I've read some of the reviews and personally, I've had a good experience in the 4 years I've lived near this gas station. Everyone's been polite but I don't expect hand holding and door greeting. Most of the complaints are just plain petty. This is a gas station, folks, not a 5 star resort. You want someone to coddle you, call your mom. Technology isn't fool-proof- card readers break. Stores run out of things- deliveries aren't always on time. The people who work here have enough to do without being expected to clean up after you in the bathroom or otherwise, so act like an adult and don't contribute to creating the nastiness you're so quick to gripe about.

Hate. Like HATE self checkout there. Plenty of cashiers, I don't work there, so why do I have to ring up my own items, when there's literally 4 cashiers behind the counter that have to help you anyways, because the self checkout kiosk messes up constantly.

This is by far the worst convenient store I've ever been to. On several occasions I have had to get gas here and all every time I have they are rude and mess it up one way or another and I give them my pump number and they put it on the wrong pump and then they can't authorize the pump they put it on and can't give me a refund and I end up having to pay twice and only one of those times I was able to get the bank to stop the first transaction so that I didn't lose all of that money. The employees every single one of them that I've had the displeasure of dealing with including the manager are rude and very unpleasant all the way around.

They have good deals on drinks and have these new smart checkout pans that identify the items when you set the down on the counter it's pretty cool. 😎

Both women behind the counter wanted to scream at me while standing at the ATM machine that my card was just stuck in that it doesn’t work! I asked them why there wasn’t a sign on the ATM machine if they were aware that the ATM machine didn’t work and was stealing peoples cars she continued to argue with me and tell me the sign was on the door however I guess the ladies that work there aren’t smart enough to realize that when Gentlemans hold the door for women they can’t read the signs that are placed on the door maybe you should place the side on the broken machineAnd not argue with your customers that was pretty dumb

Stopped here for gas Thursday night9pm, noted two other stations on e Eads Pkwy was $3.37 per gal. Howies and one other. Upon entering the facility,i requested gas and was about to ask if it was the same as the rest of the stations when i was instructed to use a machine to pay for gas and collect receipt. I'm upset about the price and won't visit there again

No complaints about circle k me and my husband go in daily for either doughnuts and coffee, which is amazing!! Or to get gas or cigarettes. The employees always so friendly.

Had to pay for gas inside because the gas pump annoyingly kept failing to read the chip on my credit card. I would insert the chip into the pump, it tells me to remove the card rapidly, and tells there's an error reading the chip. This happened four times in a row.

Clean and friendly!Phyllis is an angel. I bought a quart of oil, just in case, and Phyllis gave me a paper funnel! I didn't know they existed. Bathroom was clean. Food smelled great. I got jerky out of a bargain bin. I love bargains. It was hard to resist the pizza. This will be where I stop on my way north from now on.

Gotta love a place that has a manager sitting out in the front by the door smoking while sitting on merchandise and yet there are no buns in all three hotdog fixtures. And the slowest cashier I have ever seen. Gotta love this area where people can get a job and not have to do it.

Indiana liquor laws prohibit getting a decent beer at a convient store. Bought a 6 pack of Stella Artois and because it had been cooled first it was very very very skunky. Just wanted a good beer to compliment my wings. Couldn't drink.

Help is lazy , little lady is awesome and puts out morning sandwiches and breakfast... everytime she is there it's clean , food prepped all others just waits on people behind the counter..least as possible seems..floors has paper and trashy ...just a world of different...way it should be then .................................lazy

The store looked like it hasn't been cleaned there was pop every where spilled all over the cupsThe floor was sticky and about fell went to check out the woman was sitting and act like it was the end of the world to get up, when ask about a price she was well guess we will have to scan it to see what the price is. It's the worst i ever seen that place.

Great location right off the exit.good quality gas,my vehicles run so smooth with there high quality petroleum products.the polar pop machines they have are nice new and offer a wide variety of beverages..also they have a great staff that are very intelligent about the area,nice,friendly and work fast if the lines are backed up..good place

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. I told the young lady at the register that the bathrooms were really nasty and all she could say was we will get to it ... All snobby... If that's the type of attitude you have.... I see why is nasty inside.
