A very nasty experience at this store today, 4/20/24. I believe her name is Amber, a short white lady she is a coach.. very rude and unprofessional. Simply because I want to make a return and flat out, I lied to me that the cash has to go back to my card. I paid with my debit card! She needs to be assigned a coach to mentor her on situational leadership skills... this type 9f behavior her sub team named Haley carry on and was rude to me too. I understand people are tired but take and break off the floor!! Be on your best behavior while dealing with customers.. your company needs to grow profitability and answer to a lot of shareholders.. very awful experience 😢

We were all at the self check out a bunch of us were talking so that atmosphere was actually pretty nice.Update: I do have to knocked down a star. Almost ever time they have way to many carts out in the road way.

I usually don’t do reviews however. I do pickup orders fairly often. Last night I did an order and the person who loaded my groceries was by far the kindest person I’ve yet to meet. I wish I would have gotten his name. I’m pretty sure it started with an H. He made sure I knew that some of my items were unable to be filled. He asked if I had any bread, eggs, or chips if I wanted them upfront. When he saw that my bread was smashed from during the picking process he told me he wasn’t satisfied with the way it looked and asked if it was okay for him to get me a new loaf. I told him I appreciated it and he thanked me for letting him get me a new loaf. A few minutes later he brought out a new loaf. I offered to tip him for being so considerate. He told me that it was necessary and that he just wanted to put a smile on his customers faces. I hope that I get this person again when picking up groceries!! By far the best experience I’ve ever had at Walmart!

Very clean and well stocked. There was one item I could not find though unless the packaging and portion size changed. The pricing of things have gone way up. I understand inflation but some items were a tad ridiculous. The staff was friendly though and will be a returning customer.

This is the most disorganized Walmart I have ever been to boxes all over the one last wasn’t even wearing a vest and I herd her over talking that she do wear it so she don’t have to help people and I waited at the election department for 30mins and no one ever showed up after we were told they would be there in 5 mins

Update:The place for grocery home delivery. They do it late. I don't know any Walmart that does that anymore except this one. The drivers are cheery, too.A warning, though: any product you order online that is shipped by the local post office may or may not arrive, depending on whether your carrier likes what you bought or not. That's not Walmart's fault, per se; but, I thought I'd mention. Make sure items being shipped to you are handled by responsible and honest people, such as FedEx.Original:Proper staffing is central to a ā€œgoodā€ Walmart. Without attention and thoroughness, Walmart would be no better than a gas station grocery.I am pleased to report that this is not a good Walmart; rather, a great one.

It was okay, however the price is there for groceries is far above Aldi. At times you're even more than Kroger. And your fresh vegetables section is getting smaller and smaller

Nice clean store but they have 4 self scan yourself that are never open so you have to go to the grocery side and there is a huge line. There may be 2 or 3 regular check outs open but they are usually full as well..I just don't understand why they have all these self checkouts if they aren't going to use them! Irritating!

I wanted to try on 3 pairs of pants. I found a staff member and asked if someone would unlock one of the fitting rooms. He said they were closed and there was no key. I wanted to do this in person so I could try the pants on and not just order them online. Why are there dressing rooms if they are closed and locked? Is there not a key so an associate can unlock for a customer? I put the pants on a cart near the dressing room and left.

The store is pitiful. An aisle shows tea is in it but tea is actually 2 aisles away in the coffee aisle. Seven employees beside womens dressing room and not a single one knows where t-shirts are. "If we have them, they are on the racks." Never mind half the clothes are folded and on shelves. Self check-out area was filthy. I was afraid of anything touching the area in front of the scanner.

Had the worst experience with an online order, app was not working, so I was told to unload and reload app, when I did it place the groceries I had on my list to the wrong card because it was placed automatically, cancel the order was told it would fall off in 24 hours. It’s Monday morning my checking accounts, a mess., Walmart app charged my account three times, even though it was canceled it will take 10 days to get my money refunded,When an order is canceled, a pending charge should be dropped. It should not take 10 days to get your money back when you did not even place the order in the first place.It is not my fault. The app was not working. I did what I was told by one 800 Walmart., the store managers guaranteed me. I’d have money in 24 hours when the pending charge dropped store managers don’t know how it works because it takes 10 days to get your money back.Does not seem like a company should be able to keep your money for that long,And the worst part is store. Managers didn’t even care to talk to me customer service called the store manager she wouldn’t even come up front.Everyone just kept saying call 1-800 WalmartWell, one 800 Walmart does not solve your problem,Worst experience ever, store, managers didn’t care, to solve the problem,And with Walmart, you can’t call the corporate office evidently they don’t want to talk to you because there is no number to reach corporate,Store would not even give a district manager number,So this tells me that Walmart does not want their problems known and they don’t care if they’re solved, or how much trouble it puts their customer through, as far as I could get is wait 10 days why should I have to wait 10 days I didn’t even place the order now I’m out $140 because the app ran the order three timesBeware go to the grocery store and do your own shopping

Pick up order was late which was relayed via email. I drove over when they said it was ready. When I arrived I called and told them that I was here. It's been 1:15 (over an hour!) since arriving and I still don't have my groceries. I called again and she said "it says you're 34 seconds away". Multiple people have been served while I watch other's groceries go by! Ridiculous!

Best prices on many of the grocery items that I buy every week. Good prices on Walmart brand OTC medications. Good selection in the vitamin and supplement aisle. Good deals on casual and work clothing. Parking is usually available. I prefer to use the self checkouts.

Two reviews here ... 1- 5 Star and 1 - 2 Star.5 Star - There was a young man who ask if he could help me find something, and then the same young man found another item for me. I wish I would have noticed his name ... but I didn't.2 Star - two visits in a row there was no GV Sugar Free Whipped Topping. I looked for someone in that department (both times) .. but found no employee's.(NOTE) .. Same problem at Avon Store ... they had 1 can.

I enjoy most of the changes they are making in their renovation. However, the staggering registers does not work with the magazine racks on each side of each register making getting the carts past the next customers cart very difficult. I see customers getting their fingers smashed between carts! Probably do most of my major shopping elsewhere to avoid the registers.

I waited for help at the Tech Center for nearly 20 minutes and absolutely nobody came, and multiple Walmart employees straightup walked past me, completely unacceptable

I give 1 star due to their auto center. Twice we've brought our car there and twice we've been disappointed with the knowledge of the techs and/or service. The last straw was when our battery light went on, we stopped at the Auto Ctr and they said the battery needed charging. We asked what would make the battery not charge correctly and the tech said the other tech was thee battery guy, he would know why. ended up getting a new battery, the kicker is the battery light was still on. We were told it should go off by the time we got home (47mins away). We never heard of that before so I called another location and asked if they have ever heard of that and they said no. So we drove right to a garage and it was the alternator. Spending 150.00 on a new battery when the one we had wasn't the problem was unacceptable. I believe the battery guy missed the mark on this one.
