’t carry it or just didn’t have it at the time. I bought a bag of the treats you scoop yourself and it was so cheap! I wish they had a list of ingredients on them though because one of my dogs can’t have certain things. I only had the other one with me at the time so I didn’t ask to see any ingredients but if I go back hopefully they can provide me with one, I’m not even sure what brand they are. Update: you can have them order flavors of food if they already carry the brand, I bought my usual brand and flavor for $10 off what Petco and pet supplies plus charge! And the treats are labeled, the box had just been turned around.

Pawmart in elkhart at cobblestone is the only place I trust with my shih tzu She 1 year old and I've taken her to place that told me she was mean they had to hold her down and tryed to sell me stuff to medicate her. Her vet told me noway and suggested pawmart and it's been great never heard any of the shes mean stuff because shes not mean she loves everyone thank you pawmart for taking care of our puppy.

The pawmart associates were absolutely NO HELP IF YOU HAVE REPTILES. We looked everywhere for the frozen mice to find out they don't keep them upfront. I ask the associate and she comes out with two pinky mice in her BARE HANDS. After touching cat food and other items, she did not wash her hands and tried to hand me 2 pinky mice in my hand. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO HANDLE MICE BEING FED TO A MOUSE. I wasted my time and money to get pinky mice fhat had been handled bare handed and just sit in a paper bag. She didn't even want to give me a bag. Very poor service

Not the biggest pet store around or the cheapest, but is clean, easy in and out, products have long expiration dates so are fresh, a good selection but not as big as you would find at a major named pet store

It's very clean, the girls are all sweet and do a great job. You can tell they love dogs, my dog just loves going there and he smells so good not to mention he loves all the attention he gets 😊
