We love Ferguson’s. Everyone that works there is friendly and extremely helpful. Reminds me of a small-town hardware store where relationships are built with the employees because it’s the same ones each time you go into the store. My kids and I enjoy chatting with them each time we are there. It’s a completely different (better) experience than going into a crowded big-box store.

Love to shop locally at this place. Friendliest staff ever… and extremely helpful. Ed was very patient with me while ensuring his other customers were not neglected. When I needed help loading a large item into my vehicle, we realized we needed to disassemble part of it so it would fit. He did it with a smile, and another young employee insisted on helping as well. And they offer military discounts- huge bonus in my book!

I had a great experience here. Came in with a stripped screw and had immediate assistance. One of the workers even helped with my 2 year old while I troubleshooted. Was such a relief to be able to fix my problem! Will be back

I have been going to this hardware store for over 20 years. Even before it was called Ferguson do it best. This is a small town feel, very well stocked hardware store and I can't recall but maybe one time that I wasn't able to find what I came in to look for. I work just down the street from the store and I have utilized it for work related and personal needs. People at the store are extraordinarily nice and super helpful and as I'm always told they never charge for browsing. I will often spend my lunch hour there, just looking around and getting ideas for my next project. I would most definitely recommend this store to anyone. If you can't find something you can always ask owner to source it out for you. I have never been to any other Ferguson locations and my review is based off of store in Danville Indiana. Definitely check out this store if you have some hardware needs.Igor Dizdarević

This store is very convenient. The staff provides personal attention. They made new keys for me after the ones I had made at the "Big Box Store" did not work. This place is very convenient to pick up bags of water softener salt. You can back right up and load directly into your vehicle. No need to load it onto a cart, then push it to your vehicle and move it again. They have plumbing parts, light bulbs, weed killer, ant traps, caulk and so much more.

Support local small businesses, that give back to the community! This is my go-to hardware store.Some of the larger chain stores, tend to staff a bunch of kids and employees without the slightest bit of hardware knowledge or interest. But thats not how it is here, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The manager Ed is terrific and very dedicated. Ive gone in when it wasn't very busy, and 1 or 2 employees have greeted and offered to help me, but the manager still came out from his office to greet and assist me.

I love this place. I went in for a simple hammer and left with a smile on my face, and advice on how to finish a project. Shane was on duty that day. He really went out of his way to greet me and get me in and out with my hammer. Ferguson Hardware does it BEST!

Shane is awesome guy to have at your rental shop. He is very knowledgeable on a lot more than just the equipment they stock. We rented a "Bluebird" stump grinder from them, which was probably close to 15 years old, on a Saturday afternoon. He said that he had fixed the rope you pull to start it. So we payed the $150. Tried it out. When we tried to do the second stump the pull rope broke. So, I called Shane, told him where we were and he came over to the jobsit after he left work. He tried to fix it but a bolt was stripped on the housing and couldn't get it off to change the rope. So he told us to bring it back the next day. We brought it back and decided to get our money back because we didn't think we would get one anytime soon. Thank you Shane for everything you did. You can only do so much with broken down, old, outdated equipment

This store reminds of the Ace Hardware we used to have in my home town. Helpful, courteous staff, knowledgeable and friendly. These are the qualities I look for when I go to a hardware store. You guys are awesome 😎

They are always willing to help you . I've been there 10 times in the last 2 years and got 8 items. 2 of them the manager just said go ahead and take. They were less than a dollar, but still,every penny counts in a business like this.

Just moved to Danville a few months ago. Ferguson's is the local hardware place. All the big box stores are several miles away so I find myself making a lot of quick trips to Ferguson's. Their customer service and attention are awesome! You pay a little bit more for the convenience of a local place but that's ok with me, it's worth it.Today, Ed helped me solve a problem with a lock and didnt even charge me. Great people. Great service.

Ferguson Hardware is a regular stop for me. If you're like me and get tired of wandering around the "big box stores" for 15 minutes anytime you have *one* question to ask someone, then Ferguson Hardware is a much needed contrast. Walk in the door, and you'll consistently have someone ready to help you find the thing you're needing for your next project or to help you do some troubleshooting for your current project. I have always found great advice and a quick in-and-out experience every time I've been here.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency with the recent rain. The guys here at Ferguson Hardware had me in/out in less than 10 minutes with exactly what I needed, because of their expertise.My problem was fixed with only one trip to the hardware store.

Awesome place! Go here for mainly hardware I may need around the house or automotive. Only complaint I have is they have a very small selection of grade 8 bolts.
