I'm not sure if I walked in family dollar or a crack house. Staff were twerking and laughing and joking and gossiping however nobody cleaning this place up. I couldn't get through most of the aisles, shelves were empty but boxes full of supplies everywhere. They need new management and employees ASAP!! It didn't get this way overnight. They need to really get all new staff and shut down for at least 2 weeks and get that mess together in there. There's no way they don't have mice. Too cluttered and I can't trust any expiration dates with this type of carelessness. Whoever is running this gotta stressed out to the entire Max!!😐

Well im really glad that this particular family dollar finally hired new management and an entire new staff. Its much more organized and neat making the shopping experience more pleasant.

The store is kind of small, a little cramped and they have alot of boxes on the salesfloor that need to be stocked. The parking lot has some potholes and they dont seem to keep up with the maintenance of the exterior, which could have some nice greenery. Also it is easy to find, even though their sign is covered by bushes. Just look for the well maintained grass and lovely flowers at the gas station next door.

Dirty, dangerous looking. Got what I needed and the person at the register was fine, but I live in a conservative poor rural area and just can't get used to the inner city approach- that nothing is important and dirt is always the best to be expected. Tons of stuff in the dirty isles to put away, and a male employee strutting the store; obviously his only purpose is to be sure everyone can tell he is not going to do anything. Just retired from 45 years of 60 hour weeks logging and this is revolting.

Store manager Tracy....very rude. The other manager Wendy not too bad but the 2, both have something in common. Always complaining about the other staff. Customers shouldn't be hearing about your issues and dirty laundry. Instead of speaking negative about people you work with try stocking the shelves so customers can walk down all the aisles.One team member even had a motorcycle club make a threat to me over something untrue. When brought to the store manager's attention she permanently kicked me out. The one that didn't do anything wrong got banned. I supported that store daily from the first day they opened.

Most unfriendly place. Lady earing a bag of chips with mouth with nothing good to see. Also nee to call fire marshal property dirty probably like inside the store. Don't waste you money hear. Support a store with better employees

For about 6 months this store has went from bad to worse the shelves are empty. Boxes are stacked as high as the shelves you cannot get into most isles it is flat-out a fire hazard and dangerous

It's a ok family Dollar. The only concern that I seen is the Manager. They might need a brushing up on they're customer service skills. You shouldn't be on the phone ringing up customers. Or powwow with her staff up front about which other employees they don't like. Just lack of professionalism. But to grab something quick and go great place.

Yeah I also cluttered barely walk through couldn't find the associate to help me with anything when I did finally check out I walked outside the door put my stuff into my book bag and was immediately as to show my receipt that the cashier had just given me asking me if I bought what I had which of course I did, and before fully looking over my receipt so that I had not bought what I had in my hand and after she looked at the receipt again clearly noticed that she had made a mistake

The store opened at 9:05 go to shopping empty and full box's in every isle in store real nightmare go to leave doors are locked clerk is out back unloading a truck.I wonder who is managing this store!!!!!!

For some reason in Elkhart Indiana most of the Dollar General stores are closing which is bringing more business to Family Dollar but I'm okay with that

08/04/2022Store was closed at 8:00 p.m. actual closing time of the store. His 10:00 p.m. store close 2 hours early.... Instead of writing on a cardboard box that the store is closed, corporate needs to just changed the hours of the store...

Went in for ice cream in the ad. Found out that the freezer has been broken a year. The store is only 2 years old. They didn't seem concerned about this issue. I won't go back there again.

Very friendly staff. It is a little crowded at times but it has new stock always coming in. Quite a large selection of items for good prices.

The store was SOOOOO dirty. Things scattered Everywhere. Stock not put away just sitting out on the floor on racks. Floors where very dirty. Hard to walk through isles.

I had a very good experience I have been all over town looking for these certain cough medicine pills and they're the only place in town that had any in stock thank you family Dollar you are a godsend
