Showers never work or no water, store is empty 24 hours. Limited hot food. Like 2 hotdogs. Restaurant is closed. Clerk messing up transactions. Over priced items. Parking lot and pumps need a upgrade.

This place is only good for getting fuel and parking. You are not going to want to stop here if you are hungry cause even though they have a sign out by the hwy saying there is a subway restaurant here there is NOTHING here. Can't even get food from the roller grill cause the people working are to lazy to put food on it.

Nice people here. I primarily fuel and shower at pilot and flying J but this has got to be the dirtiest shower I've ever seen in a pilot. Dirty soap scum ((and I mean a lot of it)) that's easily removed with your finger nail.Come on corporate bosses does no one do surprise inspections anymore? This is just nasty and something I've come to expect at crappie truck stops not Pilot and Flying J.

The restroom are so gross and no soap . I think they don’t clean at all . Especially Pilot locations are not managed well at all, I have been so many of them and almost 90% of them are so dirty. I only go because my company fills gas from there otherwise I will never go.

Slept over on Saturday night to wake up in the morning to take a shower and drive home straight. I think they only have 3 showers and all dirty and there's no one to clean it. Ask to print emails and the computer is not working. Boooo.

Don't look for the listed Denny's here it's closed down. The only hot food you're going to get are hot dogs and roller grills. They have some pre-made cold sandwiches. The lot is big enough to get a lot of trucks in but only a couple of the spots are level.

The difference between a busy but clean restroom and a dirty restroom, could be just extra 5 minutes of cleaning.Raising the seat will tell you if the person cleaning the restroom is a good worker or just plain lazy!

Not sure what pilot/flying j policy is on drug use during work hours but I'm sure they don't want employees smoking joints in there cars near the front door didn't say anything to anybody inside cause guy looked like a manger and he made sure not to put his name tag back on when he seen me inside

The card scanner at the gas pump did not work do I had to go inside to pay. I told the cashier that I could not get my card to work and she said they are old and most of them at there gas pumps do not work. It would make since to put a note on the ones that do not work so you do not keep trying. The store was nice and clean. The cashier was very nice and friendly.

This place is a dump, looks as if they are gonna close absolutely nothing for sandwiches or even hotdogs at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday , junk all around in the parking lot!

Always appreciate going in and noticing the cleanliness of a place first. It spoke volumes as you went through the store and noticed the neat shelves and how well it was kept. With several registers going it helped get trucks in and out quickly which is a big plus for us as we push daily. Visited Subway while there and great service also.

10 people waiting in line for a shower, pilot needs to make a time limit cause other people are waiting and build drivers lounge to wait in. Pilot just wants your money and wants the driver gone.

3 showers only functional, waiting time in the evening varies, the coffee station sink is super nasty, men's restroom with unpleasant odoor! Management u need to do better than what u do.

Tried a pump. Couldn’t enter in my zip code so I couldn’t get gas. Tried another one, same problem. Tried another one, same problem. So I drove across the street to a gas station with pumps from this century.. it worked, but I forgot my gas cap on top of my car at pilot and it fell off. Searched for 30 minutes and couldn’t find it. While searching, my car battery died. Save yourself the trouble and don’t stop here.

Drivers beware, in the back section of the parking lot is a truck damaging pothole. And its massive the length of the back line to the front line. The place has no food only dried out or soggy hot sandwiches. The bathrooms are horrific. Go to the one on the other side of the highway maybe better luck there.

I'm not really sure if it's possible to have a favorite gas station / truck stop but if it is this is mine. The prices are always on par if not better than the surrounding gas stations. The employees are always extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are by far the cleanest of any gas station I've ever been to. The food and drink variety is top knot for the multitude of selections. If you need to stop along I-69 in you're in the area this is the place to stop.

I’ve never seen a more disgusting bathroom in any other pilot I’ve been too. Looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned all year… maybe longer

Very rude staff. Said thank you to one of staff as a good jesture. But was told by a staff what you are thanking me for and she made her face. I think so management should teach their employees to be kind with customers. Poor customer skills. This happened on 10/09/20 at 10:30 pm. Won't recommend to come here next time.

Ate at the Dennys. They can't keep good help. Poor management always takes an hour to get food. Spent 2 hours with friends there had it not been for that we would have walked out. Took my wife 1.5 hours to get an order of bread that she ordered with her meal. Will probably never go back. The manager had a fit in front of everyone because waitress gave us a discount for waiting so long for our food. The waitress was great kept talking to us the entire wait time. Manager would not come to our table during our wait even though we asked for him 2 times. Then had the nerve to yeal at her while we were checking out because she gave a discount. They need to get a actual manager that knows how to manage a crew. We heard he has at least 2 people a week walk out on him..?

Scenario: You get cheap gas here. For the entirety of that tank of gas, you fear you have a huge problem with your engine or transmission. No, the issue is that you got gas here and your car did not like it and started to misbehave. Never get unleaded gas here.

Place needs an overhaul. Shower ceiling was leaking right over the sink with constant drips. Shower was also heavily oxidated and very small. Zero hot food out and next to nothing in the tiny fridge. Resurant has been closed for a year now. Employees were nice and shared the same dissapoints opinions with the store. Basically just plan to park and sleep here. Don't plan on dinner unless you can cook in the truck ,order food to be delivered, or have the energy to walk down the street to McDonald's.

The restaurant is closed, according to one employee "it has been for like 4 years".There's almost nothing for hot grab and go. If your forced to park here I hope you've got food already or don't mind hotdogs yet again.
