The staff at Ace were very helpful and patient as I picked out my washer and dryer. The delivery guys,Caleb and Kade(??) were great! They were very nice and respectful of my home and worked to not scratch my flooring as they took out the hold washer and dryer and put in the new. They were the best. I would highly recommend Ace Hardware.

I placed an order for curbside pickup. Paid over $300 for my order and got my confirmation email and everything saying they had it in stock and I could pick up same day. 30 minutes later got another email saying they were out of stock and it would be at least 4 days but no guarantee till I could pick it up. Customer service said refund would be 7-10 business days and they couldn’t switch the order to another store or anything. Basically I was told nothing they could do to fix the problem within a few days. Good thing I was buying it for a birthday gift for tomorrow! The only good experience was the worker in the store was nice and tried to help.

My Cub Cadet mower was running VERY poorly and would stall in the middle of mowing and not restart until it had cooled off. I had Stevenson's pick it up and take it to their shop. Ray Perry found the issue (collapsed paper element in the fuel filter and a bad plug). He replaced those parts and installed new mulching blades and brought it back to me. It runs and cuts better than when it was new. Very pleased with their service. Great people too.

Went in and purchased a mattress that a new employee struggled with but was very kind. We waited patiently, was told we would be contacted several times, and I’ve been the one to reach out a few. Was finally called and told it would be delivered Thursday. Friday at 2 pm rolled around and I finally called again. They said they’d deliver it by the end of the day.Poor communication skills, and no one seems to know what’s going on. Ever. Would recommend going elsewhere for a larger purchase like this.

Nice store. I was greeted in the way in. I called ahead and she'd if they had machine get paint, they said yes. I couldn't find anyone so I went to ask and I asked about the paint and he says yes again only to be down medium grey paint. Then I asked about the machine grey and was told they don't have any. It was definitely frustrating as I was searching for work. Now I had to explain why I went to a store we don't normally go to for no reason

Didn't do a lot of shopping. Came to have a key made. Lady did her best to get system to work. Had to have another gentleman come to finish. Unfortunately the key I needed wasn't available and had a microchip. Making the new key like $90! At least I know now that I should never lose this key! Will be back to do some spring cleaning purchases!

I was able to order all of the items I needed online, however the app was SOO slow. Only to get two emails and hour later stating some items were out of stock. I give two stars bc they did work with me on replacing some much needed items, but better planning and we would not have gotten in that mess in the first place.

Today I purchased a gas range, microwave range hood and refrigerator. The associate assisting me was Mia. She was helpful and knowledgeable. Overall my experience was excellent. The store had a nice variety of appliances in stock. In fact I chose a refrigerator that was in the showroom. But I chose the range and microwave from their website. Shop local with Stevenson’s Ace Hardware. You won’t be disappointed.

Took our chainsaw here for sharpening. They took it and kept it for nearly two months before we returned to check on the status (they had promised to call when it was ready). They first couldn’t find it, then when they did, it still hadn’t been sharpened. Customer service was terrible and they were not terribly concerned about helping us out and providing the service for which we had paid. Do not recommend at all!

First off this place is a great starter job for high schoolers, it’s decent pay and not much hard work. But if you are a girl working here you might as well just get paid to stand around because they could work a full shift and stand around and never once get yelled at, it’s kind of ridiculous. The way the management goes as long as your close to the boss you don’t do anything you just boss around kids all day for child labor. The jobs you get are absolutely ridiculous and it could be something like building an entire house and yet it’s a “one person job” lol. Other than that it’s alright :)
