I like this store for variety but I tried to purchase a washer and dryer and learned they do not deliver (based on zip code).....this was a few years ago. Otherwise might be 5 stars.It is clean, well stocked and has very helpful staff.

Won’t honor prices that are on the shelf they honor the prices from online. So if it’s more online that’s what you’re getting charged.

I placed an order online and the pickup could not have been easier! I got there about 30 minutes before they closed, which I know can be annoying, but I don’t have enough hours in my day- one of the main reasons I placed a pickup order online. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely woman, told her I was there for a pickup and she stopped what she was doing and I had my order in hand in less than 90 seconds. She also explained to me that one of the items I ordered ended up being out of stock so they replaced it with a similar product that was higher quality and more expensive and they did so at no cost to me. They also had already checked to make sure it was the same size (a critical detail) which was going to be the next question out of my mouth. It was almost too easy!

The store was busy. We were able to find the items we were looking for with no problems. At the checkout we were asked to sign up for a Home Depot card which we don't want. When I asked for the Military Discount the clerk grabbed a pamphlet and said to sign up with the app on my phone. Well, we have and it takes forever for it to come up when you are at the checkout. The clerk suggested Home Depot do it like Lowe's and use your phone number. Brilliant idea. Now just tell the Corporate Office to do that.

Ordered a 68 inch fireplace was supposed to be already assembled when they delivered it. It wasn't so after we started to put it together, we found out that one of the side pieces didn't have all the holes drilled in it. Was offered a $50 refund. It's not like it could be put together when we didn't have the tools to drill the holes. Finally got the whole amount refunded. Will go somewhere else to get my fireplace.

Tried to buy $500 item. Couldn't get help to get it down from the shelf. Employees could care less if they made sale. After waiting a while, we gave up. They lost our business. Very agrivating!

It always has pretty much everything I need and its local so a big plus. Has a great return policy as well. They are always helpful. One thing at night lets say after 5 lots of the specialists have gone home so unless you know exactly what you want you mught wait till daytime shift to go in.

Of all the Home Depot’s I have been to this one is the friendliest. The online pickup crew were phenomenal. Just walking into the store, the cart collector greeted me and was super friendly. 10/10

Great store. Very well organized, employees are very helpful and always greeted upon arrival. The store makes it easy for you to find what you need. They also have great prices and deals everyday. They've endless variety of outdoor decor, their flowers are very well maintained and at a good price. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

It's Home Depot, ya know? Big, echoing, lots of stuff I don't understand, lol. Two things I will say, the employees are usually friendly if not the most knowledgeable and, oddly enough, the bathrooms are really nice. Clean, no bad smell and roomy

I would have liked to give 5 stars for the ones who actually helped us. The paint lady was great. Counter /kitchen guy not so much. Didn’t want to help us and we were trying to get a counter top and he refused to help us. Told us we have to get a cart ourself and get it down. My boyfriend litterly had an argurment over it and he continued to refused to help . We already had two carts full of home improvement .. need to hire people who actually want to do their job ! Terrible customer service !

I love that they offer cutting & threading pipe to length. On multiple occasions I have gone to this location to purchase pieces less than 10' long, only to have them tell me that they don't have anyone trained to thread it for us. Of course that was after waiting for someone to help us after they paged twice for customer assistance.

In the last 10 years I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this store. We have remodeled literally an entire house, and are starting on two more. If there would have been any comparable home improvement store nearby, they would have gotten 100% of my business. The employees at this store are the absolute worst at customer service. I have personally walked up to several different groups of employees, casually chatting, and I ask them for assistance finding something, only for them to barely assist, all while acting like it is the biggest inconvenience for them to even acknowledge that a customer might need something. I would rather shop elsewhere, strictly based on the employees general lack of interest in assisting customers.Now onto the the next biggest complaint, which is the horrible lumber selection. It is impossible to find decent wood in this store. I have been to all of the major chains, and every single one beats Home Depot. This store is no different.This stores employees have given it a terrible reputation, that they live up to, to this day.

I shop at this store often. Prices and selection are typical but there are a lot of people wearing orange aprons but seldom anyone available to help. If you can grab what you need and go it's fine. If you need help plan in spending some time there.....UPDATE: I'm off to Ace hardware again after wasting time at home depot. There were probably 10 associates that were in different places chatting with each other and no one available to help find what I needed.

Bad delivery experience. Driver delivered half the order in the correct spot, then put the rest on a public road.Day of delivery they told me several things we ordered were out of stock. Then they didn't deliver the entire order.

Last two visits here, 6 months ago and then again today, I had to have the front desk page 3 times just to get someone to help me in the lumber area. The store had 50 “in stock” listed on their website and on the onsite computer but employee and manager claimed that the website and inventory is always wrong even though it seems to be right on every other Home Depot I go to. I like to support this brand and am planning on spending significant amount of money but this location has set a reputation for poor service and poor inventory control. At two hour round trip each time I‘m getting beyond frustrated.

We went into the flooring section and when we finally found an employee she didn’t seem to want to help us she basically told us go get a cart and get it yourself even though I told her there wasn’t enough stock there. Finally we find another employee who calls ‘specialist’ Brittany, who was the same employee who didn’t want to help us and then she didn’t have a choice & took forever. We were not satisfied with that, the gentlemen on the fork lift and other employee were very helpful, and then we found Brittany to be helpful after she didn’t have a choice but to help us. Not sure if we will be back to this location.

We went here to buy a dishwasher and a riding mower. We sat in the mower section and did get any service, someone came over and said they didn't have a phone and would be back. By the time he came back which was a long while, we had found the same item less somewhere else. We then went to the appliance dept and the worker there was sitting working with a couple so we asked a worker walking by if they could help us because we had been standing there a while without even a nod from the worker that he would be right with us. We found out from the worker walking by that they only had 2 models in stock. The 2 cheap models so we left. This store, altho I'm sure doesn't care, lost a near 6,000.00 sale. What a shame.

Home depot it self is great but the people they have to install your stuff are worthless and very rude. In the last year and a half we have bought carpet for our whole house, stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher and evey time they come to install they have a issue it took use 3 different time to get our carpet put in then with in 2 months the edges start to come up cause they didn't get it down right, then the washer and dryer they was very rude , and lastly the dish washer they came with it looked in my kitchen and rudely told my daughter they could not install it cause it was a double wall. These people need to learn customer service.

Was here later in the evening and the store was very clean and easily found what I was looking for. There were still plenty of employees still available for help.
