By far the best Starbucks branch we’ve ever been to! Each time we go, it’s always a great service. The staff are so well-trained and our food are always served correctly. They always offer pup cups as soon as they see our dog too!

Ordered mobile order, got to the store, and door was locked. So went through Drive thru to get order, and asked why we can't use lobby. Rudely she replied we had a call off and you can pick up your order at window like every one else. Got to window and she pretty much threw my coffee at me, it slashed all down my arm, and all over steering wheel. Terrible customer service!!!

Literally asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso and the lady read it back to me and then hands me a blonde espresso. The inside was closed and the line was so long so I just poured it out. Waste of money.

I have been here many times and the experience is always sub-par. Unless there are no customers inside and none in the drive-thru, they just don't have it figured out.Today, walked in with no customers in front of me inside, and there were 2 cars in line in the drive-thru when I walked in. I waited 17 minutes before asking where my order was and in total it took them 22 minutes to make 3 drinks. I told them I understand busy-ness but I think they need to look at the way they manage their orders and they talked over me repeating "thank you ma'am, have a good day" obviously be very disrespectful. There were 5 total employees who, with no line side, couldn't make 3 drinks in under 20 minutes.

Rue was running the cash register during the black Friday rush we happened to get caught in. Everyone seemed to be handling the stress well but she had a remarkably positive and personable attitude. I over heard her say to one customer ahead of me, "I love helping people find a drink to suit them perfectly!"Ps to Rue, I told you I'd let you know how the impossible breakfast sandwich was and while it wasn't the best impossible "meat" I've had, it was still pretty good!

Just left this location. Purchased two drinks we buy all the time. Both were so sickeningly sweet we could not drink them. Stopped at the next location down the road, asked for a remake. They were very kind about it... unfortunately we left and realized one was, again, way too sweet, and the other had no syrup whatsoever. Pulled off on the side of the road to mix our two drinks together so we could tolerate them. I give up. I'll frequent Dunkin instead.

I practically come here everyday since I work over at the mall. Even on my day off sometimes! The staff is by far the friendliest and probably some of the most hard working individuals. I see how busy they get and they always provide over the top customer service while being quick and efficient! Thank you for making me want to come back for my daily caffeine fix!

Quick, friendly service. Whoever made my bf's drink did a PERFECT JOB!! Usually there's still too little espresso & the frappes taste water down.. He hardly ever gets them anymore because it's just sad how they turn out. He decided to get one since it was hot & he was tired of shopping - it was perfect! I was jealous that I didn't get one lol.. Definitely will be back, the next time we are around the area! thanks!

This was the best Starbucks I've been to! Baristas were efficient and helpful. I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks food but I have to admit that the food was all warmed perfectly and tasted fresh. Drinks were accurate and amazing as always. Really loved my experience at this Starbucks, would highly recommend.

Yes! They were out of a lot of syrups for quite a while but it was NOT there fault! If the warehouse has no order to send them it doesn't matter whether they order it or not! That is how the food industry works!This is the only Starbucks in this general area that can ever get my drink correct! I don't have to have my drink remade, the staff is always so polite, the management is amazing! They do get busy, so yes there are times that I have to wait but it is always worth the wait without a doubt in my mind! Thank you for being awesome!

Two cars ahead of me and I've been waiting 15 min. Didnt have the drink I wanted so I had to get something else. Drink was wrong so they had to take it back, gave it back to me and it's spilling everywhere

I order an unsweetened green ice tea often here and it is rarely made well. Its certainly not a difficult drink to make and just involves being shaken....which it rarely is and it usually is very watered down. I started ordering it with no water, but it still isn't great. They are a speedy Starbucks compared to others and they are always very friendly. They just need to work on their drink making skills.

Never stepped foot into a Starbucks until today, in order to use their restroom. Don't see the purpose in overpriced coffee. Basically just a status symbol, more or less. I mean.. Why else would you spend a small fortune on a beverage!? Makes absolutely no rational sense.

Nice store. Easy to order. Cashier wasn't happy that I added to my order at the window but she did help me make my drink order better since I can't have reg. milk. Would've left tip but no tip container at window. Nice store location for soldiers at Atterbury. A little inconveinent getting in and out of order line and area. One way getting out so pay attention! LoL I will go back.

Prompt service, order ahead work well, drive up line was very long but indoor service was timely and friendly. Drinks made exactly to Starbucks specifications. Store looks sparkling clean and brand new.
