Best little groom shop is fantastic! They really love the dogs that come in. My dogs get cared for by Sam and she makes them look so beautiful. She's very gentle with them, to the point that one of my poms was falling asleep while getting a haircut. They love her! They don't over book themselves, so your dog will be done in a reasonable time and not sitting there all day, I've always gotten them back withing 3-4 hours (my previous groomer would have me drop them at 8 am and they'd be there til 3 at least!)

We take both our dogs to Best Little Groom Shop. The girls treat our pups like family and the boys always look amazing. I have an old nervous dog and he had always been difficult for groomers until we started bringing him to Best Little Groom Shop, they were full of tips to calm his anxiety and get him ready for his visits.

We have been taking our 2 dogs here to be groomed since the shop opened over 6 years ago. Every time they come back looking fantastic and they smell great too! Lisa takes great care with the dogs and has often alerted us to anything that might warrant a call or visit with the vet. We don't live in Goshen but make the 45 minute drive each month because we know the dogs will get the special care only Lisa and her staff will give. The dogs love coming here! If you want your pet to have a great grooming experience bring them to the Best Little Groom Shop.

Absolutely love this place! My dog was not the friendliest when he was first there and gave me wonderful tips to bring him back next time and they worked. They go by what works best by you and they don't overbook themselves! Usually ends up taking about 2 hours and he smells so great and so pretty. 100% recommend them!

I started taking my dog before they even moved location from Main Street . Took my dog to the new location and the next time I took her they made a comment about me not taking her in over half a year and that I’ve never even been to that new location. Then the owner said it would take longer since she hadn’t took lunch , and wasn’t feeling so well... she had an appointment for a reason !! After all that I picked up my dog and once we got home. Our dog had cuts all over and when we went back to tell them they said that that happened if she had knots but now that I take my dog somewhere else we don’t ever have those problems.. I do not recommend this place at all! They are rude and didn’t even do the job right

I LOVE this place! I bring Both My Dogs there! The service, knowledge, and advice is beyond what I'm use to. They use natural shampoos which is important to me. They taught me how to train my dogs (the Caesar way). And sometimes have been my counselors. Lol they are the kindest, most fun-loving, unique people. To see my dogs excited to go to.the groomers, as well as my groomers excited to see my dog's means the world to me and I enjoy taking my dogs to them!

If I could post a negative, I would! We have a young labradoodle that was new to being groomed. We took him here and let them know that he was young and had never been through this experience before. When we arrived to pick up our dog they were aggressive and rude about his demeanor. Again, this was his first time being groomed EVER! The woman that talked to my wife made it clear that our puppy was misbehaving because we play with him inappropriately. Just to be clear, we treat our dog as part of our family, and would never mistreat him in any way. The employees were rude enough that my wife left their establishment in tears and my dog acted timid and scared for at least 24 hours. We have since been to another groomer and have seen video of how well behaved our little buddy has been. We pick him up from his appointments and he is as happy as when we left. I would never recommend this groomer!

This is truly the Best Little Groom shop, because the staff truly cares about your animals and go the extra mile in providing excellent customized service & using natural healthy products on your pet. We have taken our dog to be groomed & loved on by Lisa for many years now and will not take him anywhere else. It is rare to find honest business owners whose first priority is the well being of their clients and pets.

The most kind and helpful people I've ever taken my pupper to! Not only did Lisa make my little guy look amazing but she helped him with his anxiety! He has always been scared of the buzzing of the clipper and the vibration but while I was there watching she had me come and pet him while she slowly introduced him to the clippers all over again! Before we left I felt like I had an entirely different dog! She's like a dog whisperer! He use to misbehave every time we took him to our old groomer but now he's as chill as a cucumber. I recommend this groomer if you care and love your fur ball. The best part is knowing you are leaving your dog with kind people who you can trust! If I could I'd rate more then 5 stars!

We took in our hyper and anxious Lab mix for his first grooming. He quickly calmed down for Dakota and was still calm when I came to pick him up. And he was very clean and free of his shedding hair. Excellent care and service, helpful advice!

I’ve been bringing my dogs here since the place opened and I can honestly say that there’s no better place to groom my mini schnauzers. I had to go through 2 groomers before I found this place. We have always had a wonderful experience having our dog groomed here. Their staff goes the extra mile. When it’s time to go in the crate for the hairdryer her groomer, Dakota sits next to the crate and calms her until she is dry.

To me this is the best kept secret in Goshen. They are the Best Little Groomer shop in Goshen. They are patient, kind, and good with your pet. My dog Angel has gone there for years. Check them out you will love them too.

We're here at an RV Rally in Goshen from Chino Valley Arizona, and needed the nails clipped and anal glands cleared on our two miniature Dashounds. Called for an appointment, and was told none needed for those services.
