Had a great shopping experience here-full selection of clothes, the ladies working when we visited were beyond sweet and so helpful! It feels rare to get that kind of customer service anymore-they were so welcoming and helped me pick out multiple pairs of jeans, and were super sweet to my dog too. I would highly recommend visiting and shopping here! :)

I made an order online, late on the 25th a Fri and received it on Wednesday morning the 30th. Here in Colorado.I ordered my hat and had questions. Kinda pricey, bought two conceal carry jackets at $130 a piece, both of the zippers were very cheep & came out of bottom returned with no problems. Disappointed they weren’t as cowboy as the store.

I recently went to the store in cloverdale. All but one employee were very rude. I bought a coat that was $100, to which the employee said at checkout “wow finally someone bought this. It looks like a carpet. I didn’t think we would ever sell these”. I then found out we were over charged for the hat we had just bought there to be shaped. When we went back in to find out what had happened, the one staff member was very friendly and trying to help. However the guy who shaped the hat was very rude and pushy. Tried to say we did not get the hat there. We had literally just been in there 2 hrs prior. I then showed him the receipt and time/date on the receipt. He then grabbed $20 and slammed it in my hand. Still saying we didn’t get the hat there even after seeing the receipt for proof. I had two young children with me who were hiding behind a stand because of how loud and rude he was, he had scared them. I spent a lot of money in that store that day and felt we were treated very rudely both times being in there by all but one staff member. Although I like the stores products, I will never shop there again.

Nice store. Very clean,well stocked. The guy who shaped the cowboy hats was very cool, friendly, helpful and experienced. Felt a little "over watched" tho....I know there are a lot of thieves that retailers have to watch out for....I work in retail also, however, it was a might much. Overall,I liked the store

We had never been here before and we stopped in 15 minutes before they closed. Kendra and Dana were so knowledgeable and helpful. My fiancé found several things she wanted to try on but respected the fact they closed at 7pm. She said she would come back another day. They let her stay and try on the items she liked. Approx 20 minutes after closing they had a very happy customer. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely blown away! What an incredible store. Such a terrific selection of all apparel. I am a tall woman, and they have a wide selection of quality jeans that FIT! Also connected to the store is the arena. We went over and watched some fantastic junior barrel racers, too. I recommend this destination for anyone looking for quality western apparel!

Great store for all of your western needs. We bought Hooey jeans, Wrangler jeans and shirts, Tin Haul boots which are hand made. They have a great selection and very reasonable prices. This place was welcoming and they go out of their way to help. Our new favorite store and we drive 3 hours to get here. So worth it!!

We went to the location in Anderson for the first time a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it! Great selection of Hey Dudes and boots. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Our experience today at the new Cloverdale location was completely different. The staff was not helpful or nice. They made me feel unwelcome. I will not be back. Shame too cause I’m great at spending a shi….. ton of money.

I was surprised and disappointed at the unprofessional attitudes of some employees working at such a beautiful store. I am hearing impaired and I needed to have a question answered two times. One employee was extremely condescending with her answer and completely unwilling to help with locating merchandise. Two employees stood unapproachably together and chatted with each other during my shopping experience, never interacting with customers. One personable employee was completely unsupported by other employees as she tried her best to help two customers at once. As a retired school principal I would be appalled if I observed any of my school staff displaying these unwelcoming behaviors. Perhaps Cowpokes in Cloverdale should remind their employees of the power of positive human interaction and the impact negative personal skills can have on retail economy.

We were so excited to finally find a cowpokes. We have been to them in multiple states. This store has great potential, but everything (male/women) is mixed. The employees were extremely rude. We will not be returning to this location.

If they don’t have what you want they will order it for you. Ariat is my go to comfort shoe. Especially for walking and standing long period of times. I am on American Saddlebreds horse show committees and I am on my feet a lot. From setting up shows to working the gates so I need comfortable shoes. Cowpokes just opened a store in Cloverdale, IN attached to C Bar C arena, very convenient because this facility is very busy with, barrel racing, etc. The sales staff is very helpful.
