This place is absolutely amazing…they have the most dedicated , caring, hardworking staff and volunteers! They have saved many animals and they go over and beyond to help vulnerable animals that have been abused or discarded. I have adopted two dogs from here and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to adopt a pet.

Lennox Legacy Rescue is wonderful! Kate is very committed and works hard to save animals of all types. She vets her adoptee candidates and does her best to place animals with good people. We found LLR when we were looking for a second pet. We knew a rescue was the way to go and we were looking for a doodle / poodle to go with Marley our mini poodle. Our mini poodle is apricot in color and if we had a choice red or chocolate were our choices. When we saw this little red nugget on the Facebook page we fell in love and submitted an application. We didn't think we had much of a chance because we were 8 hours away in Maryland but what the heck. We were overjoyed when they contacted us for a meeting.Long story short Patters (her rescue name) was a match and came home with us. Although timid and apprehensive at first (she was a Amish puppy mill rescue and spent her first 5 months in a crate) she is the sweetest most loving little thing. Renamed Carmela she was walking on a leash in a week and now enjoys long walks in the neighborhood and meeting people and other dogs. We take both little ones everywhere we can including vacations.When pet adoption comes up we tell everyone about LLR and the great work they do. This is a terrific organization and deserves your support.

We adopted our first pup from Lennox's Legacy Rescue in 2019 and then again in 2020 and we hope to continue to do so in the future. They are relentless in advocating for the animals they rescue and are open and honest, setting proper expectations. They have a true heart for the helpless and we are blessed by their selflessness!

They genuinely care about the animals they take in and find good homes for them. We drove 8 hours up there just to pick up Valor and ended up coming back with his bonded friend Liberty (Waffles).

I don't have enough time to write my book on why I love this rescue. I adopted my heart dog from them 10 yrs ago. Believe they truly are in it for the animals and finding them the absolute best, loving and safe home for the rest of their lives period because that is what they do. Husband/ wife founders are animal guardians who give physically, financially and emotionally even when their personal reserves are depleted so every animal lucky enough to make their way to Kate or Steve, will never have to fear a human again.This is a special place for animals to heal and the Wilsons are very special people. Can't say enough good about them.

If you are looking to add a pet to your family Lennox is the place to call. They will have what you are looking for and adopting instead of “buying” is much more rewarding. The animals there are very well taking care of and loved by all the fosters to the point that a lot are adopted by their fosters. This is my lil buddie Biscuit that came from Lennox and when the time comes we want another dog I will definitely go to Lennox again!

So much hard work, care, and love goes into this place. We adopted Berta from there about five years ago and she has become a beautiful and amazing part of our family. I would definitely look here when adopting my next pet.

They are amazing! Truly care about the animals, and make sure they are on the right home. We adopted our mini golden doodle a year ago from Lennox. She and her litter were taken from a bad breeding situation. They made sure the puppies were bon the right home and the adopters understood what these babies needed to have a great life
