Been shopping at this Kroger for years and have always been satisfied. Today, I forgot an item in my cart when I left the store and had to return.I don't have names, but the gentleman in the tue dye shirt was of great help. He steered me to the cashier and as soon as she saw me, she knew exactly why I was there. Hats off to both of them.However, before I got to the cashier, tie dye guy brought over a manager to talk to me. She was an older lady (not the younger lady) and she proceeded to tell me they "we can't just give things away, and that I LEFT it at the store."When I asked if they could review the video surveillance, she told me the same thing. Her customer service is not even worthy of a half star rating.What she SHOULD have done was told me they would review the video, contact their corporate offices for a final determination. She instead, chose to place blame on, and then dismiss me.Again, thanks to tie dye guy for stepping into the role of their inconsiderate manager (older lady, not younger) and leading me to the cashier.

This visit was horrible at this Kroger's nobody to help me with the digital coupons and the cashier was Moody. If you want something from Kroger don't shop here their shells are usually empty of all sale items.

Kroger's is a place I'd choose for shopping groceries over other stores especially the big box stores an here's why right from the entrance I was greated, an as soon as you walk in you'll be right at the produce accompanied by the deli, bakery, dairy everything was well organized an the prices an deals are hard to beat heck they even have a gas station were the more you shop the more you can save on gas! An even checking out was a breeze with multiple lanes open an self checkout as an added option, the cashier was friendly an introduced himself an put the delicates such as eggs, bread loafs, an bananas on the cart last after he bagged them all well done 5/5

I placed an order online for pickup and I will never in my life do that again! I had items that were substituted for other items and those items weren't in the bags!No Refund just "I Apologize Sir."

They've lost my business. Loyal customer for decades. But their prices have made them not competitive at all. Inventory is unacceptable. I can't find bread or bottled water half the time. Corporate is absolutely useless. I'll miss some of the employees.

This kroger is the goat, someone stole a bag of mine from self checkout and i didn’t notice till i got to my car and they allowed me to replace everything taken free of charge !! amazing service:)

Horrible management! I tried calling this Krogers multiple times due to my online order being incorrect. The manager picked up and was being overly rude and saying if i really needed the gluten free pancake mix (for my 2 year old daughter) i would have to sell my left kidney and go to Walmart. Glad i caught his name; Jason.

I don't think this place even deserves 1. We will never go back to this store. We have been shopping this store at least once a week for over 30 years. Went to get groceries this morning and was told by the worker in the Deli that she wasn't helping anyone until she got help at 2. We left our cart sitting walked out of the store and will never go back. I will share my experience with my family and friends and I'm sure that they will not go there anymore.

The old ladies behind the deli!!! ( RedNecks).... It's been more than one time that I come to the deli counter (instacart worker) and this 1 old white lady short with glasses, walk up to help me and just LOOK AT ME!!! No hello, NO may I help you NO custom service skills at all...but she makes it well known that she HATES BLACK PEOPLE!!! IT'S WRITTEN ALL OVER HER FACE!! She doesn't even say bye or thank you!!! TO BLACK PEOPLE!!!

Produce is getting better but the main reason we shop here it's for the gas points. Not a bad store not a great store. I do like the Click shop. It's very easy to use and they have gotten my orders correct both times I've used it

The lady working the self check out was amazing. Didn't catch her name but she was funny, nice, and acted like no one was going to bring her down. Great attitude.The only problem I had was there were zero, ZERO carts inside. It's raining. I needed dog food and a few other things. Had to carry it all with me up the register.

Went to stop by at 10 pm after seeing in Google maps and calling ahead and was yelled at from the parking lot saying “we close at 10”. An old man and woman both told me I was wrong when I told them that I had just called and verified that their phone system said they were open and the hours were until 11pm. They waved dismissals at me. Called and spoke with customer service who hung up on me when i told them that I had been yelled at and told I was wrong when they said they closed early due to “staffing issues.” I will be reporting all of them to corporate in the morning.

