Fantastic customer service. Honestly, their customer service is perfect. They are helpful, but they don't pester you the whole time you are there.The prices are decent. Nice variety of dog and puppy toys. They don't sell a lot of clothes/jackets/shirts for pets/dogs, but they have a couple small racks of stuff to choose from, nonetheless.Nice variety in cat and dog food and treats.For the price, rewards program included - its good. Their dog washing self-service is good for the price, as well.

Visited this past weekend with my dog Jax. While the store looks small from the outside it's huge inside, a variety of brands available. The store was clean and welcoming, it says this location is family owned. Everyone was nice, and greeted my dog with pets. I've visited other locations in the South suburbs of Chicago - this location in Dyer, IN is now #1 on that list imo

Glad they had what I needed and staff was very friendly. However, I had a coupon, which is why I drove the extra mile plus, but I couldn't use it because it was for a different location. A location I've never been to in my entire life. That was disappointing and probably won't return. I thought the team member could've engaged a manager to honor the coupon, since it's the same store. 30% will help a customer, but it won't break the store's bank.

Enough people working. Just not interested in customer service, found what was needed @ check out clerk was less than helpful or pleasant. Too bad perhaps a day off or just don't bother to come in.

Great selection. We have a barn cat that is on his way to the other side. He is vary fussy about eating the same old cat food. Pets Plus had about a hundred different single cans of cat food. I bought 1 of each that will keep him eating for a while.

Every pet shop has different products, so visit all. Employees are helpful and nice. I can't believe how much they have in this store. If nothing else you need to check out the pet toy section. November 2, 2019. We bought K&H KITTY SILL WINDOW BED. WE DECIDED TO USE SCREWS TO FASTEN IT TO WINDOW SILL. OUR OLD ONE WE USED VELCRO. SINCE WE HAVE HAD A PERCH ON THIS WINDOW FOR 20 YEARS WE DECIDED TO MAKE THIS ONE PERMANENT. Glad we did. It is so much more stable. If we decide to take down will fill holes with wood puddy and paint. I just wish the foam was a little more dense. I also took cotton eye makeup rounds and folded each in half and put them between the wall and brackets for more stability.

Spent $120 on a cat tree for my kitten who weighs no more than 5 lbs and the top tier broke right off with him on it. Managers refuse to exchange. Pretty disappointed that I didn't get 30 days worth of such an expensive cat tree. It broke on the 29th day but since I called 1 day after the 30 day policy nothing can be done.

I came in for certain kitty food. It was sold out. The staff member I asked for assistance, didn’t know any answers off hand as to the equivalent to what I was looking for…BUT…She read the ingredients label to several bags to make sure I was getting helped. She was very sweet and helpful.

Huge fan of my hometown pet supply plus. However this syore is not it. It was more expensive and the staff was less helpful. And worst of all they don't price match like ours does.And instead of politely telling me, we don't price match so sorry. The girl behind the counter decided the right way to say it to me was "um we haven't price matched in 3 years".

Best pet store in the area! Great selection of dog foods AND treats. Also, the staff is super friendly and understanding of my dog's needs. My dog recently had a bit of a freak out in the store and an employee rushed up and helped us calm her down. The only pet store I shop at.

This is the worst location to purchase dog food. Went to the store to purchase dog food and when we tried to use a coupon the lady at the register said we don't accept that coupon, so she called the manager over, and the manager said they don't accept the coupon, mind you neither of them even attempted to input the coupon on the computer. When we said that the coupon was accepted online to their specific location they laughed at me and my wife and said it doesn't work. So we walked out of the store and placed a pick up order through their website and guess what the coupon was accepted. So when we were going to pickup the dog food they purposely cancelled our order by stating that the dog bag was the only one left in the store and somehow it got damaged, but we're inside the store and there were multiple bags of that dog food. So at this point will never shop at this location.

Glad I called before I went, asked if I was able to wash my dogs here and they said yes but by appointment only and only one of my dogs could be in the store at a time mind you I only called for two small dogs, a frenchie and a small bully. They only give you a 30 min time limit to wash one dog after the other which is ridiculous I have been to plenty of other pet supplies plus stores in Illinois and they don’t ask for an appointment/to keep your other dog in the car while you wash one at a time/give you a time limit. I don’t care if I have to drive further I definitely am not going for this and they also don’t accept pet supplies dog wash cards that was my ultimate no which I had paid already 5 washes for $40. Ridiculous. I would’ve been furious if I drove out there to find this out. Glad I read the reviews on google and yelp and decided to call beforehand.

Came to use the self dog wash and had an amazing experience. They provide you with towels, soap and everything you need. Staff is Friendly and helpful. Plus you get a whole 30 minutes to wash each pet for only $10. Will definitely come back
