I own African Clawed frogs and they were doing kind of poorly for a while—they stopped eating the food I’d been feeding them and seemed lethargic. I knew they liked worms but wasn’t regularly feeding them, so I decided to get some Earthworms….they perked right up and they’ve been back to their normal froggy selves! Now when they see me walk by the tank they’ll come up and beg for food. They want more worms! So greatful, I was sure that my frogs were going to die. The worms I get are nightcrawlers and they’re always HUGE worms that are super active every time I open the container. Sometimes they’re so big I have to cut them in half for my frogs. Way cheaper than worms I’ve previously gotten at Walmart and Petsmart, and again, bigger too!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The same cool guy is working each time I’ve been and I didn’t feel like I was there to buy anything, I felt like I had stopped by a friends house. We talked like friends and there was an Amazing atmosphere. I intend to go again for sure. He was also very helpful with lifting my heavy pumpkins since I have a neck injury….. I highly recommend!

They have amazing, reasonably priced, fresh vegetables all summer long! Locally grown tomatoes, corn, squash and so much more! I always find better tasting produce here than at the store! They are also very friendly ☺️🤗 Definitely more than just your average bait shop!

Best minnows ever! I know that sounds weird but hear me out. I bought some minnows on Saturday on a non-oxygenated $5 bucket they sell. I went fishing and had some left over. I thought, "Let me see if I can keep them alive and go fishing tomorrow." It rained and I didn't go, and the week went on. Today is Thursday and they're still alive! They've been from pleasant weather, through frost warnings, and no food sitting in a bucket outside. It's a clear sign I need to go fishing today. Some of them suckers might get off the hook, get some food and keep on swimming with a new story to tell. LOL

This is a great place to just stop and take a min to relax. Sits right next to Edinburgh Dam on the Big Blue River. Has been around my whole life. Nice selection of anything and everything you can imagine and prices are actually very reasonable. The people are very polite and will enjoy taking their time to speak and help you in anyway possible. Again rather you need fishing gear or bait or just simply need time to relax stop by and check out Bobs. Want disappoint!!

Great place been going there since I was a kid with my grandfather and father. They are polite and very helpful. The owner is a great man and makes sure his customers are taken care of. He goes above and beyond.

Bob is fantastic!! Despite what google says, his store is NOT permanently closed!! We went in for our first visit, and he was awesome. Found everything we needed and his minnows lasted for over 24 hours! Will only be going here for our bait and tackle from now on.

Best bate and prices around cant get minnows anywhere else.friendly and knowledge able people can tell you best placesbto fish and whats bitten. They also have a grate catfish tournament once a year for local fisher men and women to enter from local fisging spots. Good times. grate place
