When we're requesting a different table at this particular location. We were told that they couldn't see. This there simply because the waitresses had just a 10 top. As far as I am concerned, this Cracker Barrel needs to learn the art of customer service and do it in a profound way. I'd like they do it down in Lebanon. Tennessee and any other Cracker Barrel across this United States. If you can't serve your customer or do your customer service Justice, then bulldoze the building down. And close it.

Our trip to this Cracker Barrel hit the spot. We had the Maple Bacon Chicken, Loaded Hashbrown Casserole (both pictured AND DELICIOUS), and multiple of the classic sides, mashed potatoes w/gravy, collard greens, mac & cheese, ext... Which all tasted as savory as I remembered. The only reason I'm taking off a star from the food rating is because the fried okra we got tasted like it had been under a heat lamp too long. Unfortunate, but the rest of the meal was perfect, the wait staff were amazing, and the environment was just as you remember. I'll definitely be coming back to this one.

First time here and I’m impressed! Staff is pretty accommodating and our server was very lovely (didn’t get her name but she had a nose ring - thank you, dear!)They have little games to kee you entertained while you wait for your food! Lots of food choices (worth the price too). Will definitely keep coming back!

Haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in years, and decided to come in on a Friday evening to see if it was still any good. They were pretty busy, but still got seated after only about 5 minutes. The wait on the food was a bit longer, but that was to be expected on a Friday night. I like the fact that they now serve beer, though it would be nice to see more of a selection. They advertise that they offer craft beers, but there wasn't a single one on the menu.....all macros. The food was just as fantastic as ever. Country fried steak, amazing! As an added bonus, this is one of the very few places around here where you can get fried okra! And talk about value.....two gut busting dinners with enough leftovers for a third meal (plus a beer!) all for $30! You can't do better than that even at a fast food joint. It definitely won't be years before I come back again.

As I was driving along the I-65S this morning heading to Louisville KY, I felt like to stop and get something to eat. Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day , I thought I might as well drive to any Cracker Barrel restaurant on my way.As everyone knows that Cracker Barrel is one of those places that knows how to draw people in! It us about the Southern charm and warm atmosphere have people stopping all day long for the tasty famous Southern-style food.Luckily the restaurant wasn't that crowded, so I could find a vacant table. The staff was nice and warm welcoming. I enjoyed my time filling up my stomach with some nutritious food then hit the road.

We came from Florida to watch the Eclipse, staying overnight in the back parking lot. Staff was welcoming and helpful, and told us where we could buy special Eclipse tee-shirts. Breakfast was great, as usual. Huge outlet mall across the parking lot. We especially appreciate the privilege of staying overnight. The lot was quiet and safe. We use Crackerbarrel quite often when travelling in our RV, and this location was one of the best.

The young man that waiting on us was the best. He came very quickly, got our drinks first and our food didn’t take long at all and was very good and hot.One of the best experiences that we have ever had at Cracker Barrel.Parking: Lots of H/C Parking

Our server was excellent! I'm afraid I don't remember his name but he was very friendly, attentive and could not have been any nicer or more efficient! Our food was delicious and plentiful!Parking: I never have a problem parking fairly close to the entrance.

Always dependable no matter which location you stop at, which is great for traveling. My grilled catfish, turnip greens, and baked apples were great. Food is always good, just wish they still had chicken livers!Parking: Occasionally difficult to find a spot close to the door if they are busy.

Always a wonderful experience with down home comfort cooking. Waitress was very attention and polite. Table and surrounding area clean. Restroom was clean and floors clear of debris.If country store items are purchased and something does not fit or you change your mind.... items are returnable or refundable at ANY Cracker Barrel location.

We usually have no complaints with Cracker Barrel. It is one of our favorite places to eat. We chose to go last night to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The food took forever to get and our server was almost nonexistent. My food was undercooked and I was a bit disappointed. I don’t believe this to be the norm as I have eaten there many times before. I’mKid-friendliness: My kids love the atmosphere and gift shop.

We arrived and informed hosted I booked online.She said 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later she comes back with an attitude asking me did we put our name in. I said yes I spoke to you 10 minutes ago. She copped an attuide and walked away to find if our table was ready. Came back and grabbed me us. I asked for a kid menu and booster ear and she snapped out a whatever. Her name is Emma. Our waitress was good but Bec it was crowded service was slow.My friend and I got both got the same meal biscuits Benny. Both taste gross and burnt.

Had Kate as our server and she was amazing. Greeted us within what felt like seconds and this was lunch time. You could tell she was crazy busy but made you feel like you were her only customer. My son and I both had the pancake tacos and I'm here to tell you they were amazeballs! That'll be my go to breakfast at Cracker Barrel from now on. When I go back I'll be asking to sit in Kate's section for sure.

I hadn't eaten here in years and was really excited to treat myself. It took my server (jordan) 10 mins to get my drink order. I was excited to learn they serve mimosas. The peach was great, til I found a huge hair in it. I ordered eggs, biscuits & hashbrown casserole. The eggs were fine. The biscuits were hardand the casserole was burnt. The server dropped my bill with my food & never checked on me. If it was just one or two things, ok, mistakes happen but it was just awful. Then when I cashed out. They asked how my meal was, I said not great. The cashier ignored me. I won't be back. Very disappointing

Very short wait time considering 11:00 on Sunday(5 minutes)My two great granddaughters and I were waited on hand and foot by a very fine waitress.She took care of every need and want we had visiting our table several times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.The food was great tasting and prepared perfectly.We had probably the most enjoyable experience we’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel.Please extend my gratitude to all the staff involved,especially our wonderful waitress.😎

I went here a few days ago and the food was awful. My daughter ordered chicken tenders and said they taste awful and they looked bad, when she told the waitress she said “yeah I thought they looked bad” and walked away. My daughter is pregnant and this made her get sick. My food was cold as if it had been sitting. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place!

My plate looked so yummy that customers around me asked what is that.... I think it's called "Creamy Bacon Ranch Crispy Chicken" ... I am probably wrong but when you slice into it, and the chicken is juicy, with crispy fried onions and mouth watering Bacon, topped with drizzling ranch over diced tomatoes.... call it anything you want. And by the way there was cheddar cheese too.Cracker Barrel has put a smile on one of it biggest fans... when you stop at Cracker Barrels across this nation and know the staff and the menu by heart. We dined here on 12/17/2023 for dinner. After being seated, we waited 10-15 minutes before our drink order was taken. The waitress apologized for the wait. The chair I was seated at was uneven due to one of the legs being about 2 inches shorter than the rest. The food was okay, we all ordered the sirloin meal. One of the parties at our table ordered a well done while the rest ordered medium well, and all they all came out medium well. Overall, it was an ok visit.
