The young lady at the cash register on 12/29/2023 at about 230ish was extremely nice. I wish I knew her name. I’ve been going to the Edinburgh CVS for a while and that was by far the best customer service I’ve had since going there. I hope this message reaches her so she gets the recognition she deserves!

The pharmacist was very polite and cordial. Had a good disposition and a smile on his face. The customer service tech was not so pleasant. She injected herself into our conversation in a very unprofessional way. Was a bit surprised by her attitude because most of the time everyone there is super nice so I'm just going to chalk it down as she was having a bad day.

There pharmacy is much better now! They have more workers and are not shortening their days as much as they had been when they were short handed.

Corporate CVS needs to step up for this location. They need proper staffing. The people who do work there are being worked to death which will create poor customer service.

Had script refill date in computer as wrong date. Went back to refill when I had bottle showing date wrong on their end, and was told pharmacy closed for entire day!They deserve 0 stars!

The Pharmacist is very rude and has made mistakes concerning prescriptions. For example: my son had B&D pen needles called in by his Doctor. We were sent a text message saying his MIC prescription was out of stock and had been ordered. I called to see if the prescription could be transferred to another CVS location. The Pharmacy Tech was super rude and said we would have to call and have it transferred. I called another location only to be told the prescription I was calling about was for something else. I placed another call to CVS Edinburgh and talked to the Pharmacist. I explained the prescription was for B&D pen needles not for B&D lanclets. The Pharmacist continued to be rude about HIS mistake. This is not the first time we've had issues at this location with this specific Pharmacist. Prescription mistakes could kill someone. I will be transferring all of my families prescriptions to a different Pharmacy.

Only reason I give this any stars is it close to house that about it. Pharmacy is horrible. you put in for refills and stays in process till u come to the pharmacy, and then they tell you 30 mins everytime nomatter which time. I will once my stuff empties I will go back my old location 20min away in Bargerville that cvs is top notch.

I had been waiting behind a vehicle in the drive thru, long enough to turn my vehicle off because I was wasting gas sitting, when the vehicle in front of me was finished, I pulled up to have the lunch sign placed in the window. You don't shut a door in the face of a customer that has been waiting in line. I hate CVS!!!!

First off they’ve Decided on new hours and they are from 10 AM to 6 PM I hope nobody gets sick other than at bankers hours! A bit rough when you had a script sent to them at 6:15 at night and now you’re in the loop and you can’t even talk to somebody at till 10 AM the next day. And at 10 AM you are told that there are people there that have been waiting in front of you for the pharmacy to open and it’ll be 45 minutes before your prescription is ready that’s odd I thought I’d been here since 6:15 the night before! Needless to say we will find a new pharmacy. Just because you’re the only one in town doesn’t mean you can treat customers that way we can drive to another town!

Been going here for 15 years. High turn over rate, always longer wait times than promised, half the time you can call in meds the day before, go to pick them up and they missed them and they aren't ready. The worst pharmacy of all time hands down. They are disorganized and the main pharmacist is rude and short like he hates his job. *Edit as of May 25th 2023 this is still the case. Pharmacist is rude as heck.

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful in my experience here both over the phone and in person. On many occasions, staff members have gone above and beyond for me to make sure I’m getting the best price possible on my prescriptions.

Everytime I need a prescription filled I end up waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, or inside, when nobody is waiting. The pharmacists are nearly always rude, they give me a wait time and then tell me to come back even later, and they mess up my prescriptions. I had gone in to pick up my birth control and I normally get three months worth, this time they only gave me one month. So, I went to go get my next supply and told me that I had gotten three months on my last visit, which was NOT true. So, they ended up throwing the other two into my vehicle. I wish there was another pharmacy where I lived because I'm beyond annoyed of these "mistakes".

I've been hesitant on getting the covid vaccine. Why you may ask? Well, that's my choice, that's why. Last week talking to a doctor, just general chat, I made the decision to go ahead and get it. So, I spend the 5 minutes or so and fill out the required information online, to get the vaccine at my local CVS. The website indicated they accept walk-ins, I didn't want to be a walk-in, I needed to have a set time, which they had appointment times to come in, so that is what I chose. So upon my arrival on day of my appointment I go to the Pharmacy drop off. I told the gentleman that I'm there for the vaccine. He goes and talks to some lady on the computer. He comes back and says to come back between the hours of 10a and 4p because the vaccine had to be thawed. Obviously I picked a set time and that's the time I needed, so no I couldn't come back. They offered to call another CVS to see if they could do it at that time but what is the point because it takes me 20 to 30 minutes to drive to the next CVS. Sure if the reasoning for that is to make sure that I did show and guarantee that the vaccine doesn't go to waste but who says I would have come back. You would be in the same situation. Bottom line, I did my part, why couldn't you do your part. This is one reason why people don't get the vaccine... PISS POOR PLANNING = FAILURE!!!

Don't know if all these 5 star customer service rates are fake or what cause every time I'm in there they are rude and unwelcoming. Approached an employee to ask where something was they kept telling me they was busy and to use self checkout 😂 like I will when you tell me where to find what I wanna buy. Wouldn't even leave a star if I could.

I went to the pharmacy right after work, so it was fairly busy. I had a sort of confusing issue with my prescription and expected it to be a hassle like all the other CVSs I’ve been too. But the tech who assisted me was extremely helpful and was able to solve a repeat issue that I’d encountered every other time I’d been to a CVS location. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. From now on I’m only going to this location.

Prescription sent in before 10:00 AM; assured it would be ready by specified pick-up time of 3:30 PM. Prescription was NOT ready, causing our daughter to be late for her voice student's lesson. Prescription FINALLY done at 3:57 PM. Don't make a customer wait for almost 30 minutes when the pharmacy had OVER FIVE HOURS to fill it!!!

Brought my husbands prescription in early 8:20A & waited way too long. Literally I was the only one in there. Pharmacist were doing scripts they fill for other ppl, which I understand, but come on get the ones who are waiting in person. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER fill here again.

Worst local pharmacy around. Constant unforseen or projected wait times , argumentative pharmacy staff , & poor customer service. The checkout clerks are not included here they are usually kind and friendly. The pharmacy staff however needs some serious training or just a clean slate and start over with new employees who don't treat people poorly.

This is third time the pharmacy has lied and said they had my daughter prescription (3 rd month) and I am not allowed to switch due to insurance company. I have went to a different one in Columbus only to have them fail to mix her liquid medicine and try to get me to do it myself. This company has went downhill. Over it!!

How this place has only has 2.5 stars I don't know, they have up to 75% of band products if you look and every lady that has served me at the checkouts has been absolutely 100% amazingly pleasant and helpful, I have no idea why this place has a low review, maybe just from salty self entitled people that dont know when they have a good thing...You keep on keeping on ladies, your all awesome!

very rude, very dismissive even accused someone of stealing while i was in the store the Edinburgh police came and searched the person accused and after reviewing the store video and not finding anything on the young man instead of apologizing the store and police banned him from being on the property. They should have told the young man sorry yet instead of admitting they were wrong they treated him like dirt. I would recommend taking your business somewhere else!
