Never. Again. Even with a photo all these people did was shave my dog down and charge $60. No styling, no listening, no talent. I will never come back nor recommend this place. The only reason i came here was due to an emergency that my main groomer had and a real need to take care of my girl sooner then later. Huge mistake. You are warned.

Chose PetAgree (Danville, IN) for our puppy's first ever full grooming. We were dissatisfied with not only the grooming job, but the overall experience. This shop clearly has its market of being the "Great Clips" of dog grooming: cheap and you get what you pay for.1) Our puppy's nails and hair on his paws were not fully trimmed. I know it's hard to get in there because he squirms...but that's literally why we hired a groomer to do it...2) The shop uses a centralized scheduling service. When the appointment was scheduled over the phone, my wife was told it was a 3-hour service from 10am-1pm. When she arrived at 1pm to pick the dog up, the receptionist, not knowing the status of our dog, had my wife pay and checked the dog out (in their computer system), only to go back and realize he was not done. The receptionist clearly having no idea what the status of our dog was left a bad impression; like they didn't care. She couldn't tell us what had been done, what still needed to be done, etc.3) The scheduling service and the shop need to get on the same page about what they are telling clients, so people don't make extra trips like we had to (yes, my wife had to make an extra trip to/from the shop because of THEIR poor, unclear communication). The shop was under the impression that they would call my wife to come pick the dog up when he was done, and my wife was under the impression that he would be done at 1pm *because that's what the scheduling person told her over the phone*. They implied my wife was at fault/lying about this when we complained.I will reiterate, this was our first time taking our puppy to a groomer...we want to feel like he was being attended to and cared for and because of the issues listed above we simply didn't feel like that was the case.The staff is nice and I'm sure are good people (although I have no doubt some of them probably made comments behind our backs after we left...we noticed some sideways looks...we're not stupid...God forbid we make sure our dog is cared for...), but it's clear that communication is an issue for the shop, so I hope they take the feedback constructively.I am rating 2 stars instead of 1 because the kind manager to whom I expressed these concerns refunded us $20. I would not be leaving this review if a full refund was given (which I asked for and was denied). I may have even considered giving them another chance, but now we will be taking our future business elsewhere...and I recommend doing the same if you're reading this while shopping around.

I've used the Danville location for my 22lb poodle mix for 3 years. They do a great job grooming him and the staff seems great. I only have one complaint. I had an appointment for him 11:00 this morning. They didn't call me until 4:30 to come pick him up. It always takes a minimum of 5 hours. I could be wrong but this seems excessive to me. Other than that I'm very happy with them.

I would like to say first that my pet was going to the Plainfield location for 4 years. Where we received excellent service. When this location schedule was always booked out, I decided to try the Danville location. This was the worst mistake of my life. The staff was rude and very racist. I called to schedule 2 appointments, and the young lady was holding a second conversation with someone else and didn't schedule my pet's appointments correctly. When I called to check what time the appointment was, she stated she had 1 appointment scheduled. So they had to reschedule both appointments for the same day when my pet's needed hair cuts. 2 weeks later, when I came in for the appointment, the young lady stated their appointment was canceled. I asked why she stated because we didn't receive shots. When she told me over the phone, it was ok to bring them into the office she placed me on hold and said management approved it. I was very disappointed and upset about the drive and time wasted. I don't recommend this company not friendly.

Our rescue pup attended daycare here for about two years. She was abused before we got her, so it can take her a while to warm up to humans. They were patient with her and she soon came to LOVE daycare. Now that we’ve moved to another state, I’m just realizing how rare it is for a daycare to take the time to work with dogs that need to go slow. Highly recommend the loving team here!

I'm extremely particular where I send my dogs. This was my GSD, Heidi's, first time boarding. They took the time to see what her needs were and to make sure her first time was a positive experience. She had lots of fun and now I'm going to be using them once a week for day care.

We boarded our dogs before, but this time they came back aggressive and unhappy. Our daughter went to pet our dog and she was attacked for no reason and I disciplined one for eating out of the others dish and was aggressively challenged. They were only there for 4 days, but seem so much different upon picking up. Dogs seem very edgy and untrusting. It’ll take time for them to recover from the trauma. So unfortunate.

We dropped our lab mix off at the Danville location for a 8 day stay as we went on vacation. We called while on vacation to check on our dog and they called us back 20 min later stating that our dog would not be allowed to stay with them as it appeared she had pitbull in her. News to us as she is a lab mix on her papers and looks like a lab as well. They stated she was sweet, calm and loving as well. It was nice that an uneducated manager who is not a vet made that call. Obviously, we aren't welcome back to this kennel as our lab mix supposedly looks like she has pit in her. However, I wouldn't take any dog or cat here. Our dog cowered around on her return home and it took days for her to move from her pillow aside from going to the bathroom. Not sure what happened here with her but I don't think she'd want to go back either if the choice was hers.

