My truck was damaged in the parking lot by an employee with an entire rack of carts. I have called nearly every day for weeks and all I get is ringing. No one ever picks up the phone and the call ends in static as if the phones aren’t working. I did speak to a general manager months ago and have never gotten a call back. When I called Walmart corporate, they told me I have to start a claim with the manager. I cannot reach anyone at the store in any department.

My mother wanted dog food, walmart had a good supply of !! The cat food was a bit scarce but we managed .Thanks for keeping my moms dog well stocked!!

It has taken me months to write this review because the situation still makes me upset. Around mid-January, we needed a new printer. We did some research, my partner went to purchase it, and he came home and opened it up. The printer had professional-looking packing tape on the outside, but it was clearly not the same model as the one on the box, and it was all dusty inside. So my partner goes to return it. He is told, “Well, I find it hard to believe that we sold this to you in this condition,” and they refused the return. They looked up the serial to see if anyone had returned it before. We essentially got called liars SO many times by SO many people there. Then they would gaslight us by saying they didn’t call us liars (then why can’t you return it?) We called corporate, who flat-out said that the store is lying about the store policy, and they should accept the return. They also say they will have the manager of the store call me, and gave me his name.They called me once, and I missed it, so I quickly called back, and he had conveniently left for the day. A week went by and no call back (I did contact corporate a couple more times to let them know there was no callback). Then I get a call from Nick, which is NOT the name of the store manager that corporate said was going to call me. When I brought this to Saint Nicolas’s attention, he threatened that if I call corporate again, it would just come back through him again. He also found it appropriate to brag about how “respectful” he was, while telling me that he didn’t like my “tone”. Well, I don’t like being gaslit, threatened, and having $230 stolen from me, Nicolas, but here we are.Also, their return policy is only 30 days, so I fully believe them not calling me back for a week was deliberate. Every time I spoke to someone from this store, it was very clear that a) we were being talked about by the workers, because all I had to do was say, “printer,” and everyone at the store knew exactly what I meant, no matter who I talked to. This was further confirmed by the customer service workers when I actually took the printer in, who said they had heard about the situation. Those 3 were actually nice though.Anyway, I had agreed to meet Nick at 10 the next day, but I decided I didn’t want to deal with Nick anymore, so I brought the printer to the store that same day, hoping someone else could help me out. So the 3 helpful workers got a supervisor, who gave us basically the same runaround we had been getting, still basically calling us frauds, but he wanted to check something. So he left, and I waited.He knew an “old way” of looking up serial numbers, and, surprise, the printer had been returned before and so they could, so generously, exchange it. It was Walmart’s bad old filing system, and an apparent lack of training of the employees in this system (and in basic human decency and kindness, apparently) that caused this. Though I imagine THAT part of the story is not going to be gossipped about as much.So, we were called liars and frauds. We were stolen from (though technically that part has been rectified), lied to, gossiped about, and gaslit. We didn’t get an apology. We didn’t deserve any of this. It may sound silly, but I genuinely feel emotionally abused by your store. And there is nothing that will make my family come back. This Walmart is the only time in my life I have ever had to call corporate, or even ask for a manager. They don’t deserve your money, and you don’t deserve the abuse they will throw your way if they make a mistake. And you can CERTAINLY forget any accountability on their part.

Went to develop pictures and computers are still down after a week of waiting. I also waited a very long time for anyone to help me and when asking someone with a Walmart vest for help, their excuse was, “I don’t know anything about that area and I have no walkie talk.” I would think the answer would be, “I will go find someone that can help you.”

The leadership at the Walmart in Crawfordsville is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ll give two stars because they have lots of dedicated employees.The personal shoppers are rude and treat regular shoppers like they are in the way.Great training, managers!The folks scheduled to watch the thousands of people every day ring in their own products, just play on their phones, and sorry if you actually need any help.Walmart as a company is just a huge disappointment. Sure glad the stockholders are happy.Your customers certainly are not.

Average walmart vibe. This location has interesting clothing selection. When wanting something out of a glass case you have to wait awhile. One time waiting we pushed the button again (after about 10 minutes to remind people we still exist lol) and this girl came up with her friend and gave an annoyed look while continuing to talk to her friend til she got there. She was very dry while getting what we asked for. I know you don't have to make small talk during that, but saying for her to grab all we wanted felt rude in the silence between considering she was struggling to open the door multiple times. (We wanting about 10 different fragrances)

Horrible place to work if you work up front. Other departments may care more and some of the coaches are amazing. The ones up front no way. Don’t go there to be a cashier.

The only reason I am rating 5 stars is because of one person who works in the Crawfordsville, Indiana store. I was at the back of the store and struggling to walk, I was bending over and kneeling down and in excruciating pain. This happens sometimes when I walk even a short distance. However, a young fella working in and around the dairy asked if I needed help and offered to get me a scooter. I know I passed at least 5 other workers, but he was the only observant, considerate, and gracious one in the entire store that day. I wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him more.

To coffee lovers, they ruined all the coffee by putting it next to heavy-duty cleaners. Can no longer smell the delicious coffee. The odor from the cleaners has ruined all the coffee by soaking the odor into it. Whoever made this choice doesn't realize the damage they have done. Hello Kroger they can always be relied on.

What a joke of a store needs more customer service support hasn’t had any for a long time I don’t shop in there much cause of rude customer service and then I do Walmart pick up and their rude and can’t seem to get anything right for my orders. Then when you say something you get rude remarks will not be doing business here

I worked here for 8 months and of that time I never used my pto. It’s been 2 mouths and Walmart won’t pay out my near 20 hours of pto after I was let go. I’ve called 40 times and sent mail and still no answer. Today I went to the store and when I asked a member of upper management about my pto he said weren’t you fired and preceded to say he was busy with another customer and walked off good job Walmart you never did the right thing for me or my pregnant wife you failed to accommodate.

I had to make a trip to Walmart from Turkey Run State Park and this one was the closest. It had very few people in it which allowed me to explore it! I found all I needed and more which I made note of to purchase later because of comparison shopping. I found the staff friendly and helpful!

Every time I’ve gotten a pickup it does not matter what time I choose the pickup gets delayed and then when it’s ready I still sit in the parking lot for an hour and a half

Too much chaos while under remodeling! I understand why I hear people saying they will go someplace else until it's done. Especially when you can't even go through an aisle in a power cart, ⁸it is so difficult! Knocking things around since it is all squished together. It's difficult!

I'm very disappointed in that when I call your store there isn't a number to talk to a manager.. also hardly any cashiers when I'm there. You've taken a store that was welcoming in the past and made it where we are questioning that you really want our business. Not to mention we have to go elsewhere to get some products now because we can't find them either you ran out or you no longer keep them in stock. I'm hearing better things about your Lafayette's location. We don't feel like family anymore. Please make this store more customer friendly and bring back a more welcoming environment.

Didn't bother to go. I called and spoke to someone in the auto center about my trailer having issues with its axel. After explaining more than 5 times the associate still kept repeating, "well if you need a tire we can help" 🤪😳🙄🙄🙄 how does someone get this job when they cannot comprehend simple English????

The most stocked, organized and clean Walmart ever. Minus the dirty bathroom. The pajama shoppers were in mass as well as the scantily clad people from the trailer parks. The random couple fist fighting in the parking lot was an added touch. Highly recommend. All around great time. I can't wait to return.
