Premium Aquatics is definitely my new go-to for reef supplies. I needed to move my reef (a super intense and time sensitive process) and Premium Aquatics worked with me to get what I needed shipped to me asap. Premium Aquatics has been and will be my top tier, golden medal, go to shop til the end of time. Throughout the decades, I must've paid for at least one employees' college tuition! One of the few great online fish sellers! All fish arrived vigorous and healthy. Shipping cost was ridiculously low which scared me a little. Packaging was great- only 1 fish to bag or (3) micro sized ones. Helps to keep ammonia low and decrease risk of a fish dying then fouling the bag killing many others.Literally 5 days after arrival my Quad Reds spawned!

I have now purchased 2 LED lights from Premium and I am completely impressed with their packaging, speed of shipping, customer service response times and pricing. My only complaint is they don't sell anything else I need, so I can't make any other purchases from them currently. Jason is the man, and is really quick to help you out with any questions you might have. 5 stars easy!

THE BEST HEATER YOU WILL EVER OWN! I own 26 tanks everything from a 5.5 gallon to a 100 gallon salt water and this is without a doubt the best heater I've ever found I am blown away by the quality of this thing in the price that I got it for I got the big model for 100 gallon tank and I'm talking the cord on this thing is like the size of a vacuum cleaner cord it's heavy duty it has an incredible little function right on the cord where you just change it with a little button and decide what temp you want It also has this external temperature regulator where it tells the temperature from outside of the heater itself so it's much more accurate that you just stick to the side of the tank This should be the best selling heater on the market! People just need to find out about it. I am so happy I did and I am going to gradually convert all of my tanks to this heater. I was in no way paid or endorsed for this review I am just an extremely satisfied customer!! 10 Stars 🤩

I've been using premium aquatics practically since their business opened back in 1996. I've always had great customer service from them. I have been out of the hobby for about 10+ years and have just started to build my new tank. I placed my first order with premium and received my items in a just a few days and very well packaged. This included a box of dry rock that included individually wrapped rocks. Will definitely be giving them my business in the future whenever possible.

These guys are just the best. They make outstanding equipment, dry good, and livestock recommendations and stock everything you could ever want. Their public fish room hours are very convenient, and as I live nearby, on site product pick up lets me get my stuff super fast. Their shipping and logistics are top notch also. When I have placed orders for delivery, they often ship same day. Prices are very competitive, and they regularly clearance useful items. Brandon in livestock knows his stuff and always gives great advice. You can't go wrong here!

I order from here a lot, and I love that it's close enough to usually be 1 day shipping. The prices are great, service is great. The biggest problem I have is packaging. Every box comes filled with styrofoam packing peanuts. I would much prefer the water soluble packing peanuts, or even the air bags. That way I don't have to throw away a full garbage bag of styrofoam every time I order.

2 Stars. I ordered off their Amazon website and they said it will be here by December 4-10. It’s now saying December 16th. I needed this product a week ago! I don’t know how good their in person store is, but be careful when ordering something online from them that you need soon.Edit: i got a full refund on the item, but it still didn’t get here when I needed it, so now I will give them 4 stars.

Ordered Auto Aqua AWC through amazon. It was missing magnets that hold the sensors. I looked at the controller, it looked used. Prime 2 day shipping wasn't free since it cost 10 bucks more than anywhere else. Now everything is delayed by a week since I had to order another one from another vendor. Maybe it was honest mistake but I'm going to stick with BRS from now on. Response to owner message: This isn't you? see photos in my profile. Same address, same phone number, not sure what they are trying to pull. I left you Amazon review too, enjoy it.Thinking back I may have over reacted. Should have given them a chance to correct the issue. Return process was easy and refund issued fast.

I ordered bulbs for my light fixture and only after I placed my order and waited for two days was I informed that they required an extra $20 to ship. This was not stated on the website and even though they tried to add it to website after the fact, I have a screenshot proving that this $20 surcharge was not stated anywhere. Terrible service. I highly recommend Bulk Reef Supply.

Got delivered a day late but came almost perfect, little bit too big for the tank and one of the tree parts I had to glue on, so because of the size and it being broken it's still works 😊 (bought a tree frag, first one I bought I love it, the second one ehh, just read measurements for future advance)! Good thing it's plastic so I can glue it..

I can't be happier with the customer service I Recieved.I had ordered a new tank, which had been delivered in shattered pieces. This was no fault of Premium Aquatics, but I think I could point a finger or 2 at UPS.The customer service rep, Luke, was very helpful.

I highly recommend Premium Aquatics. I buy all my livestock here because Brandon and the staff are so helpful. Great prices, great advice -- all from true reefers! I have only been in the hobby for a year, but I plan on expanding and a big part of that is due to having Premium Aquatics to help!

Nothing like driving 40 miles to go to a fish store that advertised labor day sales and find out they are closed. Nothing updated on website to inform anyone, nothing on an answering machine to inform anyone either. And here i thought they were just busy and couldn't answer the phone.. Awesome!!!
