What a surprise visit this was! Full blown kitchen and bath remodeling. appliances, gas fire place, furniture and of course everything you need for the DIY. Tool rental, mail center. Wth. Why did I not know about this place sooner?? Love it!

I wanted to return some equipment for Xfinity.The guy would NOT even let me in the door after he asked what it was for. He RUDELY said we don’t take those you have to go to Lafayette.So isn’t that a UPS place to mail stuff?I was going to pay to box and mail it.He also grunted do you have a label or a box.I mean couldn’t that be figured out inside.I will never go back here and UPS needs to know the representation that have here.

Two stars posted.and I'm not sure how but here is the corrected post. 5 stars! The print center is awesome! You can call when you arrive and they will bring your print order to your car. You can also go in and work with the knowledgeable staff. Zac is the best and goes beyond to make sure your order is correct. They make sure you understand what you are ordering and that the quality meets your standard! Masks are worn and it is clean.

Just discovered the UPS servicing center at Town & Country. It was so great to find, as USPS wanted to ship my package to TX for $38 (the lowest option)!!! UPS sent it for $22!!! And Rick (I believe that was his name...sorry buddy if I'm wrong) was so friendly and incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be going back here for any shipping needs. Thanks a lot! And they were such great people...I left my wallet...lol...which I soon discovered. I called and Leanna answered the call and immediately saw it still on the counter. So very thankful they are honest folks too! Thanks for everything.

They are extremely helpful in every department. I bought the Zinzeer cover stain primer and the primer ended up giving me a horrible texture. They were able to tell me a way to get rid of the texture with the best product and supplied it. I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and will continue to be loyal since they were very loyal to me. The guy in the shop area was very nice and helpful, I highly recommend!

We were subjected to extreme exposure to adhesive fumes by the contractor you hired to replace carpet. Neither of them wore any kind of respirator. The fact that copd and the brain altering chemicals in the adhesive is so dangerous. They did not open any doors or windows to vent the room. Every room in the home was contaminated, 3 of us were deeply exposed to the point of headaches, numb lips and difficulty breathing by the time we were able to open a downstairs window and exit the house. Which we did as quickly as possible. If it affected us in the minutes we were inside. What does the person inhaling this experience within an hour of breathing it? Much less how can you then bring your family home that evening with a 6 year old?

Bought a new washer and dryer, Tony was very helpful in making sure we found the perfect set. When it arrived home the cold water valve was malfunctioning, so town and country had a washer replaced with in a very reasonable time! I understand appliances, even brand new, can have issues but it was how they handled the situation that really left an impression. Thank you to Tony and the two delivery gentlemen who help out! My family of five are appreciative. Also, Zac from print is a pretty cool guy!

The store is amazing, but, they have a guy in his late 40's or early 50's, in the rental department who is not professional and nice at all. I went there to return a cement saw and the guy never said: good morning, how can I help you or any type of professional behavior that someone who does custumer service should have. Never did eye contact or gave a smile, which is a plus when you attend a custumer. I talk to a supervisor or manager over the phone and he's response was: that Monday's are the busiest day of the week and that might be a reason why the guy act the way he did. Excuse me!!, but I have done custumer service before, and regarless on how busy you are, that's not an excuse to behave with your custumers the way this guy did. Last time they will see me there. I'm sure the guy will be happy of that, but I will be more happy because I don't have to see his disrespectful face again.

Town & Country took over the copy/print business when Staples closed down. They have all the equipment, including a banner printer. However, no one there seems to know how to assist a customer to create a banner, or operate the machine. The one person who may have been able to help us with a last-minute need left the counter unattended, and no one else in the store had a clue.

Mike at the rental/UPS desk is miserable and needs a new career. I was the first customer in the door to drop off a UPS package. He was already aggravated at the fact I was there, and my package (a 4”x6” box) wasn’t taped. I offered to pay for a couple pieces of tape and his attitude didn’t change. Moral of the story, “Don’t be a Mike.”

The Printing Center is top notch. Fast turnaround, quality results, and they are cheaper than online competitors such as Vistaprint. Save your money, shop local, and the best part you dont have to wait for shipping!

My mothers was going to purchase two recliners and the lady sad she had to charge $29 for delivery. My mother didn't want to pay a delivery fee since she lives close to the store. The employee said she could lower it to $15, again my mother said no. She then called her manager to ask him about waiving the delivery fee and he said no. So they ended up losing a $600 sale over $15. She's going to go downtown where there is FREE delivery. This used to be a great store, not now!

Little pricey but good quality products great service and locally owned. I recommend to anyone. They also have their own lumber yard so it's a one stop shop

My parents purchased bathroom carpet. Were told several times that would come and install and have never down up. They are not too happy or trusting of you now.

Poor customer service. Was told a bed set would be delivered at 4:00PM, did not arrive until 6:15PM after I made several calls to the store. Will not shop there again
