Reserved a shower and got shower 1. After realizing there are only 3 showers at this location anyways. Walked in to poop blast and smear all over the toilet. Don't worry I cleaned it free of charge since I needed to use it. A shame they didn't provide me with a toilet wand to really get in there.The shower had low pressure and reminded me of my 100 year old home. Every time the toilets were flushed I went from scalding hot water to freezing cold water.BUT!!! The employees were greeting everyone with a smile on their faces! So they get the 2 instead of 1 star. It's a shame I ran out of hours at this exit. Should've stopped in Brazil, Indiana. Never have issues there. Lesson learned.

Showers down at this location due to plumbing leak in shower 3.So I walked a mile to the other pilot. Their showers are down due to broken hot water heater.Hotel next door is closed, hotel by the other pilot is infested w bugs according to reviews on Google Maps, so stay on the road, no possibility of getting clean at this exit.Wish I knew that before I parked here. Take heed & avoid.

Yooo y'all need to get some better plumbing cause that dam drizzle ain't doing NOTHING... And from the look of the reviews y'all need to hire people. When us truckers get done for the day we don't want to wait for a shower hell I think it's only 3 so it should be that dam hard to get this location in shape

Gas Pump 10 did not stop pumping gas to the point where gasoline was all over the ground, told the workers inside who did nothing to take care of obviously flammable material all over the ground, nor rectify the poor service. Never going to Pilot again!!!Edit: adding photos!

How does a place that hypes up its coffee so much never have French vanilla creamer? I have to stop here every morning at 5 all week for fuel and 3 out of 5 mornings a week there is no French vanilla creamer and out of order stickers on both dispensers. Is it that hard to manage inventory at a truck stop or is the night shift just too lazy to switch them out before the morning shift gets there?

The pilot needs to sell their stores. Everyone I have been in is run down.The bathrooms are nasty,pee all over the floors. Just stuff everywhere. All I have to say is clean it up or sell it. Nasty Nasty Nasty Nasty

Super friendly staff. Clean showers. Very clean restrooms. Subway on premises. plenty of fuel slips. Almost never a wait. Not a lot of truck parking but it seems sufficient. Lot is well maintained. Easy in, easy out. one of my more favorable fuel stops. Never a complaint.

The girl at the register was nice enough but she kept her gloves on to touch the register. Then she touched the restorer with her bare hands after the register had issues. It’s really gross 🤮. I just wonder what worse they do here.

Great location! CLEAN! There was sanitizer available for customers to use. They had a great selection of snacks, drinks, general items. And the best part was the CLEAN and more-than-adequate restrooms. I would definitely stop there again.

Most complicated gas pump screens I’ve ever been through. Sat here for 5 minutes while it just said “please wait” before it asked for my zip? Then when I used the window wash scrub (it was from a bucket, I should’ve known better by that point) it left my entire windshield coated in a near unwashable grime. Genuinely flabbergasted at how dumb this whole experience was.

🤩❤️ Finally a Pilot I can Rave about. Clean, the people working here go out of their way to be extra friendly. The fuel islands areclean the bathroom and the shower was the cleanest I have seen in a long time. Plenty of good food there and also within walking distance. It's small but worth the stop if your looking for clean and friendly. I am very proud to give this pilot the highest rating. I wish more truck stops took as much pride in their jobs as the workers at this one do. Thank you thank you from a truckers wife who greatly enjoyed having a nice clean and friendly place to stop for a night for a change. What as pleasant surprise 😀

I booked a Prime parking spot for my husband at noon yesterday, knowing he would arrive late in area and I want him to have a safe place to park. When he got there at 1 AM No spots. They told my husband sorry, I will refund your money. They will not go out and remove anyone who did not pay. BASICALLY WHO CARES IF YOU PAID AND SOMEONE WHO DIDN'T HAS A SPOT!!!!!What is the point in having Prime parking!!!!!. Its putting him in danger on so many levels. I spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS A YEAR WITH PILOT FOR PRIME AND FUEL.its my husbands preferred truck stop. I get they are short handed but hire security to keep drivers who are loyal, safe and comfortable!!!!! Not to mention in COMPLIANCE!!

Staff doesn't listen to customers they just assume they know what you are about to say and go with that as well as having an attitude up until I confronted them with their mistake and hatefulness.. showers here, well I'm going to say it was no bigger then a men's bathroom stall and every time someone flushed a toilet in this place the water would get scalding hot for about three seconds. The shower floor was so slick I had to hold my balance the entire time and when I brought it to the attention of the staff I was told " well it is a shower sir " so I will never return to this location

Somehow they lost the master key to the showers and don't know the master code to unlock the showers so they can't clean them as soon as they are ready and use the computer to try to figure out which showers are open. I was about to shower but decided to go somewhere else.Make the wise decision to shower somewhere else until they get that problem fixed. Other than that, store is clean, men's restroom is small and gets dirty quick.

I love Pilot a lot. I fuel here, eat and sleep here. The place is amazingly clean. The workers are nice and friendly, they know you by name. Which is saying a lot considering how many truck drivers and people in general come in and out on a daily basis.

Nice clean facility. Plenty of options as far as purchases. So grateful for the gentleman cashier. Got my Travel Pillow here. Wonderful investment especially before my surgery. Reasonable prices.

As a truck driver, I need to be in an out asap. Waited and waited for a shower. I decided to go look and see if the showers were available. 2 were empty but needed cleaning. I was standing around for a half hour. Then at the counter, 2 staff members were bickering about the other. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Public asks for exemplary driving from me, I need some back too.
