I purchased a 2015 F-350 truck for my business here. This is the second truck I have purchased from them. The first truck turned out great for us. This second one not so much. I spoke with the salesman on the phone. He said that brake work had been done to the truck and that it was in good shape. I myself was busy so I had to send an employee to pick up the truck for me. After my first experience I was trusting of them as a dealer. We got the truck back and it was completely packed with mud underneath. The inside of the cab was also full of mud. The truck had had the catalytic converters cut off it and pipes welded in so it's not even legal. There were rodent droppings under the seats and the headliner had a mouse nest in it. The sales team was very careful to send pictures that didn't show missing interior pieces etc. I understand this is a used vehicle and that its subject to my inspection prior to purchase. However this was just pushed out the door without being honest with me. See photos below of the work we had to do to get the truck cleaned up a bit and usable.

Great place if you’re in the market for a commercial vehicle. Fair price, friendly service, and quick financing. Mike and RJ have been very helpful all around getting all the minor details takin care of including an alignment at their shop with Chris that was on the money. Oh and can’t forget the shop dog Pearl 👍🏻.

Thought the salesman was nice, helped me get everything handled over the phone. Drove 2 hours there in the snow and he had the truck in a heated shop for me to look at. Truck looked better than I expected but it had a check engine light that "had never been on before" and what felt like limited power. I asked to take it to a local shop and was told no, it would be taken care of by their in house mechanic in 3-4 weeks. He let me drive another truck to compare it too and told me that "he wouldnt buy it like that" if he was me. I left empty handed with the knowledge that he would call me when it was repaired and i could come back. The truck was sold to someone else a week later. The truck was priced very well so im assuming the other person didnt even care and just snatched it up with the light on. I hope to try to do business with them again one day but only if I get the same salesman.

We purchased a 2019 Chevy 3500 that ended up being involved in a wreck before Indy Truck Sales bought it. It had a clear title and no visible damage. When we discovered that it had been in a accident and contacted the guys at Indy Trucks they jumped into action. They found us another truck that was identical in appearance to the 2019 we had, and bought the wrecked truck back off of us. Great group of guys that stand by what they sell. Highly recommend.

I would not spend a dime there again spent 10 thousand on a truck regardless if it's a personal or as is the did not state the problems with the truck on there add so for 10 thousand that I spent was for a tailgate that was held up by a ratchet strap not even matching tiers different (sizes) um my back door wont even open the trim it hanging on bailey an oh yea must I say a d#m oil leak that they act like they had no clue about the peak but the left over gunk on my transmission an motor will state otherwise DO NOT SPEND A DIME AT (indy truck sails!!!! )

Worst experience ever . Will not spend my money there again. The vehicle i bought has completely fell apart to fix it would cost more then the vehicle its self they will rip you off an then ignore you (DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE GO ELSE WHERE )