I Going to give 1 star 🌟 cause I had bad experience shopping online when I went to pick up my order I didn't check if everything was inside of the bags . When I got home notice grounbeef it was missing 😢 I called kroger they said it was nothing left . My advice for people who order online make sure when you pick your order make sure everything it's in there also I bought an onion it wasn't good of all

Ok let's start here lately with this store#1 gas station cashier ripped me off for .80 cents not a huge deal just some change. Normally this is my regular store but now I will drive elsewhere. #2 rude cashiers past 2 times the cashiers have been rude. I get it short staffed and over worked. Honestly #3 is really messed up this evening I went to buy some doughnuts for my grand children I don't usually buy junk with snap but I am broke and wanted some fun snacks for them. The cashier was in a foul mood but what got me is she keept canceling my payment and played it off like it was my fault. I have never felt that discriminated for using ebt before. I think maybe this person needs a different job if she is that hateful. Today is August 2nd 2021. The time was 845pm. She was the only female cashier on the other was a gentleman. Thanks for making my day.

Today was great day shopping at Kroger's in the past shelving of certain items was definitely lacking but today with the holiday being close the employees are doing an amazing job!

I always find what I need, the staff is always helpful and friendly, the prices are so low it's crazy great, reliable to be open all hours, there's nothing to hate and so much to love here. Awesome general grocery store. The only thing that sucks is the lack of staff at night so there's a big line of people waiting at the express check outs and no cashiers. Oh, and there always seems to be an active fire truck and cops in front of this Kroger lol.

Even though they were short staffed with only one cashier with her light off trying to end her shift and they only had self check out open. Kailey took us in her lane with a smile then the next family behind us. Thanks Kailey you're awesome!!!

It's not bad unless you go on a weekend evening, especially Saturday night. I have no idea what the problem is but they only have one girl ( that I feel sorry for cuz everyone is so rude) and she's working the self check out. Plan on being in the line at least 30 minutes. It's backed up to the office. SMH

This has been our mainstay for local groceries but lately the experience has been very poor. Within the last 6 months they installed security cameras with attached screens at the ends of most aisles and all over the self checkout space with one huge one beyond the registers. The screens flash "You are being recorded" or similar any time they see movement. I feel like a criminal being under such tight surveillance.The produce selection has really diminished in the last year. An employee told me that was because whatever they could not sell they stopped ordering. This makes sense, economically, but it means that I'm now missing all sorts of winter vegetables and we're getting really bored of the limited offering in the produce section. It's hard to eat healthy at this Kroger.In other areas of the store, like the dairy, they do stock products we do want but these products are very frequently out-of-stock so we can't depend on these products being available.There's a deli worker who is always rude and uninterested in serving us. If we stand around long enough that she notices us she still makes us feel like we're a tremendous inconvenience to her.The self checkout lanes usually have 1-2 machines (of 6) that are not functional and the attendant is never very attendant. When the machines have a problem we have to go seek out the attendant and either get him/her off his/her cell phone or interrupt chit chat with another employee to get some assistance.Finally, the straw that is breaking my back: the last 4 times we have purchased OREOs from this location, 90% of the cookies have been broken in the package! Do the night time stockers or their shippers have no respect for my cookies?!I don't know if it's management or simple apathy and erosion but this Kroger location is only keeping our business with sheer geographical convenience and nothing else.

Several common items we went in for they were completely out of! When going to check out there were 2 "manned" check outs..with lines. The self check out had a line that wound around to the customer service desk. The self check out did not run smoothly..and delay the process very much. All in all a very frustrating visit were some simple groceries! Sorry I normally love Kroger this was a very bad visit!

Place is nice ,good selection of fruits an veggies.store has a good selection of most things .It is a bad place to check out at night after 10:00 pm . People are lined up at least 10 or more at a time . Self- checks are hard to use .4 - 5 check outs are open .Their is a normal wait of10- 20 minutes to check out . Very poorly planed.

I tried the new online ClickList feature, for the first three orders you were not supposed to be charged a service fee. I was charged the service fee, called the store to find out why, talked to a representative, told him what I was experiencing as far as being charged a fee, he said he couldn't do anything about it, I stated I wanted my order cancelled. He said ok and hung up without getting my infomation. I called back, went through all the prompts, finally got the rep, told him I wanted to cancel my order and could he do it while I was on the phone with him. My order was finally cancelled. Now i have to watch my account closely to make sure I was not going to be charged. I'll just go in the store like I usually do. It's a good concept, maybe they just need to work out the kinks.

My stolen debit card was fraudulently used at this Kroger and they said there was NOTHING they could do. Not even call the police to let them know a thief attempted to purchase $400 worth of stuff with a stolen card. I will never go here again. The lack of empathy, understanding or assistance is enough to steer me away.
