I was never informed that my prescriptions were now being processed through a pharmacy in another town and that my local pharmacy no longer had a pharmacist except maybe sporadically. Having no pharmacist on site severely delays prescriptions being filled on a timely basis and dealing with people who have never met me doesn’t make me have much faith in the pharmacy. I’ve been a customer since 1989 and have never been treated so rudely or had such bad service. My boyfriend came in the day before my prescription was due to request my prescription be refilled. I called the next day to make sure that it was ready only to be berated for not CALLING the day before to get it refilled. My Dr.’s office had called in the prescription refill several days before we even came in. I was in severe pain and crying on the phone with no compassion by anyone on the other end. We did better than calling by showing up in person for the request. When I called to inquire about my refill they had over an hour to process the request from my phone call to the time we arrived to pick it up. Since we had made the request for refill the day before, the prescription should’ve been filled that morning. All they had to do was put 4 boxes in a bag so they didn’t even have to count out pills. My boyfriend arrived at least 10 minutes before their lunch break and they refused to fill my prescription causing me to be in extreme pain an extra hour for no reason. They were more worried about their precious lunch break than the severe pain of their customer.

I love the pharmacy here - I won't go to any other if I can help it. Dave is the pharmacist I have had the most interactions with, and he is the reason I will continue to come back to this store. In addition to being extremely friendly and knowledgeable, Dave goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are getting what they need at the lowest cost possible. He has done this for me, and I've seen him do the same for countless others. He always makes time to help any way he can, no matter how busy he is. And although I don't know their names, the pharmacy techs are just as great. I also rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes on my prescriptions.The store itself is very small, but it has most of what the bigger stores do. The employees are always very helpful.
