1 star is the minimum I can give on here, unfortunately but they deserve 0. I bought a dresser around 2pm. Told the guy I would come back in a few hours with our truck when my husband was home. Drove 30 minutes back to the store at 5:30 pm with my receipt in hand, along with the tag from the dresser only to be told that they must've double sold it because it was gone. Then they refused to give me my money back and only provided me with store credit after THEY messed up. I was told that they can't give me a refund because people are scamming them this way. I literally had all my proof as mentioned. It's clear that I'm not running a scam. I will never shop here again. Worst experience ever.

The staff is friendly, helpful and they are genuinely glad to see you. There is alot on the shelves but the shelves are neat and organized. I love the end cap shelves, the wares are color coordinated. I teach Sunday school and I can always find books to add to our little library. The store does not have that odor you expect. Five star shopping for sure!

Staff was super. The floors around the edge are pretty dirty which is weird. They have no dressing rooms like the Avon store so it's extremely inconvenient when purchasing clothing, especially for teens. Men's and kids selection is almost none compared to women, which I never understand.

Like any other goodwill but I found this location really over priced especially on shoes up to $30 for used shoes that are really worn out that’s so ridiculous and all their stuff coming from donations to resale it a hi price and still at the cashier they asking you to round up for education other locations offer great shoes like new for $6.99 to $9.99 I was so happy that this location opens by my house I hope they realize that prices are really high and fix it, for now I will be keep driving to another location.+Great employees attitude- way overpriced- no Wi-fi connection in a new place in 2021-failure with credit card payments so you need to have cash

Goodwill is pretty much the same at every location. They sell lots of used random stuff, but mostly clothing. Every time you visit offers a different experience and can definitely be hit or miss depending on when you go there. But I was happy they opened a Danville location because it's conveniently right around the corner from my house. Now I don't have to drive all the way out too one of the other Hendricks County locations and can avoid the busy roads and all that traffic.

Rude staff, I tried to return an item with the tags on after being told that I can return it as long as the tags are on and another staff members said that I need a receipt and implied that they have been having a lot of fake returns with different store tags put in

This is one of the nicest Goodwills that I have visited. It’s clean, well organized and I always find nice quality things here. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming.

The highest priced goodwill I've ever seen. Save yourself some money and go to another one. The prices they have on things here is absolutely ridiculous. They had jerseys with stains and players that havent played in a long time for 15 dollars. Which is crazy since they get everything for free. Goodwill is ridiculous anyway but the one in danville is a complete waste of space.

There are a lot of older stuff like cameras and sewing machines, a decent book collection, and the clothes aren't mixed. There is no men/women section where I like to find leggings and sweatpants.