HORRIBLE. I never leave reviews for places but this is 100% necessary.My second time using them for bathing, no one called to tell me my dog was done, so she sat in a cage and smelled horrible when I picked her up. I tried calling and leaving messages to see when she would be done, no one answered. When they finally called and I went to pick her up, the groomer stuck her head in the office complaining when someone was going to pick up the English bulldog that had been done forever. They never called me and wouldn’t answer the phone!I decided to give them another chance and took her again today. After 2 hours of them having her I called to see what time she would be done, they didn’t answer because they close for an hour for lunch. I didn’t want to drive 30 min back home if she was almost done so I stopped by when they opened back up to ask. My son was asleep in the car so I just parked in front of the window where I could see them. I watched them take the “closed for lunch” sign off the door at 2 and called at 2:15, the lady at the desk literally looked at me while she was sitting on her personal phone and ignored my phone call. So when I went in, the same lady that complained the last time stuck her head out and was extremely rude about the whole situation because my dog wasn’t done yet and rolled her eyes and slammed the door.ALL of this could have been avoided if they would have given me a time to pick her up or answered the phone!!Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Would not recommend to anyone!! Used Plainfield location 4 years ago. Employee gave our dog the worst haircut I’ve ever seen in my life. She had chunks out of her skin. Our current groomer had a family emergency so I called wanting to give petagree one more chance requesting I did not receive the horrible groomer I previously had. They refused to schedule an appointment or groom my dog because I was “so dissatisfied” with my last appointment. Absolute joke!!! Do not take your dogs there!

The PetAgree Fun Lodge is an amazing place for pets!! The staff are the most loving and caring employees that you will not only meet, but also will become just like family. They love your pets as much, if not more than you do!! They do such a great job job caring for your pets and they also ensure that your pets will come home ready to relax for a little bit after playing with all of their friends. If there has been any kind of an issue, PetAgree is awesome about contacting you to let you know what is going on and keeping you updated as well. I've toured some of the "fancier" dog boarding facilities and can honestly say, PetAgree has them all beat by a long shot!!PetAgree doesn't use/need Tv's in their facility for your pet, because your pet won't have time to watch it becuase of all of the attention and play time they receive from their awesome and energetic staff!!PetAgree is THE ONLY place we trust to keep our dogs when we need to board them and if for some reason you need to stay gone an extra day or two, PetAgree is very flexible and will do their best to accommodate your pet as much as possible and also their pricing is very affordable if not cheaper than other boarding facilities!!! PetAgree gets a 1000/100 because they go the extra mile (or more) to make sure your pet is well taken care of and loved while you're away!!

This is a locally owned pet boarding and grooming facility. The staff is very caring, and impressed me with their concern and care for my dog. She is elderly and is easily frightened, but looks forward to seeing the staff here. I highly recommend this facility.

Spent $65 plus tip and my dog doesn't look like she was touched. Didn't do what I asked them to. All the good groomers and managers are gone. Now run by kids. Waste of money. Will find better elsewhere.

My two dogs, Payton and Katie absolutely love it when we send them here to stay. When ever we put their leashes on them, they know exactly where it is they are going. I think mostly it's the interaction between them and the other dogs, but the employees seem to know who they are coming in the door. Also, we have been using the Danville Indiana location for many years for overnight weekend trips. Haven't seen or heard of any issues with their boarding other than that they recently stopped using the frequent flyer rewards cards. That was a big help to us when we used it. Saved us around 100 dollars a year in boarding fees I think. That always seemed to pay off right at Christmas time conveniently. Not anymore I guess. Either that or pay more in boarding fees I guess. Even with that said, we definitely plan to continue using Petagree in the near future.

They cut my cockerspaniel poodle mix in two places on his neck and he has now been to the vet many times. they are severly infected and he is on antibiotics. The pain is so bad he is unable to sleep at night and mostly just whines. This is also not the first issue weve had. I have a lab and a great dane as well whom have had large sores grow on their feet after getting cut by toe nail clippers. They are refusing all responsibility for the injuries to my animals. Save yourself the money, and save your dogs. This place is AWFUL.

I would honestly give this place a -100 stars … I brought my elder toy poodle in for a cut. But instead they SHAVED her BALD from the nose to tail for $60 ! She didn’t even keep hair on the ears or tail … I’m just very disappointed about this situation especially when it’s cold outside .
